The Laba Festival is a traditional Chinese holiday celebrated on the eighth day of the twelfth month of the lunar Chinese calendar. "La" is the name given to the 12th lunar month and 8 is pronounced as "ba" in Chinese, which translated is "Laba." Traditionally, the Laba rice porridge is the most important element of the festival. I came back to school after the summer vacation. As soon as I settled down, I made a phone call to my mother. When I talked to her, I could not hold back my tears. “After all,” I said, “You’re my mother.”

Then after few days, I left home. My mother gave me a full package of home-make food and she said to me, “I cook this morning, take this then you can have it on the train.” However, I refuse to take it. I just turned away and slam the door without saying goodbye to my mother. I was still angry about her. “You’re still my good girl.” My mother said in a low voice chocked with sob.

On the train I could not eat anything, I felt terrible. How I wish I had said sorry to my mother before I left. Now all I want to say is, will you forgive me, my dear mother?

As a middle school student,I dont have much free time,but I still have a lot of things to do.

I like listening to music and reading,so in my free time,I always listening to music and search the Internet for about half-hour.Its a good way to relax myself.I always do some reading before go to bed.Besides,I always go to swimming after school.Exercises help me to keep healthy and do good to my study.As the same as other students,I often watch TV in the evening,but I have to finish my homework first.

At the weekends,I will help my mother with the housework,such as clean the house,do some washing.
