生活要有所爱，有所期待

生命即使短暂，也要像烟火般灿烂。在我们满足基本的物质需求之后，我们便需要更高的精神世界，如何让我们的有生之年过得精彩，我认为，生活就该有所爱，有所期待。爱什么？爱自己、爱身边的人，爱生活的一点一滴，即使是苦难，你若爱它，它将转化为你成长中的一笔财富，让你更加坚强、勇敢。

爱自己，因为我们是世界上独一无二的，要相信我们是优秀的，努力发现自己的优点，改正缺点。让自己越来越完善，唯有先自爱才能去爱他人。爱朋友和家人，是他们给了我们生命的温暖，在孤独时，他们陪伴我们；在伤心时，他们安慰我们；在失败时，他们鼓励我们，所以感恩才会获得更多的爱。爱大自然，大海、山川、高原、森林还有河流，在充满新鲜气息的自然环境里，呼吸新鲜空气，倾听大自然的声音，欣赏大自然的景色，身体一定会充满能量，更加热爱这个世界。

我期待有一天能靠自己走遍中国大地，领略祖国的大好风光；我期待自己能成为一名优秀的语文老师，“传道、授业、解惑、”，用爱浇灌花儿的盛开。我期待自己能有一个咖啡店，用一支悠扬的曲子、一本有益的书、一杯香甜的咖啡、一缕温暖的阳光、为疲惫的人们提供一个心灵释放的空间，热爱生活、诗意地生活。

因为有爱、因为有期待，才能让我们的心灵充实，让我们的生活更加美好，生命是有限的，但我们可以在有限的时间里做出无限的伟绩。“我们不可以增加生命的长度，但可以增加生命的厚度。”所以，让我们在生活中有所爱、有所期待吧。

Stop Polluting the Water!

Spring is the best season of a year. The weather gets warmer and warmer. My

classmates and I took a one-day sightseeing tour around our city. The scene was

very beautiful. But when we saw the rivers along our city, I felt very sorry and

thought a lot.

With the development of modern industry and agriculture, more and more

waste is being poured into rivers. It has caused serious pollution. The rivers

are becoming so dirty that nothing can live in them. The rivers are giving off a

terrible smell.

We make an urgent appeal that measures should be taken to cope with the

situation. Our government should build various facilities such as sewage

treatment plant and encourage scientists to work out more and better ways to

reduce water pollution.

Water is the source of our lives. It is very important to protect the

water.

停止污染水

春天是一年中最好的季节。天气变得越来越暖和，我和同学进行了环城一日游，所到之处景色宜人。但当我们看到流过城区的河流时，我感到很惋惜，想了很多。

随着现代工农业的发展，越来越多的污水正被排进河里，河水被严重污染。水变得如此肮脏，以至于生物不能在里面生存。河水发出难闻的气味。

我们急切呼吁应该采取措施改变这种状况。政府应当兴建各种设施，例如污水处理厂，并且鼓励科学家们想出更多更好的办法以减少水污染。

水是生命之源。保护水资源十分重要。

随着地球资源的渐渐减少，呼吁环保的呼声日益增多。但是仍有大部分的人类肆意的破坏着生态平衡。有人高呼环保，背地里却干着见不的人的勾当；有的厂家对外宣称合理排行污水，却把江河当做污水排放厂······随着人类社会的高度发展，人类已进入了空前的文明时代，但我们面前的却是乌黑发臭的河水，成片的沙漠，光秃的土坡，作为90后的我们，应该把环保做的更好。

白色污染

伴随着人类生活文明的进步，白色污染日愈严重起来。塑料袋，塑料包装等虽是我们日常生活中必不可少的东西，它价格便宜，质轻，耐用，防水的几大特点被人们所看好。在中国的市场极大，我国也是世界上十大塑料制品生产和消费国之一。但处理这些东西比想象中难得多。一般塑料垃圾在自然界停留的时间可达200~500年。所以对于塑料类制品我们要抵制使用。

