垃圾食品谈不上有什么营养，虽然味好，但里面有许多害物质。垃圾食品含有过量的胆固醇、饱和脂肪、糖、盐和热量，容易让儿童发胖，就像所示如这两个男孩的那样。另外，垃圾食品还可能会导致一些其它的儿童身体健康问题。更糟的是，垃圾食物吃久了就会很难再选择健康食品。新研究发现还表明，那些饮食健康的孩子要比老吃垃圾食品的同龄人聪明。

因此，必须采取一些必要的措施来让儿童远离垃圾食品。首先，应该儿童中开展教育活动，要让他们懂得垃圾食品有害健康。政府应该鼓励食品生产商为儿童生产更多健康、有营养的食品。更重要的是，父母应该负起责任，一定确保证他们的孩子远离垃圾食品。

随着科技的迅猛发展，工业水平不断提高，世界面临着巨大的考验。

世界人口的增长愈加迅速，人口吃饭便也随之成了一个大难题。解决人口吃饭问题的根本方法就是扩充耕地面积，而这就要砍伐森林，生命平衡便得不到根本的保障，沙尘暴会随时光临我们的美好家园。

近日，杨浦区的绿化十分美丽。我们每一个杨浦区的公民都要爱护绿化，让杨浦的明天更美丽！

我作为一位少先队员，有责任保护环境，首先要从身边做起。我利用双休日，来到楼下小区中清理池塘、阻止摘花、禁止拔草、严禁破坏树木、宣传爱护绿化?? 星期天，我放弃了游玩，来到楼下小区。我先来清理池塘吧！我快步来到池塘旁，啊！池塘被严重污染了！只见原来池塘里有许多鱼在自由自在地游来游去，可现在有死鱼浮在水面上；原来池塘清澈见底，可现在由于人们把垃圾扔进池塘，河水渐渐混浊了，现在已是什么也看不清了，另外还不时地发出阵阵臭味，令人恶心??我拿出用可乐瓶做成的铲子，和一个超大型垃圾袋。我用它在河里捞着垃圾，捞到的垃圾就放在垃圾袋中。

一开始，我感到十分光荣，可渐渐地，面对有许多居民的窃窃私语，说我多管闲事，我不想干了！

可一想老师曾经对我说：“做事不能半途而废，走自己的路，让别人去说吧！”我顿时有了>勇气，继续捞起垃圾来。一个个垃圾被我从河中捞起，放进垃圾袋中。总算“功夫不负有心人”河中的垃圾被我捞完了，我把垃圾扔进垃圾袋中。我来到管理部，和他们诉说了有关河道污染的情况。他们听后，和有关部门联系，把河中的水抽掉，放入清水，鱼和水草，池塘又恢复了新的面貌。我看了，十分高兴！ 让我们共同建设绿色杨浦的明天吧！我能行。

森林的乱砍滥伐不就是一个严峻的问题吗?据调查全世界森林面积正以每年上千万公顷的速度在消失。造成大量的水土流失，使许多地区成为沙漠。人类的活动范围在不断减少，这不可怕吗?

人类除了破坏森林之外，难道就没有什么破坏环境的问题了吗?不是这样的。现在我们应该看到水污染的严重性，目前世界上60%的地区面临供水不足，已有20%的人口难以得到清洁水，51%的人无法得到卫生用水。这是什么造成的呢?是我们人类自己造成的，现在的工厂及我们生活中的污水，没有通过处理就排出去。这不是最好的证明吗?据研究，每排放1立方米污水，就污染14立方米天然水。想一想，这是多么可怕的数字?
