First, people should be educated to recognize the importance of the problems, to use modern methods of birth control, to conserve our natural resources and recycle our products. Second, much more efforts should be made to put the policy of population into practice, because more people mean more pollution. Finally,laws concerning environmental protection should be put into effect and enforce strictly just as our government has been doing. “水……给我水……”一个骨瘦如柴的小女孩出现在我的面前，看着她那干裂的嘴唇，苍白的小脸……突然，她两眼发光地盯着我中的矿泉水。我连忙递给她，她一把夺过，迫不及待地往嘴里灌。最后，她大喊道：“快来，有水啦!”一转眼，从四面八方跑来一群人，他们拥挤着向我要水。这时，不知是谁碰到了我，水洒了一地，那群人纷纷趴下，舔着世界上唯一的水……我惊呆了!一睁开眼睛才知道这是一个梦.但是,我们若还不珍惜水资源,保护水环境.我相信终究回成为现实

为什么会造成缺水呢?长期以来，人们普遍认为水是“取之不尽，用之不竭”的“聚宝盆”。工厂大量向河中排放废水，人们随手向河水里扔废弃物品……我认为人为因素是造成缺水的主要原因。

为了人类生存的长远，我们必须珍惜水资源，保护水环境。首先我们就应该树立惜水意识，开展水资源警示教育。绝大多数人认为水资源是源源不断的,使用水时挥霍浪费。其实，地球上水资源并不是用之不尽的，尤其是我国的人均水资源量并不丰富，地区分布不均匀，而且年内变化莫测，年际差别很大，再加上污染严重，造成水资源更加紧缺的状况。经过调查，近年来，全世界每年因喝了不干净的水而死亡的儿童就有5000万人!这数字是多么令人触目惊心!所以我们必须合理开发水资源，避免水资源破坏。而且，为了节约水资源，我们必须提高水资源利用率，减少水资源浪费。一吨水多次利用，不仅能带来可观的经济效益和环境效益，又能令社会形成一种珍惜水资源的良好风气。还有进行水资源污染防治，实现水资源综合利用。水是地球生物赖以存在的物质基础，水资源是维系地球生态环境可持续发展的首要条件，因此，保护水资源是人类最伟大、最神圣的天职。

水是我们的生命之源，没有了水也就不存在我们人类。在我心目中，水像珍珠一样珍贵，美丽、晶莹剔透。如果大家都珍惜用水，保护水环境。人将会在地球上生活得很美好，少了一种灭绝的可能。而给地球一个绿色的未来就不是梦想。人类呀!我们作地球上的公民，应该珍惜我们生活当中的每一滴水。千万别让地球上的最后一滴水变成我们的眼泪。所以，我们要从现在做起，珍惜水资源，保护水环境。

今天，我和爸爸经过我家附近的一条小河时，闻到了一股臭烘烘的味道。

我捂起了鼻子，问爸爸：“哪来的臭味儿啊？”爸爸没有有回答，带我来到了小河边。“呀，河水怎么这么脏啊？”我惊讶地问。只见河面上漂浮着很多垃圾，连河里的鱼儿都奄奄一息了。爸爸叹了口气说：“你看那边的工厂，每天浓烟滚滚，再加上人们乱丢垃圾，所以河水才会这么脏。”我抬头看了看天，只见浓烟像乌云一样，把太阳都遮住了，天空变得灰蒙蒙的。

爸爸说：“我小时候还经常到这条河里游泳呢。那时候，河水清澈见底，里面的小鱼自由地嬉戏，河边绿树成阴，每年春天都有成群的燕子飞来安家，可美了！”

“那怎样才能让小河恢复以前的样子呢？”我着急地问。“这需要我们每一个人都自觉地爱护环境才行啊，否则我们的生存环境还会更恶劣。”爸爸严肃地说。

听了爸爸的话，想到自己以前吃了零食就把包装袋随手乱扔，我的脸红了。我对爸爸说：“以后我再也不乱丢垃圾了，我还要号召班上的同学一起去宣传保护环境的道理，让小河变得和以前一样美丽！”爸爸摸着我的头，欣慰地笑了。

污染？一个惹人讨厌的词。可我怎么也想不通，为什么那么多人却偏偏喜欢污染。光是我们学校的垃圾就数不胜数。

今天的班队课，老师带我们去楼下捡垃圾。

我们来到桃李芬芳景区，映入眼帘的是各种各样的垃圾。一看那满地火红的山茶花瓣、嫩叶就让人知道一定是那些低年级小朋友把山茶花和山茶叶从枝头摘下来，玩“天女散花”的游戏。地上的纸片、纸团几乎铺满了整个地面。幸好我们班人多，人多力量大，我们三下五除二就把大部分垃圾给“搞定”了。

我们路过操场时，我不免想起一件事：今天早上做操时，我的右脚踩进了一个小坑里，导致我做操时左肩高右肩低的，十分不雅。挖这个坑的人也太缺德了，操场本来就不太美观，再加上这个“坑”……

我们又来到雪松公园。雪松下面灌木丛中的“小”道已经不小了。我还记得，一年级我刚来时，这小道只有二三十厘米宽，而现在却有一米多宽了。旁边一块裸露的土地仿佛在向我哭诉：“呜呜呜……我身旁明明有一条石板铺成的小路，可很多同学不走石板路，反而在我身上跑来跑去……结果我从一片生机勃勃的草地变成现在这个样子，呜呜呜……”

学校是个大花园，是培育我们的摇篮！我们要让“大花园”更加美好，不要让它受到破坏！
