怎么才能去掉我恐高的毛病呢?我坐在秋千上闷头苦想着。这时，爸爸过来问我怎么了，我把事情的经过讲给爸爸听，爸爸告诉说：“只要身体保持平衡，不要向下看，你就不会害怕了。”我按爸爸的话一次又地尝试着，可是我每次都会情不自禁地滑下来，我回想爸爸跟我讲的话，把眼睛闭着，身体保持平衡，我又试了几次，哦……我成功了，我从栏杆下来后，好开心!我第一时间把这个好消息告诉爸爸。

去年暑假，我和爸爸去动物园玩，见到了我们的国宝——大熊猫。

熊猫真可爱，它的皮毛是由黑白两种颜色组成的，白色的毛犹如毛茸茸的白雪，黑的毛油亮油亮的，两种颜色搭配在一起，显得格外的醒目。熊猫有一张圆圆的脸，脸上倒挂着一双鸭蛋形的黑色大眼睛显得炯炯有神。头上的两只小耳朵也是黑的，四条腿短短的，走起路来有些慢条斯理，显得憨厚可爱

我在动物园里看到一只正在熟睡的熊猫。它腹部朝天，紧靠在一个大石边，在竹叶地掩映下，显得那么悠然自得。有时它会用前爪轻轻地拍着肚子；有时它两腿一蹬，翻了一个身，我还认为它是被游客惊扰，睡醒了。其实，它还睡，它用前爪揉揉惺松的双眼，望了望参观的人群，迈着蹒跚的步子蹭到另一边，坐了下来，好像是要清醒一下昏睡的大脑。
