There are seven people in my family, my father, mother, grandfather, grandmother, brother, sister and me.

Grandpa is a kind old man. He sends me to school, whether its windy or rainy. I didnt finish my homework. When grandpa has been in the gate I had finished my homework.

My father was a busy big boss. Once I didnt finish my homework. I told my grandpa that he had finished writing. When my father checked my homework with my brother that night, my father hit me for second days. My father apologized to me. I knew my father couldnt beat me.

My mother is a good person, he hurts me, every time my father hit me, but my mother, but she will help me find the wrong, let me know her fathers intentions.

I love my family

I went to visit the Great Wall with my friends during the summer vacation.

We went there by bus. It took us about two hours to get there. It was hot and

windy that day. There were thousands of people. When we saw a group of

foreigners,we went up and talked with them. We told them lots of history of the

Great Wall. They were very surprised when they saw that our English were

exellent and we knew a lot about the Great Walls history. They thanked us a lot

and we really had a good time. We felt proud of ourselves and being Chinese.

I am . I was born in Changsha. I graduate from senior high school and major in English. I started learning English since I was 12 years old. My parents have a lot of American friends. That’s why I have no problem communicating with Americans or others by speaking English.

In my spare time, I like to do anything relating to English such as listening to English songs, watching English movies or TV programs, or even attending the activities held by some English clubs or institutes. I used to go abroad for a short- term English study. During that time, I learned a lot of daily life English and saw a lot of different things.

I think language is very interesting. I could express one substance by using different sounds. So I wish I could study and read more English literatures and enlarge my knowledge.

This morning I had a funny look into the matter. A dog in the ice dancing

"ballet." The dog dancing on the ice to slide to slide, and accidentally hit the

slide. Open limbs, good or funny. May be unexpected happened, it carefully stood

up! Forelegs, but a slip back a Gouchi Shi. Ridiculous, it is a very funny!

I live very happily today! In the morning, it is very fine! Then I climb

the mountain with family, the air on the mountain is very fresh, the flowers

plants and trees on the mountain all seem extremely beautiful. Coming back home

in the evening, family and I sat and watched TV together, we are returning and

eating the fruit while chatting, the whole family is happy and harmonious!

HuangMei is  my  hometown. It is  in  the  East  in  HuBei.It is East  on  the  city  named  AnQing  of   AnHui.And it is  south to   the  city  named  JiuJiang  of  JiangXi. It  is  a    great city  in  my  heart.It  has  a long  history for about  1800 years  in  China .Example .The  temple  named  SiZu  and  WuZu were   in  HuangMei for a  long  years-old.Today,Every  year  many   visitor  come  different part  to  there.As  a  daughter  from Huangmei.I  leaved it away  for  about  seven  years. I still remember the year when I failed the collage entrance exmination.Iwas feeling lost,and no idea about what my life is going to be.My teachet came to me,and she said she understand how I felt inside now.She also told me its very common that students who are like me will go though a hard time. Great changes have taken place in the past twenty years . The people have found a lot of ways of making money . Now there are many tall buildings . They are very beautiful . Roads are wide and clean . People can take buses or drive their own cars to go to work . Many people have cell phones and personal computers. People’s living conditions have improved a lot . The long-awaited Lantern Festival finally arrived, people be jubilant in various ways to celebrate this happy day. We are one family get together fireworks lanterns.

Came to the square, here is already huge crowds of people, we walk through the crowd, bought a kongmin light, I am carrying lanterns, mother took the pen, write on the desire in the lanterns. I put the sky lanterns distraction, it slowly becomes a cylinder, dad put alcohol block on the small hook, with lighter lit it. One minute, two minutes, three minutes...... I slowly let go, lanterns slowly rose to the sky, drifting away, slowly turned into a little red dot, finally disappeared. Originally put kongmin light also need patience!

We finished the lanterns and go to the fireworks. Fireworks lit up, "bang!" A yellow spot moment in the air blast a lotus, opened a prelude, followed by various shapes of fireworks turns into battle, will the sky to flourish stage.

期盼已久的元宵节终于到了，人们兴高采烈地以各种方式来庆祝这个欢乐的日子。我们一家人约好一起放烟花孔明灯。

来到广场，这里已经是人山人海，我们穿过人群，买了一个孔明灯，我提着孔明灯，妈妈拿着笔，在孔明灯上写上了愿望。我把孔明灯撑开，它慢慢变成一个圆柱体，爸爸把酒精块放在小钩上，用火机把它点燃。一分钟、两分钟、三分钟……我才慢慢地松开手，孔明灯也慢慢地升上了天空，越飘越远，慢慢变成了小红点，最后不见了。原来放孔明灯也需要耐心呀！

我们放完了孔明灯又去放烟花。点燃烟花，“嘭！”一个小黄点瞬间在空中炸出一朵荷花，揭开了序幕，紧接着各种形状的烟花轮番上阵，将天空化为争奇斗艳的舞台。

“哇！”一朵蓝色的烟花在我头顶炸开了，像是碎片布满天空。有的烟花像美丽的花朵，有的像一个笨脸挂在半空中……整个广场上空变成了火树银花，流光溢彩的欢乐海洋！

时间一分一秒地过去了，人们都纷纷离去；最后在一个小烟花中结束。我也依依不舍的回家了！

A new experience

Yesterday I did commonweal in library to earn my public service

scores(which is similar to the compulsory credits).I arrived library at 8’clock

in the morning,a librarian let me to wipe the mirror in every toilet from one to

six floor.Then I started to wipe the mirrors.It was been two hours after I

finished all work.I was very tired,but looking at the shiny and clean mirrors I

had wiped, I felt very happy.To be honest,I had never done the things like it at

home,so it was a new experience to me,and it make me realize the hard work of my

parent.
