The first day for me to come to the high school, my head-teacher told us the news that we needed to take the military train. We were all shocked, it was so hot outside, how terrible it was. Then the next day, we saw our training instructor. He was young and handsome, though his skin was so yellow. Suddenly, all the girls became energetic, we listened to the instructor’s words carefully. In fact, I was staring at him. We trained for a week, we found the train was not that hard, we had fun and joy. At night, my training instructor asked us to sing the songs about military, we even compete with other teams. The days of military training are beautiful, we become stronger, what’s more, we made friends with the military instructors.

As it is known, when we are in high school, we all have a constant goal that is to get the entrance to college, and hard work is out of question for the following. 四、大学教育内容陈旧，生产转化率低。

五、就业观念落后。

受现在一些不正确的就业观和社会风气的影响，很多大学毕业生认为只有成为写字楼里的白领才算是成功就业。社会就业的攀比之风也越刮越烈，很多当前工资低或者工作环境差但是未来很有发展潜力的工作被无情的淹没在了邻居大妈嘴里，好高骛远和趾高气扬让就业变得更难。

On College Students Occupying Seats

In English, there is an expression “First Come, First Served” (FCFS). This stresses the need for orderliness, which also applies to college students searching for seats in the reading rooms of a library. However, in China, things are somehow complicated. Instead of occupying seats with their own persons, students tend to use books, backpacks or other personal objects to stand for their “legitimate” ownership of the seats.

To such extent, the emergence of such a practice, now almost ubiquitous on all campuses, is justified. The seats for students to conduct self-study are limited and university authorities should endeavor to increase such facilities to satisfy students needs. At least, students efforts to fight for seats indicate they are enthusiastic about their studies—their academic initiatives should be duly recognized and encouraged! However, using personal belongings to occupy seats may exacerbate the scarcity of facilities—some irresponsible students might never turn up, sometimes even for days. They waste the precious resources and damage the interests of other students who have real needs. Such behavior deserves unconditional criticism and condemnation.

Both university authorities and students should do their best to solve the problem. The authorities should create more reading rooms to satisfy students needs whereas students should not waste the already limited resources. In this way, an optimum allocation of resources can be realized and all students would enjoy their studies.

A part of students are aim too high.They always want to find easy and

Some people like to work alone while others enjoy teamwork. In my opinion, everyone had better learn to work with others together because teamwork is definitely necessary and important in modern society.

First, working in a team provides a chance for us to communicate with each other. Just as the saying goes, “many hands make light job.” Working in a team, teammates share their ideas with each other, which is helpful to create a better achievement. Second, working in a team is a way to broaden our horizon. Teammates in a team can learn something from each other because they are from different places, owning various experiences and hold different views towards things. Therefore, getting along with other teammates is also a process of increasing our knowledge. Finally, working in a team is also a way to establish our friendship. Teammates in a team have chances to help each other, to solve the problems together, to share the happiness of being successful, which make a great contribution to establishing friendship. Thus, working in a team is one of the most effective ways to extend our personal relationships.

Walking on the campus, youll find luxuries are not far away for students. Some wear CK clothes and some carry LV bags. According to an online survey conducted by Tencent in May this year, there are 37 percent students claiming to have a certain luxury.

On the basis of the survey, the way of obtaining luxuries is quite different. Some students get them from their parents, as their families are in good financial condition. Some take part-time jobs to buy luxuries by themselves. For example, a college student named Xiao Mei said she worked as a tutor for three months in order to get a bottle of Dior perfume. Some receive luxuries as a gift from their friends or relatives.

As for me, I object to students using luxuries. It is known that luxuries are notable for their super prices. However, students are not economically independent and their attention should be paid to study. In this sense, using luxuries is improper for students.

从一些人才市场招聘会上反馈的信息认为，不少大学生缺乏自我推销的能力。求职的大学生比较注重外包装，几乎每个求职者都有一份精美的简历，一堆各种证书，却不注重对自己职业生涯的设计，针对用人单位的需要设计;有的大学生一开口就问薪金和待遇，让用人单位产生反感。大学生的就业又和其素质状况直接有关。在招聘中，一些优秀的全面发展的学生总是先为用人单位所接受，也就是说，就业的准备是重要的，素质高的毕业生容易就业。这样就业的竞争就会促进大学生的学习和自我提高。使大学生在校期间不断进行知识积累、技能积累和心里承受能力的积累，为就业奠定良好的基础。社会需要和欢迎品学兼优的、基础扎实的复合型人才，这就激励大学生努力学习，奋发成才，在进大学时就有职业的考虑，学习目的更明确，职业设计更完善。

4、有利于大学生今后的发展和成材

大学生就业指导还有利于大学生今后的发展和成材，因为求职的过程是与用人单位沟通的过程。这个过程中所得到的不仅是用人单位录用和不录用的结果，而且得到的是用人单位对职业素质的要求。因此大学生就业的过程也是受教育的过程，大学生就业指导中的一些要求，如展示真实形象、锻炼表达能力、增强团队意识、遵守市场的规范等等，不仅是对就业的具体指导，而且是对今后事业发展的长远指导。就业是迈开事业的第一步，不能只是为就业而就业，而是通过就业来成就事业，展示人生的价值。因此，大学生就业指导的意义在于大学生成才的全过程。

下面谈谈我对本学期的大学生就业指导课的一些建议：在课堂里，希望多听些工作中的实际案例，课堂多互动，尽量幽默点。多讲现实的小例子，课上多介绍与同学们生活有关的小故事如何选择职业，怎么样抓住就业机会。多讲讲面试经验和例子。了解面试的要求与规范，多讲些面试的细节，面试的注意事项。多讲一些贴近我们的求职案例。望课堂氛围活跃一些。多看和就业有关的视频，多了解一些激励人上进的事件，希望有大量的信息帮助就业。针对专业提出相应的就业方案希望老师可以用丰富生动的例子结合在座学生的想法进行互动，运用幽默的语言表达课堂内容。关注学生的仪态，进行面试指导，最好模拟一个正规的场景。放一些相关、权威的视频。

通过就业指导课的学习，我了解了目前就业市场的需求形势和国家、相关省市有关大学生就业的制度和政策，了解了大学生的就业程序，把握了一定的就业技巧，重新树立了择就业观念和就业取向。同时也重新树立了我的自信息心，使我对就业不再恐惧，不再担心，我相信我的前途会因为我的努力而变得美好而精彩!
