The environment has been polluted badly today and the nature punishes the

human being by all kinds of disasters, such as the heavy haze in Beijing, which

damages people’s health. World Environment Day is on June 5th. It pays attention

to call for the public to make an effort to bring the world a clean

很快西湖边的小树下、花丛中、草坪上、房屋边就被一顶顶流动的红帽子装饰了起来，果皮、纸屑、瓜子壳、塑料袋、可乐罐、饮料瓶，各种垃圾，大家都抢着往自己随身带的环保袋子里放，一路上，所到之处，一尘不染，十分干净，许多游人看见了我们的行为，原本要丢下的垃圾也主动的放进我们的垃圾袋，或者找到垃圾桶放进去了。还有些游客也开始自发的捡起了垃圾，我们的队伍更加壮大了。

志愿队伍中，我还偶遇了我的同学沈誓南、陈睿阳，正好今天也是陈睿阳的生日，我想他的这个生日应该是最有意义的了。

这是一次非常有意义的活动，我决定我要拥有一颗保护环境的心，以身作则，不乱扔垃圾，养成良好的卫生习惯和健康的生活方式。我会经常参加美丽杭州志愿者服务，通过小小的一次付出，可以使西湖更美，就可以影响身边的人一起来爱护环境，增加环保意识，就能使杭州更美丽，多好。保护环境，从我做起。

最近，在我们生活的家园——地球上，频繁的发生自然灾害，而这些灾害的罪魁祸首就是人类，是人类不保护环境所造成的。所以，我们要保护环境。

上次，我们学校组织了“扫街活动”，这次活动主要的目的有两点，一：清理街道上的垃圾；二：呼吁大家一起保护环境。

那天，大家都是“全副武装”，有带小铲子的、笤帚的、抹布的等等，真是五花八门、样样俱全。随后我们六年级全体师生都来到了赣州小南门路。到了哪儿，大家都分工合作，有扫地的、铲广告纸的等等。我被分配到了铲广告纸的工作，于是我先拿一桶水将墙上浇湿，广告纸湿了之后很容易清理，我再用小铲子把墙上的广告纸一点一点的铲除。其他待了小铲子的同学也一起加入到我的工作里来。

街边过路的行人都夸我们是好学生，我们感到非常的自豪，这使我们更有劲了。于是我们这儿刷刷那儿铲铲，都乐此不疲。一会儿，老师走过来，表扬了我们，说我们干的非常的好，还给我们每个人发了一张小奖状。回家的时间到了，我们都依依不舍的散去，希望下次学校还能举行“扫街活动”。

进过这次扫地的经历，我知道了保护环境的重要性，也正好印证了这句话“保护环境，人人有责”，也希望有更多的群众加入到保护环境的行列中来。

The fast-developing cities severe environmental imbalance constructs the high demands of productivity and low demands of living standards of the daily lives. The butterfly effect is the main approach towards the promotion of environmental protection. Its inefficient when only one person whos acting on protecting the environment, but if one starts the others would follow. Teaching environmental protection in early age is also crucial since the inconsideration of pursuing short-term interest not only set the milestone for the public hazard, but also the destruction of our planet. Moreover, the environmental protection should be the priority for the future of all countries, for good standard of living starts by embracing the ecological balance of the nature.

The quality of human life has improved greatly over the past few centuries, but Earth is being harmed more and more by human activity. As we develop our technology, we demand more from our planet. Eventually, this will harm people as well.

Our planet gives us everything we need, but natural resources are not endless. Strip mining devastates whole regions, leaving bare and useless ground. Deforestation removes old growth trees that cant be replaced. Too much fishing may harm fish populations to the point where they cant recover. We are too careless in taking what we want without giving anything back.

There are more people than ever, living longer that ever. So is it any surprise that many areas suffer from too much development? Anyone living in or near a city has experienced "urban sprawl". There is a new shopping area on every corner and new houses, townhouses and apartments everywhere. Traffic gets worse and worse because planners cant keep up with growth. Keeping up with human demand is hard enough. Environmental concerns come in last.

