8、上课声音洪亮，多讲普通话。

感悟：自己是外乡人，普通话有时讲的不标准，带有很重的地方口音。本来一进新学校，我自己格外注意这个问题，不想还是出问题。还是要加强普通话训练，“说”是教师的重要基本功之一！

9、多写正楷字，一笔一画的写！

感悟：本来自认为自己的字写得不错，周围同事也是这么说的，可在学生面前却行不通了。究其原因是，自己的字连笔多，有时字多或者一急，就显得潦草。这真是一个不应该出现的意见。

10、课堂上多训练朗读。

感悟：与自己的想法不谋而合。在教学中我一贯主张读中感、读中悟，甚至仿照韩军的名文写了《没有朗读，语文教学找不到回家的路》一文，表达自己的观点。可能问题出在自己的朗读水平不高，对学生朗读指导不到位上。

11、多举行如书法、朗诵等形式的竞赛。

感悟：以赛代练，以赛代学，在丰富多彩的活动中学习语文，是大家的一致追求。我在今后要多动脑筋，丰富他们的学习与生活！上次的“这就是我”语文实践活动，以“赛”的形式，鼓励学生全程参与，气氛热烈，学生的热情十分高涨！

12、多用多媒体和扩音器。

感悟：现代化的东西大家都喜欢！

13、平时测验要写作文，可以训练学生作文的速度，提高写作水平！

感悟：有两次单元检测，我考虑到时间的关系，就不要求他们作文，没有想到他们自动请缨。我的感觉是：喜从天降，何乐而不为！写作是语文教学的重点和难点，次数训练是基础，所谓量变导致质变嘛。学生都懂这个道理！

14、抓好预习，利用多种机会养成学生自学的习惯。

感悟：教学的最高境界就是：教是为了不教。好的学习习惯会让他们受益终生！“地球人都知道”！

15、不准对学生瞪眼睛，不准大声批评学生，不准打断学生的发言，不准拐弯批评学生。

感悟：学生是聪明和敏感的，我们每个老师都要当心呀！

在我的人生中，有很多位老师，为了让我们学习好、身体好，他们甘当绿叶，默默地为我们付出着，但我觉得对我影响最大的当然就是我的班主任黄老师。 In my life, many teachers, in order to allow us to learn and be good, they are willing to give us silently, but I think I thinkOf course, the biggest impact on me is my class teacher Huang.

说起黄老师，在我们的眼里，那可是一位大美女呀!她高高的个子，大大的眼睛，白皙的皮肤，红红的嘴唇。一条乌黑亮丽的马尾辫的映衬下，更显得青春活泼。她有一口流利的普通话，说话中气十足，从不用扩音器。我们很怕她，也很爱她!

记得有一次，班上的男同学下课后打闹，其中一位同学摔倒砸在桌角上，流了很多血。她心疼极了，赶紧带这位同学到医院去看，花了很多钱，缝了十几针。班队会上，老师对我们讲了许多道理，并告诉我们下课后不要乱跑，否则会有危险。但第二天课间的时候，同学们抑制不住冲动，继续乱跑和打闹。

放学的时候黄老师问我们：“今天有没有乱跑呀?”我们异口同声地回答：“跑了!”老师用失望的眼神看了我们一眼，大家顿时羞愧难当。从那以后起，我们下课有规有矩，再也不乱跑了!还有一次，班上的两位同学突然失踪了。老师找遍了所有的教室也没有找到他们。

老师急得满头大汗，问过门卫，他们应该没有出学校大门。于是老师发动全班同学找他们，在学校里大声地喊他们的名字。很久以后，终于把他们找到，原来他们在隐蔽的角落里躲着玩!

在生活上老师要求我们不许吃垃圾食品，天天早上要吃本鸡蛋、喝牛奶，少看电视。在学习上对我们要求非常严格。当同学期末考试考出好成绩时，老师的脸上露出了灿烂的笑容。

想到这里，我忽然想起了黄老师给我的评语：“岚岚，你很棒!老师相信你下学期一定会更加出色，做全班同学的好榜样!”我也想对黄老师说：“老师呀，我们永远爱您，您永远是我们的亲人，在临近教师节的日子里，希望您保重身体、开心快乐，您的孩子们为您祈福!”