汞污染

汞是唯一在常温下呈液体的金属元素。俗称朱砂。汞可溶于水，空气中。它巨大的毒性令人谈之色变。它主要来源于电池等物品。据统计1970~1979年全世界直接向水体排放的汞总量达1.6万吨！排向大气的汞量也达10万吨。当水中或空气中的汞浓度过高时，会导致树木枯死，人类患上因汞摄入过高引发的病症，如日本南部九州湾有一个叫水俣的小镇，这里居住着4万居民，以渔业为生。1939年开始，日本氮肥公司的合成醋酸厂开始生产氯乙烯，工厂的生产废水一直排放入水误湾。该公司在生产氯乙烯和醋酸乙烯时，使用了含汞的催化剂，使废水中含有大量的汞。这种汞在水体中，被水中的鱼食用，在鱼体内转化成有毒的甲基汞。人食用鱼后，汞在人体内聚集从而产生一种怪病：患者开始时，只是口齿不清，步履蹒跚，继而面部痴呆，全身麻木，耳聋眼瞎，最后变成神经失常，直至躬身狂叫而死。1972年据环境厅统计，水误镇共患水误病180人，死亡50多人，就在新线县阿赫野川亦发现100多水误病患者，8人死亡。据报到，患者人数远不止此，仅水误镇的受害居民，即达万余人。

环保事业说大很大，说小很小。往大的说，可以造成成片的水域污染。往小了说，只要我们每人从身边的小事做起，人人环保低碳，环保事业也可以是一件很小的事。如果我们少用些塑料袋，少乱丢些垃圾，那么这个世界上便会少些随风飘舞的白，多些生机勃勃的绿；也会少些乌黑肮脏的河，多些碧蓝清澈的湖······

如果我们每个人在地上看见一个塑料袋不是直接走过，而是弯腰拾起；如果我们每人不是随意乱丢垃圾，而是做到合理分类垃圾；如果我们每人都少用些塑料袋，多用些环保袋。那么我相信地球母亲会少些愤恨的泪水。。。。。。

保护环境，从我们身边做起！

积极的心态，就是牢记自己的梦想，永远不忘自己的奋斗目标，持之以恒，永不放弃;而不是过一天算一天，混日子，消磨时光。 A positive mentality is to keep in mind your dreams, never forget your goal, persevere, never give up;Time.

积极的心态，就是爱护教室、校园卫生，不乱扔垃圾，看到不卫生现象，不管该不该自己值日，都积极主动地打扫;而不是只埋怨别的同学不讲公德。

积极的心态，就是要谦虚有礼貌地对待老师和同学;而不是目中无人、骄傲自满。积极的心态，就是要认真听讲，积极发言，不懂就问;而不是只埋怨老师讲得不生动、不清晰，只埋怨同学们乱说话，纪律不好。积极的心态，就是把老师的批评看做是老师重视自己、关心自己、想让自己不断进步提高;而不是埋怨老师不公平，没有批评他人。

积极的心态，就是把艰苦的学习条件看做是对自己顽强意志的磨练;而不是整天埋怨天冷或者埋怨天热。

积极的心态，就是认真对待自己要做的每一件事情，无论是听课写作业，还是值日扫地，无论是做操跳绳，还是参加文艺活动，一切的事情都认真去做;而不是这也不愿做，那也不愿干，总是应付了事。

积极的心态，就是永远充满自信，把自己看作是一位优秀的人;而不是自我放弃，总认为自己不行，永远也好不了。

积极的心态，就是无论遇到什么事情，总能往积极的方面、往好的方面去想，而不是总往消极的方面、总往不好的地方去想。

我们的学习环境，由于各种原因，必然存在一些不能让人满意的地方。并不是我们想要什么样的环境就可以有什么样的环境;并不是我们想要什么样的条件就可以有什么样的条件。不积极的心态，不但不能使一切不好的现象改变，反而，只能使我们永远生活在痛苦烦恼之中。积极的心态，可以使人抛却一切的痛苦烦恼。一切的不如意，都会烟消云散。

积极的心态，可以使人对自己生活的环境更加热爱;积极的心态，也必然使人更加热爱“这个自己所热爱的环境”中的生活。这个人，就会心情舒畅，乐在其中，也必然能更充分展现自己的聪明智慧。

一个人具有了积极的心态，那么这个人所处的环境也必然就会有好的改变。一个集体所有的人都有了积极的心态，那么这个集体所处的环境，也必将会更加美好。
