所谓“阅读就是开启知识宝库的钥匙”。在阅读时，要是遇到任何的生字新词，我便会找“不说话的老师”为我解决难题，所以我认识的词汇日益丰富。

俗语说:秀才不出门，能知天下事。在空闲时，我也会阅读报章。阅读报章不但能让我知道国内外所发生的事，也能对周遭的事情提高警惕。报章里头设有’’学生天地’’让学生们投稿。我不但能从中赚取稿费也能阅读其他学生所写的文章，从而提高自己的写作能力，何乐而不为呢?

此外，我也会阅读一些图文并茂的图书。这些图书能带给我娱乐，能让我暂时把繁重的功课及一切烦恼都被抛到九霄云外。它的却能让我快乐地，轻松地吸取知识。

由于我有阅读的习惯，因此父母常买各式各样的书籍给我。每当我生日时，由于朋友都知道我的爱好，所以收到的礼物绝大部分都是书籍。久而久之，我的藏书汗牛充栋，书房里几乎连站的位置都没有了!家人都称我的书房为“小小图书馆”。

书本真是我的良伴!朋友们，且让我们一去培养阅读的好习惯吧!它肯特定会使你受益无穷。

Life, environmental pollution continuously affects our lives. Such as: polluted air, rivers and garbage pollution, etc., has seriously damaged our living environment.

Rivers are polluted, the creature will not be able to survive in the water, also cant use it to irrigate crops, the human will not eat fresh food. If same, groundwater contamination, people will drink less than clean water, humans will get sick, poisoning, and it may even die. The pollution was terrible! To prevent the pollution, we must care for the environment, protect the earth, to stop all the pollution of the environment.

生活中，环境污染不断地影响着我们的生活。比如：被污染的空气、河流和垃圾污染等等，已经严重地破坏了我们的生活环境。

河流被污染了，水中的生物将无法生存，也不能用它浇灌庄稼，人类将吃不到新鲜的食物。同样，地下水如果被污染，人们将喝不到洁净的水，人类将会生病、中毒，甚至可能会死亡。所以，任何人都不应该往河里投放有可能污染环境的废弃物。

书信我们分为两部分：信封和内容。

1、信封的写法。

英语信封正面的左上角，写发信人的姓名和地址。在信封的正面中央偏左一点，写收信人的地址和姓名。

英语信封上的地点名称由小到大，视其长短可占二至五行不等。

寄信人只写姓名，不写头衔。但是，收信人一般都在名字前加上头衔，以示礼貌和尊敬。对于没有官衔和学衔的人士，通常在姓名前写上Mr., Mrs.,或Ms.。

信封的写法，一般来说，很少出现在中考英语的作文中。

2、内容。

英文信一般可以分为下列几个部分。

1)信端(Heading)即写信人的地址和发信日期。

2)收信人姓名地址

3)称呼

4)信的正文

5)结束语

6)签名

有的时候，出题者会让考生写e-mail。e-mail的写法和书信的写法基本一致。只不过少了书信在信封上的繁琐。
