Nowadays, the problem of academic plagiarism becomes more and more serious. In orderto earn academic titles, some teachers plagiarize others academic papers; in order tograduate smoothly, some college students plagiarize others graduation papers. The protection of national and folk culture is of great significance to Chinese cultural diversity and also to the harmonious social development. I have a strong desire to share my personal viewpoints on it.

In my opinion, some measures should be taken to protect traditional culture effectively. To begin with, we should make a law to regulate the society’s performance. What’s more, we should draw more people’s attention to it, for the more they know about the importance of culture protection, the stronger support we can get from the public.

In a word, it is high time for us to treasure and develop our own valuable culture.

Some parents think that it is necessary and sometimes important for students to do some housework. Housework is a kind of physical exercise necessary for mental development. Other parents, however, think that it is study that is of extreme importance to students. Priority should first and foremost be given to study both at school and at home. Hence students should be exempt from any tedious and time-consuming housework.

I think students should share some housework with their parents. The reasons are as follows. First, doing some housework can enable the students to have some sense of responsibility. Chinese New Year is a Chinese traditional festival. We also call it the Spring Festival. It is on lunar January 1st.

On New Year’s Eve, all the people sit around the desk and have a big family dinner. There are some vegetables, some fish, some meat, some fruits and some drink like juice, Coke, Pepsi and some nice wine. Overall, this is a good and delicious dinner. After dinner, we always watch TV New Year progammes.
