13、平时测验要写作文，可以训练学生作文的速度，提高写作水平！

感悟：有两次单元检测，我考虑到时间的关系，就不要求他们作文，没有想到他们自动请缨。我的感觉是：喜从天降，何乐而不为！写作是语文教学的重点和难点，次数训练是基础，所谓量变导致质变嘛。学生都懂这个道理！

14、抓好预习，利用多种机会养成学生自学的习惯。

感悟：教学的最高境界就是：教是为了不教。好的学习习惯会让他们受益终生！“地球人都知道”！

15、不准对学生瞪眼睛，不准大声批评学生，不准打断学生的发言，不准拐弯批评学生。

感悟：学生是聪明和敏感的，我们每个老师都要当心呀！

我的化学老师，他那嘴角上扬的笑容总能让人轻松，让人在失落中看到希望;那从眼镜后透出的目光，总能让人觉得充满学识，充满睿智;而头顶上的几缕白发，记录着他的人生沧桑。

老师的课堂，笑声常爆，他擅长在生活中启发学生，教育学生。他教会了我们在快乐中学习，在学习中成长。看!他又在为了描述某一个实验操作而活灵活现地表演着，一会儿在黑板上涂涂画画，一会儿为引起注意又学着我们的错误操作。顿时，讲台下一片哄笑。这笑声，不仅使我们感到快乐，更让我们学到知识，认识到自己的错误。

虽说，老师爱和我们打闹，但一遇到知识问题时，他便严肃起来，一丁点的小错误都不放过。有一次，班上一位同学在描述实验操作时，用了一个不太恰当的动词“放”，老师立即感到不当，把它改成了“滑”，并告诉我们把固体装入试管用“滑”字准确形象，突出了不会使试管因太大的撞击力而破裂的优点。老师对学术如此严谨，既表现了他对知识的尊重，对自己职业的尽责，更反映了对我们的负责。这是多大的一份责任心啊!在他的教育下，我改掉了许多马虎的毛病，领悟了知识的可贵，懂得了在求知路上脚踏实地，精益求精的道理。

课堂外，老师是一个懂得生活的人，爬山，摄影样样喜好。他凭双脚领略了生活的美好情趣。用双手留住了许多绚丽的瞬间。在他身上，我们学习到了高尚的情操，知道了如何成为一个志高品洁的人，如何品味生活的真谛。作为他的学生，我们都感受到了来自老师的不怕困难的气魄和一笑化万难的豁达。

曾经有人说过，教师是不好当的，没那能耐，就别揽这活。是啊!教师是一个“吃力不讨好”的工作，辛苦但报酬却很低薄。然而真正的教师一走上讲台，心里就只有学生们。难怪古人言：一日为师，终生为父。老师们把自己毕生知识毫无保留地传授给我们，难道我们不应该向他们致敬吗?

我曾经憧憬着成为一名教师，但又忧心忡忡，深怕自己不够格。在我的人生征途中，化学老师那乐观的生活态度，无私奉献的精神以及对知识精益求精的品质给我烙下了深深的印记，将永远是我纠正错误，提升品位的一面镜子。

我们换了一位英俊潇洒的英语老师，帅气的他，个头中等，身材匀称，健康的皮肤，乌黑亮丽的短发，非常有形，高高的鼻梁上架着一副眼镜，可能是因为时间戴久了，已压出了一道深深印子，他看上去斯斯文文的，很有学问，他就是我们的英语老师——何云先生。

他上课风趣幽默，常把同学们逗得开怀大笑。记得有一次上英语课，他先让我们看着书拼读英语单词，我们拼的都很认真，然后他用同学们最感兴趣的开火车的方式，让我们不看书拼单词，大家一下子来了兴趣，纷纷举起了小手。第一个同学李天宇站起来虽然说的不是很流利，但老师还是伸出了鼓励的大拇指，大声的说了声：“棒”！又一位同学站起来响亮而流利的拼出了单词，老师亲切的拍了拍他得肩膀说：“酷毙了！”逗得同学们哈哈大笑。每次上课何老师总能把课堂气氛带动的非常活跃，同学们都能聚精会神的听课，不由得被他这风趣幽默的上课方式给深深地吸引。风趣的他，有时也很厉害哦，对我们的书写要求总是一丝不苟，必须达到工整、漂亮。该背的课文和该默写的单词一定要会背诵，达到会默写，不然绝不会手软，所以我们从不敢抱着侥幸心理，总是老实、认真的去完成。

