每个人在成长的道路上都会遇到挫折，我也不例外，记得那是三年级下学期开学时一个周三下午第三节课发生的事情。

The supplier of the milk， Sanlu Group， is a name brand and is a major player in

the industry in China。 The pany is said to have known of the problem for months，

but claims the contaminant came from milk suppliers.

Who should be main responsible for these serious incidents like milk

scandal? On one hand， plex China’s food regulations should shoulder part

duties.We should realized its monitoring system can be unresponsive， and the

government departments that oversee and enforce policies have overlapping and

As the summer vacation comes, I decide to learn swimming, because the

weather is so hot, I can make myself cool, what’s more, I want to master another

skill and protect myself. Many people lose their lives when they meet the

accident in the water, so it is important to learn swimming. I have made up my

mind and must finish this task.

我为她的坚强而喝彩，对于失明与丧失听觉的情况下，仍不自暴自异：靠一颗不屈不挠的心，她接受了生命的挑战，用爱心去拥抱，用惊人的毅力面对困难。在黑暗中找到了人生的光明。所以我为她喝彩，为她的毅力，为她的坚毅，因为她顽强的精神，我要为她喝彩。

桑兰，浙江人，原是中国体操队队员，在一次跳马训练中，不慎受伤，造成颈椎骨折，导致胸部以下位截瘫，但坚毅的她没有沮丧，而是坦然接受了命运的挑战，始终坚持以自己的方式实现着自己的奥运的梦想。

我同样为她喝彩，为她顽强的精神。为她不放弃自己的梦想的精神。

因为他的努力奋斗，我要为他喝彩。

霍金，在他21岁时，不幸患下了会使肌肉萎缩的卢伽雷氏症，被禁锢在轮椅上，只有三根的指要以活动，又患肺炎，使说话能力大大下降，只能通过语言合成器来完成。就算是这样他仍不放弃的去努力奋斗，他考查黑洞附近的量子效应，研究量子引力论等。

我也要为他喝彩，为他的努力奋斗，他是有史以为最杰出的科学家之一，霍金虽身残但志不残，非常乐观。所以我为他喝彩。