With growth comes pollution. Companies and communities dump waste into water. Landfills are full of trash. Emissions from factories pollute the air. Barrels of industrial waste and worse, radioactive waste, have no safe place to go. If were not careful, we can harm our planet beyond repair.

People need to respect the Earth and try to preserve it. If we dont, what kind of future will we have?

"Green" the eternal topic, let us better to understand the importance of environmental protection.

Green environmental protection is to make us live a happy life in a clean environment, however, the environment around us in a worse if we dont alarm, then, our motherland will be a mess in our hands! Green environmental protection starts from me. My dad used to drive his car to work, listen to my advice, to protect the environment, he ride a bike from now on, he thought that not only the exercise of his body, also for the green environmental protection.

My mother began to contribute to the green environmental protection. Before she went to vegetable market to buy food, she used plastic bags, a village green environmental protection propaganda on TV, she understood the green environmental protection is sustainable, in order to we can have a better environment. In order to we live healthier lives, so mom from that moment on, every day go to vegetable market with the own basket, instead of plastic bags.

As a new era of junior middle school students, and I will response to the green environmental protection call for, I had at school are all use one-off chopsticks, but now I can bring their own chopsticks to school. I think, though this is a small matter, but I do my responsibility.

Happiness of life to let China land everyone be permeated with happy smile, rich products, long history, noble quality, the plot environment. Nowadays, the environment is polluted, the green environmental protection starts from me, let us together to protect the environment!

Saving Water

The world is not only hungry,but also thirsty for water. This may seem strange to you, since nearly 75 % of the earths surface is covered with water. But about 97% of this huge amount is sea water, or salt water. Man can only drink and use the other 3% -- the fresh water that comes from rivers, lakes,underground, and other sources. And we cannot even use all of that, because some of it is in the form of icebergs and glaciers. Even worse, some of it has been polluted.

However, as things stand today, this small amount of fresh water, which is constantly being replaced by rainfall, is still enough for us. But our need for water is increasing rapidly-- almost day by day. Only if we take steps to deal with this problem now can we avoid a severe worldwide water shortage later on. A limited water supply would have a bad effect on agriculture and industry. Let me give you just one small exampie of how necessary water is to industry. Did you know that to produce a single ton of steel, it takes about 91, 000 liters of water?

We all have to learn how to stop wasting our precious water. One of the first steps we should take is to develop ways of reusing it. Experiments have already been done in this field, but only on a small scale. For us, the systems are as important as the spacecraft.

当你的四周到处绿树成荫、鸟语花香时，你是否会有一种无比欢畅和幸福的感觉？没错，生活在昆明的你一定会有这样的感受。可是当我们赖以生存的家园在我们种种细节的影响和破坏下，它却受到了意想不到的变化时，我们又该如何去挽救呢？

或许情况不会有预想的那么糟糕。但也可能会随时发生，因为环境的未来正由踩在大地上的人们来决定。

在如今这个正在逐渐步入科技信息化的先进时代里，我们更应该醒悟过来，我们所生存的环境正在不断被人们破坏，随之而恶化。就比如说影响最大的单位企业化工厂排污、滥伐树木和随手乱扔垃圾等等。在人们享受到自身的利益，是否有考虑过自己的行为不当而造成的严重性后果？

设想一下，若是美好的环境遭到了巨大的破坏，那人们岂不是也会感受到灾难所带来的痛苦？最常见的如沙尘暴、臭氧层空洞、全球气温升高、粮食和资源短缺、耕地面积减少、水污染、噪音、大气污染、生态平衡破坏等等的严重性的灾难来临。你是否会相信破坏地球环境而造成的后果竟那么不堪设想。没错，我们正一步步向着这不可想象的灾难迈进。

