国庆的到来，打破了莆田城往日的宁静。市区的中间有一条笔直宽敞而又洁净的街道，从东通西，与横贯东西的街--步行街连接成一条直线，成一个"一"字形。街道和公路两旁耸立的楼房--商场、服装店、水果店......商店门口装着霓虹灯：赤、橙、黄、绿、青、蓝、紫......五彩缤纷，令人眼花缭乱，应接不暇。街上和公路上的汽车在奔驰，像长江里的浪花一样。步行街上，人山人海，各色各样的人们来来往往、川流不息......

莆田的图书城也不例外，在那儿有许多少年儿童在家长的带领下静静的端坐在地毯上，聚精会神的观看着图书。那场面，倘若那时的我有照相机的话，一定会将这动人的场面照下来。

亲爱的朋友们，我们是21世纪祖国初升的太阳，祖国大地上一颗耀眼的星辰，是祖国的希望，是民族的骄傲，为了祖国的明天会更好，我们更应该努力奋斗，将来为祖国作出更大的贡献。