我喜欢风趣幽默又不失严格的何老师，我想你们也一定和我一样，让我们爱上英语！爱上何老师吧！

您好，从我们班主任的口中得知你即将去美国留学，虽然我们不能阻止你前进的道路，带我们永远支持你!每个人都是自私的，我也一样，我依然舍不得你离开我们，虽然我们只相处一年，可是产生的暖厚感情是千言万语道不尽的，每当我们遇到难题时，你总是耐心的讲解，您的课总是讲的那么细，生怕我们听不明白，您就像我们的大姐姐一样，永远的和蔼可亲。

Niel是我在Lion的英语老师，他是一个特别有趣的人。怎么个有趣法呢？先来看看他的长相：他长得就很有趣，高高的个子，挺挺的鼻梁，方方的脸蛋，胖胖的肚子，滑稽的发型，活脱脱一个放大版的“憨豆先生”。每次看见他表情丰富、努力搞怪的样子，我们都忍不住哈哈大笑。

Niel讲话也很有趣。每一次我们发音不到位的时候，他总会怪腔怪调地模仿我们的发音，让我们自己发现错误，然后认真改正。每一次，我们说BIGCHINESE的时候，Niel总会两手一摊，肩膀一耸，用很不标准的中文说：“听不懂，听不懂，我实在是听不懂。”我们全体马上闭上嘴巴，用支支吾吾的鼻音来相互交流，看着Niel上蹿下跳拿我们没办法。总之，每一次Niel开口讲话，都会给我们带来无尽的欢乐，我们都喜欢和他呆在一起，他是我们的“开心果”。

和Niel一起上课，更是一件有趣的事儿。英语课上，Niel会和我们一起玩各种各样的游戏，比如：掷骰子，扔飞镖，小组比赛，每一次他都很热心地教我们英语，每一次他都很热情地参加我们的活动，同时用尽他搞怪的本领，把游戏的气氛推向高潮。英语课上，我们故意读错单词搞破坏时，Niel会装着恶狠狠的样子，抡起一根“大棒子”朝我们挥舞。我们一改口，他又变回那个笑眯眯的样子，继续扭动他胖胖的身子，朝我们竖起大拇指。

因为有趣的Niel，我很喜欢上他有趣的英语课；因为有趣的Niel，我越来越爱说有趣的English，这真是一件好事情呢！

有一个老师个子不高，身材瘦瘦的，头发很短，皮肤如同一张白纸一样白，说起话来像蜜一样甜，这就是我的英语老师—Sunny。

sunny老师十分关心我们的卫生，只要黑板有一点花，她就会让同学们擦得就像一面镜子一样。只要地上有一丢丢纸团，她就会断定一定没有把地扫干净，就会让值日生把地再扫一遍，我十分同情可怜值日生，因为我就被罚了一遍才过的。

sunny老师也十分关心我们的成绩。记得有一次，我的期末成绩只考了八十八分，我在班上的英语成绩可以说是还将就，一般的小测验成绩回回100分，怎么，怎么这一次就只有八十多了呢？难道我又有什么失误了吗？我仔细地检查起卷子。

什么？我把apple写成了epple，这一题扣除了三分，我有一句话的首字母小写了，居然又扣了两分，而且我还有很多地方失误……sunny就把我留了下来，把每一道题都全部认认真真地讲了一遍，他说：“如果同样的题目类型，你用同样的方法去做这种题，你就能得100分吗？”我点了点头，她就出了一题：“鸡蛋用英语怎么说？又如何写？”我三下五除地的说了出来：“egg的意思就是鸡蛋，是一个e和两个g的字母组成。”她点了点头，说：“看来你掌握得不错！回去吧，还有几名同学老师要单独教一下。”她的声音显得有点疲倦。

sunny也是一个十分风趣的老师，记得我们在学“老虎”的英文单词时，老师说：“Tigger”。我们齐声讲了一遍后，有两位同学开了一点儿小差，就把老师激怒了。她几乎是尖叫了起来：“你们两个在我这么有趣的课上，居然敢开小差，你们不看我的话，怎么知道老虎长什么样的？”她说的一番话逗得我们哈哈大笑。
