很快的还有5分钟就到6点了。姑父把我们安排到圆桌上的各个座位上，我和2位表姐左右邻座。先上一道饭前甜点“蔬菜沙拉”开开胃。我们三个吃货纷纷拿勺子一勺勺地舀着沙拉，没一会儿，沙拉就差不多吃完了。姑姑笑着说：“慢点吃，每人和你们抢。”这时，第二道菜“年年有鱼”上来了。色香味俱全，酱油的味道恰到好处，加上葱花点缀，这道菜别提有多美了。鱼上完了，紧接着就是“清煮虾仁”了。这道菜清甜可口，配上一碗香醋，让人垂涎欲滴。稍后又上了不少好菜，个顶个都是美食，今天来真是有口福了。

每个人都有自己的理想，我也不例外。理想如石，敲出星星之火；理想如火，点燃熄灭之灯；理想如灯，照亮夜行之路；理想如路，伴你走到黎明…… 我想成为一名演员。每当我看电视剧时，常看到一些演员，把一个个故事表演得淋漓尽致，我赞叹不已。因此，从小时候起，我就立志将来要成为一名演员，演上百部电视剧，将成千上万个故事讲述给大家，让大家为我赞叹，为我鼓掌！ 随着年龄的增长，我懂事了许多，我知道了成为演员的基本条件：心理素质以及综合素质要强；要懂得面对一些突发事件；即兴能力要强。在成长的道路上，我也得到过一些剧组挑选小演员面试的机会，但因为种种原因，我没有选上，每一次的遗憾过后，我都为自己找到了缺点，总结如下：

1、即兴能力较弱，现场组织能力较弱；

2、不能想哭就哭，想笑就笑；

3、有点放不开。

根据以上几点，我做了一套解决方案：

1、每天叫妈妈出题，给5分钟准备时间，组织一段话，说出来；

2、一有时间就静坐在一个角落，调整情绪；

3、在散步时唱歌或朗诵。

我的理想（三）

理想这个东西我已经一年多没有想过了，因为那时认为理想这个东西太过模糊。太远大。现在回想起来，理想真的是个重要的东西。

没有理想，电灯。电脑。飞机等等都不会出现，理想是远大的。模糊的，但又不是不可亵渎的。有些古人。伟人。名人都曾畅谈过理想，但又有几人成功的抓住自己的理想。

理想是飘渺无踪的，也是有形的，理想就是要经过多次反复的抓拿才能得到的东西。

理想这个词让我想起了以前的一位老师，他让我们告诉他我们的理想过后，他对学习好的同学说，好好努力，以后一定会成功的。对学习差的同学说，理想？你们还有资格来谈理想？很不辛我是后者。有些同学听到这句话努力学习，有些则一蹶不振，而我，则是一笑置之！因为，去说别人没资格谈理想的人，他们自己也没有资格

有些人为什么可以笑谈理想，因为他们知道，只要努力了就有机会，只要努力了，就算没有实现理想也死而无憾了，因为他们努力了。

One Sunday my mother had me take my little young brother to the a trip to the country. She bade me take good care of him.

Skiing is a desirable activity fro＇ young people. It provides the excitement that the youth is commonly seeking. The skiers can enjoy the thrill of gliding at tremendous speed down a gleaming,white mountain slope. Friendships grow quickly on the slopes and in the usual nearby shelter where the skiers find food, warmth, and rest. Their experiences of the day and their youthfulness easily draw these people together in happy fellowship.

The summer holiday is coming. Our class have had a discussion about what to do during the holiday. Some are in favor of staying at home. They think its both convenient and comfortable. A middle-aged woman asked for a glass of water and was very grateful to the young man. But after a while, two tall and strong men came to charge her five yuan for that glass of water. The middle-aged woman looked at them and took out a five-yuan note from one of her pockets slowly. Without a word, she handed the note to one of them, her eyes being filled with anger.

The carriage was silent. The two men went away without any sense of shame. "Robbers!" someone said in a low voice.

This was really an unpleasant trip I have ever had!

The generation gap is unavoidable in almost every family, which brings

about a number of conflicts in a family. In my opinion, to limit the bad effects

of the generation gap, each family should use the following three methods:

First of all, it is important that family members discuss openly about

their pleasures or sadness in childhood in family gatherings. This activity does

not only create a close relationship but also help build up understanding among

all members. For instance, once children are aware that their grandparents and

even their parents did not have a good upbringing during their hard childhood,

they will stop complaining about the previous generations’ obsoleteness. In the

meantime, once old people realize young people are nurtured in a new modern way,

it is easy for them to be tolerant of young people’s new habits or hobbies.

Secondly, people of each generation should not develop a very high feeling

about themselves. In order to do that, they should not think that they are the

only right people in their family because each person has his or her own

limitations. Teenagers would realize that their parents have to struggle with

pain to support them financially, and they would stop rebelling their

strictness. Parents would realize that their children’s new style does no harm

to their studies and stop imposing their own unsuitable standards on their

children.

Finally, the generation gap and its bad effects can be limited if all

members cooperate to build up a close-knit family relationship and a harmonious

atmosphere in which they are open and tolerant of each other. I strongly believe

that each family, by doing that, can enjoy a cozy atmosphere with minimum

interference by the generation gap.

As Chinese traditional virtue, helping others and taking care of each other

are the basic virtue of a person. We are lucky that we are born to be a healthy

person, while some persons are not that lucky, they may be born to be a disable

man or get hurt by accidents. Out of the basic virtue, it is not right to laugh

at them, we need to help each other, showing our love to them. December 3rd,

2013 is World Disabled Day, the day reminds people of the care about disable

men. The disable often ignored by us, since they are special group, we should

take care of them, give them our hands. We can do something for them, like

helping them when cross the road. We can help them from small things, helping

each other makes the world more beautiful.
