徐州的饮食文化源远流长，徐州古称彭城，缘于彭祖和他所建立的大彭氏国。彭祖是我国烹饪界公认的始祖，相传在尧之时，彭祖因擅烹饪野鸡汤，得到帝尧的赞赏而受封，在徐州一带建立了大彭氏国。徐州的菜点秉承有大彭风味，制作考究，风味独特，自成体系，几乎每一道菜都有一个动人的传说。羊方藏鱼因将鱼置于割开的大块羊肉中文火同炖而得名。相传，彭祖的小儿子夕丁喜捕鱼，彭祖恐其溺水坚决不允。

一日，夕丁捕鱼回家，正巧彭祖不在，夕丁让其母剖开正在炖着的羊肉，将鱼藏入其中。彭祖回来吃羊肉，感觉异常鲜美，于是如法炮制，便产生了“羊方藏鱼”这道菜。据传汉字中的“鲜”字即源于此。帝尧时期，尧封颛顼的玄孙钱铿于大彭，建立了大彭国。铿为彭祖。他曾献雉羹于帝尧，受到了尧的褒奖。

屈原《楚辞·天问》中有“彭铿斟雉，帝何飨?受寿永多，夫何久长”之句。汉代王逸注：“彭铿，彭祖也，好和滋味，善斟雉羹，能事帝尧，帝尧美而飨食之也。”陶文台《中国烹饪史略》称彭祖为“中国第一代职业厨师”。彭祖被尊为厨行的祖师爷，所创的雉羹、羊方藏鱼、麋鱼鸡、云母羹等名菜名汤流传至今。其主要贡献在于把人类饮食由熟食推向味食，由粗食推向精食，将饮食与养生相结合，创出了药膳、食疗等饮食的新天地，对发展民族饮食文化，增强民族体质起到了极大的推动作用。

一次，我独自一人在家。顿时感到头疼，就量了一下体温。“哇，39度!”我不禁自言自语起来。我想：告诉妈妈好了。刚想拿起电话，又想：算了，不打扰妈妈了。今天就自己照顾自己吧!为了让体温不再上升，我没有钻进被子里，而是拿了一个小凳子，坐在床柜旁看杂志、休息。过了一会儿，我觉得头疼就更加厉害了，就拿出专治发高烧的药，仔细地看说明书，按照平常的药剂，给自己服用。不一会儿，头疼似乎减轻了很多。这药还真管用啊!我心里暗暗高兴着。过了半小时，我给自己又量了个体温，结果体温很正常。时间过得很快，不一会儿，妈妈回来了。她看到在桌子上的药，很是疑惑，便问我：“你发烧了啊?”“是啊，今天我是自己照顾自己的哦，很棒吧!”妈妈看着我很高兴的样子，也附和着说：“是啊，你最棒了!”

为了实现目标，我一定要好好学习医生这方面的知识，以后做一个名副其实、治病救人的医生。
