The relation among Chinas ethnic groups can be described as "overall

Chinas ethnic groups since ancient times. With the development of the market

economy, interaction among ethnic groups has become even more active in the

暑假，我们全家到丽江去旅游，爸爸说：“到了丽江就一定要去挑战玉龙雪山。”于是我们全家报了玉龙雪山一日游。

我们坐上大巴，出了丽江城，远远地看到了玉龙雪山，山顶上云雾缭绕，好像里面住了神仙一样。到了山脚下，我们乘坐缆车直达半山腰，这里已经是海拔4806米了。在山下我穿的是短袖，但在山上我却穿上了羽绒大衣。刚开始爬的还很快，可不一会儿，我就气喘吁吁了。爸爸说：“这是高原反应，要减慢速度，匀速前进，感觉不舒服了就吸口氧气。”就这样，我跟着爸爸，走一会儿，休息一会儿，艰难地前进着。不知走过了多少台阶，我们终于到达海拔4680米的最高处。

我们刚分开，我就迫不及待的拉着同学的手跑向紧张刺激的“天地双雄”(俗称：跳楼机)。由于人不多，我们俩排了没多久就轮到我们了。我战战兢兢地坐上去，接着员工阿姨帮我扣好了安全栓。过了一会，阿姨确保了所有乘客的安全后，到控制室广播：“大家好，欢迎乘坐天地双雄，游戏马上就要开始了，请大家做好准备，享受这一刻!”阿姨的话音刚落，就听见“恐怖”的“哔~哔~哔~”三声。紧接着，我就瞬间飞到了高空，还没等我定下神来，就一下子落在在了半空中，我的嘴张着，无论怎么叫也叫不出来。紧接着，我又飞一般地坠落下去，心脏难受得像爆开一样。仅仅3.5秒钟的降落，在我看来足足有一世纪那么长。正当我在心中暗暗发誓“我以后再也不坐了”的时候，它又一次快速升空了……。这次竟比上次还快，而且中间没有停留地落了下来。之后它又反反复复地升降了几次，终于停了下来。我逃一般地离开了座位，眼泪就像开了闸门的水库一样汹涌而出。

接着我们又玩了“完美风暴”，那机器先上升，又不停地翻滚，旋转，水花在空中飞舞，弄得我头晕目眩，仿佛被甩出地球，脱离了引力，这才叫真正的天旋地转，可是下来之后却十分快活。

玩过了两个惊险刺激的项目，其它的都不在话下。之后，我们来到了蚂蚁王国，这里的项目不仅多，而且每个小朋友都能玩。

不知是因为时间过得太快，还是我们玩得太开心了，这快乐的一天很快就过去了。