那么，该如何防止这些可怕的灾难再次重演呢？这就必须让我们每个公民自觉遵守各种爱护环境的规章制度，树立起文明、环保的良好传统观念，用实际行动去回报这个让我们赖以繁衍生息、安居乐业的幸福家庭。具体该做的行动如下：1、不随地乱扔垃圾；2、不随地吐痰；3、不乱砍伐树木；4、尽量节省文具用品，可双面利用纸张，减少铺张浪费；5、尽量避免使用一次性物品，废物资源可再次利用；6、不随意捕杀野生动物；7、节约水资源及节约用电，尽可能用节能灯代替普通灯泡；8、尽量做到低碳出行，减少大气污染。我相信只要大家齐心协力，从现在做起，从小事做起，爱护大自然，保护环境卫生，各政府部门及各级监管部门加大力度，对破坏环境资源的单位及个人进行严管及惩处，我们的环境资源就会得以真正的保护，人们的生活会变得更加美好和幸福。

记得，贺知章曾赞叹“不知细叶谁裁出，二月春风似剪刀”;朱熹曾赞叹“等闲识得东风面，万紫千红总是春”;白居易曾赞誉“日出江花红胜火，春来江水绿如蓝”。古往今来，殊不知有多少文人墨客对大自然赞不绝口。

当初，这里还是棵棵枝繁叶茂的大树，如今已变成高耸入云的摩天大厦;当初，这里还是潺潺的溪流，如今已变为工厂里排放的污水……

地球是生命的摇篮，人类是地球的骄子。若是有一天，地球母亲问我们：“亲爱的孩子们，当年我给予了你们蓝天、溪水、森林、田野，你们是如何生活的?我赠予了你们飞禽、走兽、鱼虾，你们又是如何与它们为友的?你们互相生活得愉快吗?”这时的我们又应该回答些什么?告诉她我们的天空早已不再蔚蓝，溪水早已浊不见底，森林已遭肆虐砍伐，田野早已不复存在了吗?告诉她我们改造自然的能力“很强”，现在是一个科技发达的时代，我们早就不需要那些奇珍异兽了吗?

记得是前几天，我一个人在公园里玩，忽然一阵阵熏烟扑鼻而来。“嗯!好臭呀!”我循着味道走着，哦，原来是有人在卖羊肉串呀!燃烧的木炭散发出滚滚浓烟，周围却还有去多人津津有味地大吃着。烧羊肉串用的木炭是由木头做成的，木炭散发的浓烟和一氧化碳是多污染空气啊!我边想边冲上前去提醒：“叔叔!您可不可以不再使用木炭了?这样子会严重污染空气的，如果……”我的话音刚落，就被直接地退了开，“你给我走远点!不要来打扰我做生意，我看你是小孩子，不欺负你，你可别不识相!”说着搓了搓鼻子，凶神恶煞地瞪着我。甚至就连“顾客”也都附和道：“哪里来的丫头片子，赶紧走开!”我知道再怎么说也说不过他们，便火冒三丈地走开了。

还有一次，我和妈妈出去买东西。走到楼下，就看到一堆垃圾撒落在一地，却也无人问津，我十分气愤，心想若是每一家都这样乱丢一袋垃圾，那么整个小区将会变成什么样子?我不敢再想象下去，不经意间看到了立在旁边的一块牌子：保护环境，人人有责。我看看这块牌子，又望望满地的垃圾，无可奈何地叹了一口气。我回到楼上那来一把扫帚，将这满地的垃圾扫了干净。

曾经，天空蔚蓝蔚蓝;曾经，湖水清澈见底;曾经绿油油的草地上是朵朵姹紫嫣红的花儿……可惜，这一切都已经变得是如此遥不可及。正如雨果所说：“大自然是善良的母亲，也是冷酷的屠夫。”大自然哭了，她原来也会报复我们!

那么如今醒悟的我们又应该做些什么呢?为了我们绿色的家园和健康的身体，我们要珍惜水资源，减少对水的污染，做到一水多用。另外还要保护环境，不随地吐痰，不乱扔脏物爱护花草，不随意践踏草坪。还要减少使用一次性纸杯、木筷、餐盒等。

同学们，“没有一个清洁的环境，在优裕的生活条件也无意义。”人类只有一个地球，让我们携起手来，从现在做起，从我做起，从一点一滴做起，从日常生活中的每一件小事做起，为保护环境、维护生态平衡而积极行动，为创造绿色家园而共同努力吧。
