axe”, I learn that if we want to achieve success, we must make full preparation

Several days ago, one of my classmates came back from supermarket with a large bag of food. Because of having found a new style of tinned?ish in the food store, she was very glad. Several other roommates were invited to enjoy the “mouth?atering chicken”. Unfortunately, after finishing the food, all of my three friends had stomachaches and vomited, their faces having become paler and paler. The doctor said they were lucky to be out of danger because they did not eat too much of that rotten fish and were hospitalized on time.

有许多事情，大家是不能忘记的。其中有一件事情我一提起，每一个内江人都还记忆犹新，那就是去年的沱江河水污染。

阳春三月，发生了一起河水污染事件，让美丽的沱江河成为了一条哭泣之河。从2月16日到3月2日川化二厂向沱江河排放纯氨氮2000吨，河水发出恶臭，氨氮指标超标40～50倍，上游河段达到100倍，这可是惊人的数字呵，会致人怪病甚至患上癌症的，已造成了大规模死鱼，死鱼达50万公斤，沱江生态受到严重破坏，直接经济损失上亿元，致使简阳、资阳、内江百万居民停饮自来水。这是全国近年来最大的水污染事件。因为时间持续到3月2日，被称为“302”事故。现在时间虽然已过去一年多，排污工厂受到了处罚，工厂排污得到遏制，但河边污染水源的情况并未停止。河滩上到处都有烟头、纸屑、果皮、塑料袋等各种垃圾在污染河水。

针对现在的河水污染情况，我想，如果我是市长，我将会采取以下几种办法治理污染。

一、河滩放置垃圾桶。我发现现在河边没有垃圾桶，只有河堤上才有，而人们都有一种懒惰心理，丢一次垃圾要花几分钟，很麻烦，大多数人就干脆把它丢在河里和地上。就近在河滩放置几个垃圾桶，又花不了多少钱，简便易行，解决了人们丢垃圾麻烦的问题。

二、河滩设置管理人员。现在人们不想把垃圾丢进垃圾桶还有一个原因，就是人们发觉河滩没有人员管，可以乱丢垃圾，造成环境污染。安置管理人员强制管理人们的不卫生习惯。

三、加强环境保护的宣传教育。现在人们乱丢垃圾的另一个原因是环保意识差。要在办公室、学校等公共场所进行宣传，提高人们的环保观念。学校也可经常组织学生到河滩捡拾垃圾，增强学生的环保自觉意识。

四、多植树木，防止水土流失。大家知道黄河是怎么来的吗?就是因为它流过的地方有黄沙流失，积少成多，慢慢就成了黄河。如果我们多植树木，就可以防止河岸上泥土流失，以免成为第二条黄河。

能按这样做，我相信一年内沱江河将成为最干净的河。

现在我们应该保护环境，保护水资源，防止沱江河发生第二次河水污染。

在我国，缺水的现象也越来越严峻。640多个城市中，缺水城市300多个，其中严重缺水城市108个。由于工艺发展也污染了许多水源，地球上每年排污约5000亿吨，其中99%未得到处理。发展中国家最为严重，巴基斯坦工业废水受严重污染;中国松花江河、辽河、黄河、长江、珠江、漓江等七大水系均受到不同程度的污染，由于淡水资源的日益严重，人们的生活环境已经遭到严重的破坏。目前全世界有29亿人喝不上干净的饮用水，每年至少有1500万人死于水污染引起的疾病，全世界有200万儿童诗缺水而渴死的。我们从现在开始应该节约用水，学会循环用水。洗米水可以用来洗衣服，这样更干净;洗完衣服的水还可以冲厕所、浇花，许多水就可以节省了。清洗餐具时，如果油污过重，可以先用纸巾擦去油污，再进行清洗，既节省了水，又保护了水源。还可以用洗米水、煮面汤来洗碗，可以去油，节省用水量和洗洁精的污染。

现在水资源面临匮乏，我们如果再不保护水资源，节约用水，就等于在慢慢自杀，也许世界上最后一滴水就是人类的眼泪。人人节省一滴水，全世界将节约61滴水。为了我们赖以生存的水，大家一起行动起来节省水，保护水吧!

我每天上学、放学都要经过美丽的富华路。

每次走进富华路，首先映入眼帘的是一条宽宽的绿化带，中间立着一块大石头，好像是一位胖胖的警察叔叔在站岗呢。石头后面是各种各样的花草树木，有冬青、柏树、松树、玫瑰、樱花、迎春花等等，它们多彩多姿，漂亮极了！一阵微风吹过，仿佛在欢迎我们的到来??
