我不由得抬起了头。妈妈还在我身边，前前后后漫不经心地拖着眼前这一小块地板，手不停摆动，脚步却停住了。她就这样站在那里，似乎认为那地板怎么也拖不干净。我试探着轻轻喊了声：“妈妈——”

妈妈恍惚地站直了身，回头应了一句。那一刻，我好像看到了她眼角边堆积着的失落，一些淡淡的忧伤在她的眼中闪过。我看着她，她看着远方，她散乱的头发里少许的白色牵动

我的记忆：

——那时候的我正值童年时期，对新鲜事物充满了好奇，也总爱在街上漫无目的的瞎跑，从来不怕迷路，因为有妈妈陪我一起慢慢的走。她看我小鸟般回到自然的欢呼，看我笑容

中像是放了一块糖似的甜，即便是摔倒，她也会将我扶起，音乐般好听的声音缓缓抚慰我的伤口。也许笑容中会带着些少许的焦急或责备，却依然那么明亮、柔软，再大的疼痛也化为虚无，融入浓浓的爱意中。

——又是什么时候呢，我开始觉得妈妈是那么固执，甚至蛮不讲理，于是，争吵不可避免的开始，一点小事都能成为母女俩之间矛盾的导火线，再加上作业逐渐繁重，我便以没时间为理由一次次拒绝妈妈让我陪她散步的要求。和妈妈一起走走这件事似乎已淡出了我的脑海，被琐碎的尘埃和沙砾淹没，坠入了看不见的漩涡，消失……

我忽然感觉胸腔里有一朵厚重的云，一点一点的雨滴渐渐打湿了我的心头，淡淡的酸涩淡淡的悲伤。不是滋味的滋味硬是拉扯着我，于是鼻尖有了酸痛感。我眨了眨略带湿润的眼睛，惊讶的发现妈妈原本光洁的额头上多了几条刻痕，是时间这个极度公正却又极度无情的老人留下的印记。它无声的提醒我这个不可改变的事实：妈妈曾经美丽的容颜已不再红润，她是老了。我想起曾经说过某些话语：“妈妈，我不要你老。”“妈妈，你就放心吧，我会在你需要我的时候帮助你。”骗人，你在骗人。我在心中对自己大吼大叫。

一片沉寂。

我努力平静下来，说道：“妈妈，我们下楼走走吧。”妈妈愣愣地看着我，眼睛里立刻泛起了光彩，但又轻轻说道：“不会影响你做题吗?”

我使劲摇了摇头，并轻快地挽起了她的手。一瞬间，我仿佛听到了花开的声音。风拉着光，在窗外走走停停，光阴殷然绽放。有个身影就站在蓝天下、阳光中，像是在说：你所给我的，我必一一还你。但你给我有亲情，已穿越到时空的另一平面，我只愿能陪你走一走，慢慢地，表达我对你爱。

Firstly, we should never eat fried food or foods with lots of sugar because they are not good for health.Secondly, try to eat more vegetables and fruit.Because they can make us become much healthier.

My eating habits are good.For example, I often eat healthy foods, like wholemeal bread, eggs, vegetables and milk for breakfast and rice, noodles, and vegetables for dinner.

I hope everyone can eat in a healthy way.

My new friend Jack is a fashion follower who often wears strange clothes and long hair. But my mother drove him away from our flat at the first sight yesterday. She thought he was a bad person, although she didnt know him at all.

However, mom totally changed her mind this morning. When we were walking down the street near our home, we witnessed an accident. A boy was hit by a car when he was walking across the road with headphones. Many people saw it, but at first no one knew how to help. Then someone rushed forwards and covered the boy with his coat to keep warm. He looked after him well until the ambulance came. It was Jack! His calmness and seasoned first aid skills moved mom. She went and apolpgized to Jack for her former attitute, and told him that he was always welcome to our home.

That gives me a lesson. The appearance may reflect ones interest, but it isnt the symbol of ones quality. We should never judge a book with its cover.
