屈原《楚辞·天问》中有“彭铿斟雉，帝何飨?受寿永多，夫何久长”之句。汉代王逸注：“彭铿，彭祖也，好和滋味，善斟雉羹，能事帝尧，帝尧美而飨食之也。”陶文台《中国烹饪史略》称彭祖为“中国第一代职业厨师”。彭祖被尊为厨行的祖师爷，所创的雉羹、羊方藏鱼、麋鱼鸡、云母羹等名菜名汤流传至今。其主要贡献在于把人类饮食由熟食推向味食，由粗食推向精食，将饮食与养生相结合，创出了药膳、食疗等饮食的新天地，对发展民族饮食文化，增强民族体质起到了极大的推动作用。

I have many dreams, such as I am rich in the future. Therefore, I can buy

all what I want. But my greatest dream is that I want to be an astronaut. Our

country develops fast and our space make great progress in the last several

decades. It has great achievements. All of our country are proud of it.

Therefore, I want to be one of this amazing area. In order to make my dream come

true, I must work hard now. So that I can go to a good university to learn more

knowledge. I hope my dream can come true one day.

2013年的新城区，我脑海中闪现的是“四线一片开发”、“四大园区建设”、“四大亮点工程”等一批大工程、大项目的开工、建成;我看到的是绿意葱茏的碧树;水波潋滟的大龙湖;鸟巢般傲然挺立的奥体中心;拔地而起的座座楼宇，四通八达的道路??

这一年，徐州新城好戏连台!

奥体片区加快开发产业形成集群发展

走进初冬的新城区，目光所触之处，总能目睹这一年的深刻变化——奥体中心片区加快开发，大龙湖轴线、汉源大道轴线已初步形成良好的城市景观。目前，新城区建设已形成了较为完整的城市形态。

城市功能配套不断完善市民生活更加便利

有人预言，生活配套一旦得到完善，新城区人气将得到快速聚集，新城区快速腾飞也将指日可待。这也是很多在新城区的市民期盼，他们一直能够期待住进一个配套完善、生活便利的新城区。

目前，在新城区，绿地商务城周边是人气最为集中的区域之一。在这里，生活超市、各类餐饮店、干洗店、美发店、果蔬净菜店、社区诊所等商业业态的日益丰富，基本满足了入住在周边的居民的基本生活需求，新城区商业气息日渐浓厚。

此外，新城区人才家园周边营业着三家生活超市，社区流动售菜车也正在积极运作。绿地商务城已开业近30家商业店铺，吉田商务广场开业8家生活类商业服务项目，入驻企业20余家。同时，小韩农贸市场主体完工，正式运营后，将方便周边小区居民的菜篮子。小区生活服务功能得到迅速提升，居民购物买菜更方便了。除了中小型配套商业项目的迅速发展，新城区中茵商业广场、绿地商务城商业广场、国信商业中心、雍景新城商业中心、美的翰城商业广场、城市商业广场等大型综合商业项目，也在加快建设。

如今，大龙湖沁水湾项目主体已经全面完工，园林绿化和景观工程别致优雅。作为我市重大的商业旅游休闲综合集聚区，分为东区、西区和中区以及湖滨市民广场。其中，中区、西区以商业为主，可满足市民及游客餐饮、休闲、购物等需求。这一项目的建成，将为新城区又增加一处集文化、旅游、娱乐、休闲、度假为一体的商业旅游服务片区。

交通出行，也是市民关注的重点。这一年里，昆仑大道、迎宾大道、汉源大道三条重点道路交通工程的优化提升工程完成，公交站台同步完善，新增了22个公交站台，并改造10个已有的公交站台为港湾式站台，并设计了等车篷、站牌等设施，让百姓的出行更加舒适、便捷。新开通97路、98路(区内环线公交)公交线路。

