新中国成立后，实行了独立自主的和平外交政策，这些大大促进了对外友好往来，也是我国的国际地位不断提升。自从那以后，我们的生活起了翻天覆地的变化：贫穷的乡村迅速发展成城镇，家家开始有自己的房子和小汽车，人们不再愁吃愁穿愁住，头顶上常常飞过一架架飞机。曾今有一位大学生说：“少年时代的红领巾告诉我，有了gcd才有了崭新的中国;青年时代的团徽告诉我，有了gcd才有了幸福的生活;改革开放的春风告诉我，有了共产道路才越来越宽阔。”可以说，现在我们的幸福生活全都是党赋予我们的。

幸福是什么?每个人心中都有一个答案。在抗战时期，能吃上一顿饱饭就是幸福;在封建社会，能打赢一场战争就是幸福;在新中国成立之时，能挥洒一次汗水就是幸福……而现在呢?老师说，幸福就是桃李满天下;病人说，幸福就是身体健康;农民说，幸福就是五谷丰登;pol.ice说，幸福就是天下无贼;商人说，幸福就是生意兴隆;同学们说，幸福就是可以通过自己的努力取得好的成绩……幸福是人们追求的基本价值，是人类发展的共同目标。每一个人既是幸福的追求者和感受者，也是播撒幸福种子的主人。

我们这一代有幸生活在一个和平年代，享受着父辈们创造的幸福，但不可否认的是，由于经济发展的不平衡，中国依然有许多生活不幸福的人。温总理在浙江的一家小吃店里曾见过这样一个场景:一对贫寒的母女用餐：“孩子在吃，母亲在看”。一个摄影师来到深山里的一个村庄拍摄，却拍到这样一个画面:一个四五岁的孩子，背着柴光着脚走在崎岖的山路上，还不忘拿着鞭子赶着一头老黄牛。上不起学的孩子，吃不饱饭的家庭，下岗工人，没钱治病的老人，讨要工资的农民工，遭受天灾颗粒无收的农民，游走于桥上桥下居无定所的残疾人……他们都是不幸的。

正是因为有许多不幸福的人，幸福才成为“两会”的热点议题。党和zf已经列出了“”的幸福清单。“让人民幸福”醒目地出现在各地zf工作报告以及各地“”规划中。建设“幸福中国”是全国人民最殷切的希望，但建设“幸福中国”并不是喊口号，而是要实实在在地付诸行动。中国十三亿人口的幸福，仅仅依靠党和zf的努力是远远不够的。幸福的种子是要靠每个人来播撒的，也是要在每个人的呵护下开花结果的。

作为小学生的我，虽然力量微薄，但我却依然心藏幸福的种子，同样也是播种幸福的园丁。为妈妈做一顿饭，为爸爸擦一双鞋，为爷爷端一杯茶，为奶奶捶一次背，就能为家庭种下幸福的种子;帮助同学解决学习中的难题，当好老师的小帮手，把快乐带给同学，就能为班级播下幸福的种子;为边远山区的孩子送去自己的课外书籍，为受灾地区的人们捐出自己的零花钱，为文明城市的建设付出自己的实际行动，不乱扔垃圾，遵守交通规则，为敬老院的爷爷奶奶唱首歌，跳个舞，抚慰老人孤寂的心，就能为社会播撒幸福的种子。
