2、强化教学常规的落实，提高课堂教学效率，组织教师认真学习学校教学常规，指导检查教师的教学工作，特别抓好“备课”、“上课”、“课后辅导”、“培优辅导”等主要环节，鼓励教师充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3、加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组每周至少活动一次，时间固定，要紧紧围绕教研组活动的主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高英语组全体教师的业务水平。

I am the only child in my family, so my parents give me all the things I

want. I feel so satisfied with the life I owned. One day, I came to my friends

birthday party. After she made a wish and blew the candle, I couldnt wait

eating the cake. I took a piece of cake quickly and enjoyed the delicious

flavor. Suddenly, I saw my friend was splitting the cake and heading it to

My school is so beautiful that i cannot think of leaving there for less a day. The lofty trees, colorful flowers and the charming attract me a lot. 早在战国时期，中原春节就户悬“桃梗”，又称“桃符”。清代富察敦崇《燕京岁时记·春联》记载：“春联者，即桃符也。自入腊以后，即有文人墨客，在市肆檐下书写春联，以图润笔，祭灶之后，则渐次粘挂，千门万户，焕然一新。”从传统春联“爆竹一声除旧；桃符万象更新”和宋王安石诗句“千门万户瞳瞳日，总把新桃换旧符”中，也看出春联跟桃符关系。

但是，到时了宋代，“春联”还是称之为“桃符”的。联语却不限于题写在桃符上，推用在楹柱上，后人名曰“楹联”。宋代以后，宜春帖多用联语，且把粉红笺写出。有些人集诗经古语，有的集唐宋诗句。相传可考的，有王沂公皇帝阁立春联：“北陆凝阴尽，千门淑气新。”这是春联中挂人齿颊的。

I am planning to spend my summer holiday on sports this year. Playing