作为市城建重点工程，位于绿地商务城南侧的绿地商务城小学已竣工交付。同时，伊顿双语幼儿园启动建设;新元大道初中、经十路小学、惠民二小开始施工;潇湘路中、小学，商聚路小学组织方案设计??一大批教育项目在加速推进，全市优质教育资源不断在新城区集聚。

市中心医院新城区医院一期建筑面积16万平方米，正在进行主体施工，残疾人康复中心进行内外装饰施工扫尾，口腔医院、美容整形医院等高水平的专科医院正在招商洽谈。此外，新城区集社区服务、卫生服务、净菜市场等综合服务功能为一体的秦郡路、明正路街坊中心也正在积极推进中。

建设绿色建筑示范区打造高品位人居环境

为了顺应国际低碳发展形势，积极响应国家节能减排的政策号召，新城区在建设之初，就提出了低碳生态城的概念。明确在原有控制性详细规划和修建性详细规划的基础上，须完成新城区计划编制能源规划、水资源综合利用规

划、绿色交通规划、绿色建筑发展规划及设计导则、地下空间利用及绿色建筑生态专项规划共6项。

在建设“绿色建筑示范区”的过程中，新城区在规划建设中全面考虑能源、资源、生态、环境等要素，从减少碳排放和生态优先，资源、能源与环境一体化的视角，建设绿色生活、人与自然和谐共生、资源节约、环境良好的低碳生态城发展目标，重点实施了一大批建筑节能与绿色建筑示范区项目。

2012年10月，新城区获批“建筑节能和绿色建筑示范区”。这对于居住在新城区的百姓来说，建筑节能与绿色建筑示范区的成功打造，让越来越多的人感觉在新城住得舒心、放心。

目前，新城区的人才家园、绿地国际花都、汉源国际华城等社区均采用先进的建筑节能材料，小区内人车分流，设有先进的可视对讲系统、可燃性气体报警系统以及周边防范系统。按照新城区低碳环保要求，沁水湾项目使用地源热泵技术;徐州工程学院宿舍楼、绿地商务城使用太阳能热水系统。同时，绿地商务城5-5地块已取得绿色建筑一星级设计标识证书;B2地块已申报绿色建筑标识。大龙湖皇冠假日酒店年底前将进行绿色建筑二星级设计标识评审。

产业平台初具规模服务产业蓬勃发展

产业发展作为新城区发展的动力源，新城区以现代服务业为特色的产业园区发展迅猛。包括总部经济园、物流产业园、科教创新园、文化产业创意园、淮海国际汽车博览城等在内的产业平台初具规模。

目前，总部经济园莱商银行、江苏银行、淮海商业银行、永旭置业、天裕集团、东方黎明集团、华建能源集团等10余家总部办公项目进驻园区。

物流产业园集聚10余家企业，其中淮海医药物流中心、苏宁电器等项目投入使用，恩华药业物流中心正在紧张施工。

淮海国际汽车博览城已集聚了玛莎拉蒂、沃尔沃、进口现代、宝马、讴歌、雷克萨斯、捷豹路虎、奔驰、福特、进口大众等10余家著名进口汽车品牌4S店，发展势头良好。

科教创新园省安科院徐州分院、江苏省特种设备安全监督检验研究中心、国际(双语)学校及教育服务外包基地项目有序推进。文化创意园徐州日报社新闻中心投入使用、广电传媒中心已进行内外部装饰工程阶段。

新城区城市建设专注于解决实际问题，比如道路畅通方便了市民出行;大龙湖景观提升、人民河口公园对于改善徐州的自然环境有着重要意义;商业设施的完善促进了人气的集聚。

365天，如白驹过隙。这一年，是新城区全面贯彻落实党的十八大精神的开局之年，也是2014年省运会召开之际全面展现新城区建设成果的冲刺之年;这一年，我们共同见证了一座新城的造梦历程，更将一起迎来徐州新城波澜壮阔发展轨迹的下一个365个昼夜，期待新的一年发展道路上的豪情阔步!
