记得一开始，我们这个班曾被称为“烂班”。各项比赛或考试成绩一直是镇内十个班级的最后一名。随着我们年龄的增大，再加上有经验的陈老师来接管我们这个班以后，我们各方面渐渐有了起色。

一个个调皮捣蛋的同学在陈老师的“春风化雨”般的教育下，变得听话起来了。我们纪律好了，整体成绩自然也有提升。有一回考试还获得了全镇第四名的好成绩。有了陈老师的鼓励，我们有了自信心和进取的动力;有了陈老师的严格要求，我们才不会误入歧途;有了陈老师的爱，我们就有幸福快乐的生活!我们班点点滴滴的进步，凝聚着陈老师多少的心血和汗水呀!

敬爱的陈老师，您为我们班付出了这么多，我们无以回报，只能以优异的成绩和积极进取的态度来回报您!请相信，我们每一位同学一定会团结一致，积极进取，决不辜负老师对我们的殷切期望!

老师是一本厚厚的书，里面有看不完的知识；老师是一把钥匙，为我们打开智慧的大门；老师是一艘船，带我们驶向成功之岸。我们班来了一位英语老师。他个子高高的，帅气的短发，乌黑的眉毛总会皱一下，大大的眼睛清澈得像两汪泉水，高挺的鼻梁，小麦色的皮肤构成了我们的英语老师。

他上课严肃，一丝不苟，回答同学问题时他耐心讲解。九月二日那天，当英语老师踏进门的那一刻，同学们个个坐好闭住了刚才还滔滔不绝的嘴。英语老师做了简单的自我介绍，就开始上课了。他一开口就把我给震住了，他说的真标准，一点也不逊色于外国人。由于老师教的太快了，我听得似懂非懂，其他同学也半懂半不懂。这一节课就这样稀里糊涂的上完了。我们的老师也很自恋。有一次他说：”你们用英文说我最喜欢的老师是英语老师。“我们就齐声说道：”My favorate teacher is my English teacher！“他笑开了花，说：”我知道你们最喜欢我！“怎样？我们的英语老师有意思吗？其实我们也真的很喜欢他！

一提到跳拉丁舞的老师，大家脑海里浮现出的肯定是年轻漂亮的女老师，她们有着天鹅颈，柳枝腰，大长腿……可是，我的老师这些一样都没有，因为他是一个有着许多国际奖杯的男老师。

老师二十岁出头，圆圆的脸蛋上嵌着一双炯炯有神的眼睛，跳起舞来他的眼睛会发光发亮，看起来特别神气。他身材比例匀称，手臂和双腿都有着很结实的肌肉，别看他像个健身教练，可他跳起舞来却柔中带刚，刚中带柔。每一个甩手，甩胯，每一个转身都非常有力量。

每次上舞蹈课，他都是把头发梳的很整齐，跟电视上经常走红毯的明星一样耀眼，好像时刻准备着去参加比赛。只要一进入工作状态，他就变得非常严肃，对动作的细节也非常严格，只要教新动作，他都会亲自一个个纠正，让我们反复练习，哪怕十几遍，他都不厌其烦。有一次我们学习扭胯，他让我们每个人抓着跳舞杆，用手扶住我们的腰，一个一个的扭，让我们找到感觉。同样的注意事项，同样的拍子，他要说几十遍，他喉咙喊哑了，额头和脸上全是汗水，后背也都湿透了，上完课我们中途休息，只看他在那不停的喝水。不停的擦着汗。

他会针对不同学生存在的问题，一个个想办法解决。因为我平时不锻炼，手臂甩出去时老是有气无力，手指也常常松懈，没有紧绷起来，他会帮我想办法解决，让我回家拿哑铃练习手的力量。用一根皮筋帮我把手指一个个串起来，然后用手指的力量把皮筋撑开，如果我手指不用力，皮筋就会掉下来。

虽然在教学上他很严格，但课后他又像孩子一样跟我们谈论着时下流行的音乐，还有一些国际比赛上的趣事，他总是跟我们说人生要得到就要学会付出，要付出还要学会坚持。他还有一个名言就是：“老师让你练习20遍，你练习了6遍，你学会了偷懒。老师让你练习20遍，你练习了20遍，你学会了技能，老师让你练习20遍，你练习了100遍，你学会了成长，不要假装努力，结果不会陪你演戏。”

虽然他是个舞蹈老师，但我从他身上却学习到很多人生道理，在我成长的道路上也给予我很多启发。他是一个值得我学习的好榜样。

在日常生活中，有许多东西可以引领我们——父母引领我们长大;同学引领我们走进社会;而老师，则引领我们不断的前进，进入知识的世界，翱翔在知识的殿堂。 In daily life, there are many things to lead us -parents lead us to grow up; classmates lead us into society; and teachers lead us to keep moving forward continuously, Entering the world of knowledge, soaring in the temple of knowledge.

有人说，老师是灯塔，照亮前方黑暗的路，让更安全的走。的确如此。老师总是在学习上给予我们的帮助。

有一次，我在做题时遇到了难题，便走到了老师办公室。老师看了题目后，细心地讲解给我听。但老师说了两次我都不太懂，但怕老师没空，就不好意思再问。老师好像看出了我的心思，问我：“是不是还没懂?”我小心地点了一下头，本以为老师会让我自己回去想想，但她并没有让我回去，而是耐心地又教了我一次，这一次，我终于懂了。通过老师的帮助，我又懂了一个新的解题方式。

老师既是值得尊敬的老师，也是可以交心的朋友。有一次晚修前，我和另一个同学一起去找老师，本来只是想问一下有什么作业，问完后，老师问了我们一句：“你们平时喜欢看电视吗?”我们愣了一下，反应过来后急忙地点头。“那你们喜欢看什么啊?”“当然是综艺节目啊!”“你们有没有看过……”就这样，三个人一直聊到了上课。

老师不仅在学习上帮助我们，也会在生活中帮助我们，会在我们失落的时候安慰我们，给我们希望。

小学的时候，我不小心一脚踩进了水池里，裤子和鞋子在瞬间就洗了个澡。在我愣在水池里时，老师一把把我拉了出来。恢复意识后，我“哇——”地哭了出来。于是，老师把我带到了她的办公室，安慰我，让我别哭，同时还找了她自己的一条裤子、一双鞋子给我先换上。然后，她便打电话给我的家长，让他们拿衣服、鞋子给我。在等家长的过程中，老师一直在我旁边坐着，因为怕我冻着了，老师还拿了一件外套盖在我的腿上。

老师对我的帮助和引领，我一定不会忘记的。很感激老师不断地给我帮助，帮助我成长，谢谢老师一直在引领我前行。
