有一天，我哥哥终于想到了一个好办法，只要人们不再往小河里扔垃圾，或者不在往小河里排污水，倒污水，这条小河就会渐渐变得干净，清澈，以后，小朋友就可以在这里玩水了。要是小朋友掉进了这条小河里了，也没事，小河里的垃圾都会污染空气，空气就会变得不再清新了，我哥哥回家问了问他的爸爸，他的爸爸说：这都是应为附近，的人们总往小河里扔垃圾，倒垃圾，所以小荷才会变白的这么脏。

等各个第二天去上学的时候，给那几家人说了说：叔叔阿姨们，请你们不要再往小河里扔垃圾了，我们这里的空气不清新就是因为你们往小河里扔垃圾，倒垃圾，一个叔叔说：好的，我们不在网小河里扔垃圾，倒垃圾了。第三天，我哥哥去上学的时候，看见那几家人正在清理那条小河里的垃圾，我哥哥看着心里很高兴，到了中午放学学的时候，到了铁路旁，看见小河里不是太脏了，心里很高兴，就高高兴兴的回家了，下午上学的时候，看见了一个人吃完了东西就随手把包装袋扔进了小河里，我哥看见了马上跑过去，对那个叔叔说：叔叔请不要再往小河里扔垃圾了，这条小河里都够脏了，就是垃圾把这条小河污染成了这么脏的小河，所以我们这里的空气污染了，以后我哥哥再也没有看见别人往小河里扔垃圾了。

就这样，我家乡的那条小河，渐渐变得干净了，而且还很清澈。

I like to live in the country that the sun rises in the morning with the first golden light & the first sound from the cock.. All the animals & plants begin their life from this moment on and some of the animals begin their sleeping the new day. This is a very beautiful beginning in the world that you just can see all these in the country not in the city.

And for people , the people in the country are kind although they are ungrace-ful .that is not important that you will feel what is the realest in the friendship of people.

The people live in the country is kinder than the people live in the city . this is so sure that I just feel all this from my grandparents . My grandpatents both are country people. Their family is poor that they even do not have more money after they finish all their meals.but my mother was so so interested in studying. My grandparents got five children & gave the choice to study to allof them .

近年来，大气污染非常严重，雾霾几乎每天都笼罩着天空，不仅给我们的交通安全带来隐患，而且威胁着人们的身心健康。如何改变这种恶劣的环境，净化城市空气已成为当下人们关注的热门话题。

众所周知，造成大气污染的来源诸多，主要来源有三类：其一是生产性污染，这是大气污染的，例如，燃料的燃烧，主要是煤和石油燃烧过程中排放的大量有害物质，如烧煤可排出烟尘和二氧化硫；烧石油可排出二氧化硫和一氧化碳等；另外，生产过程排出的烟尘和废气，以火力发电厂、钢铁厂、石油化工厂、水泥厂等对大气污染最为严重，还有就是农业生产过程中喷洒农药而产生的粉尘和雾滴。 其二是生活性污染，由生活炉灶和采暖锅炉耗用煤炭产生的烟尘、二氧化硫等有害气体。 其三是交通运输性污染，汽车、火车、轮船和飞机等排出的尾气，其中汽车排出有害尾气距呼吸带最近，而能被人直接吸入，其污染物主要是氮氧化物、碳氢化合物、一氧化碳和铅尘等。环境污染是个老生常谈的问题了，之所以越来越严重，一是污染企业的管理者利益驱使金钱作祟，二是政府部门的打击治理的力度不够。这次治理大气污染各级政府重拳出击，人们称赞之余更是拭目以待。治理生产性污染，政府及相关部门要严格治理，对于超标排放的企业坚决取缔，切不可像“治理大型货车超载交了罚款就放行”，而一罚了之，而且要长效监督，杜绝反弹。

诚然，取缔生产性污染企业，作为普通百姓，你我都是“心有余而力不足”。但是，治理大气污染我们也不能完全依赖政府，一些来自生活性的污染，你我都有责任和义务承担。其实，早几年我们就一直在倡导低碳生活，绿色出行，可遗憾的现实生活中有多少人真正付诸行动？。君不见，都晓得机动车排放尾气污染大气，宁可每天抱怨道路堵停车难，也不愿少开一天车；都知道烧烤食品即污染空气又伤害身体.可那一家露天烧烤不是顾客满盈；明知道生产装饰材料会造成大气污染，损害健康，却有多少人在“豪华”的装修；如此这般，是否在做自己害自己“傻事”。如果你我少开一天车，少用一度电或少用一吨水，这些细小的行为看起来微不足道，但是，倘若每个人都能自觉的杜绝铺张浪费，养成勤俭节约的生活习惯，相关企业就会减少产量，就会间接的较少污染。唯有政府的治理和你我的参与，我们的生存环境一定有所改善，天空才会越来越蓝。

我们天都在校园里生活、学习，校园就像我们的家。每天我一走进校门，首先映入眼帘的是一片片绿油油的草坪;一颗颗高大挺拔的树木;一只只歌唱的小鸟;还有那高高耸立的教学楼，组合成了一个美丽的大花园。

虽然我们的校园是如此美丽可爱，但一些同学却不懂得珍惜，破坏环境的事时有发生。

一次，正是桂花开放的季节，风中含着桂花的清香，飘荡在校园的每一个角落。可一些同学不但不保护它，还无情地用脚踢树干，桂花纷纷从树上飘洒下来。一些桂花洒落在他头上，他一抖，桂花又飞落到地上，我去制止他，并把桂花扫进草丛中，让它们变成肥料去滋养土地。可他不但不听，反而带动了其他人一起踢，我只好无奈的摇摇头。

校园里不仅有污染环境的现象，还有许多浪费的现象。课间，有许多同学把老师放在讲台上的粉笔偷偷地拿来掰成几段，当成砸人的武器。更让人厌烦的是有人将粉笔压成粉末，夹在纸里，趁你不注意突然拍一下，那粉末就喷出来，散在空气中，让人喘不过气来。

为什么同学们会这样做呢?原因就是学生保护环境的意识太差。为了把我们的校园建设得更加美丽，为此，我提以下建议：

1.利用广播对文明行为进行表扬，号召同学们来保护环境。

2.开展保护环境、珍惜资源的活动，让同学从中知道保护环境、人人有责的道理。

3.利用黑板报等来宣传环保。

4.每年植树节时让每个同学亲手种树，品尝一下植树的辛苦。同学们，行动起来，让我们齐心协力，共创更加美丽的校园。

车主每少开一天车，便可获至少0.5元的奖励。6月11日至17日是全国节能宣传周。昨日，北京市发改委联合北京环境交易所等单位开展的“我自愿每周再少开一天车”的活动启动。燃油车车主每停开车24小时，便至少可获得碳排放收益0.5元，奖励以微信红包方式兑现，并有电子优惠券等奖励。

每少开一天车，可获得0.5元的红包奖励，即或一年三百多天都不开车，红包总数也不到200元，单纯从经济价值来看，红包奖励真没有什么吸引力。下载一个抢红包神器，自动捡漏也不止这个数，更何况在居大不易而物价奇高的北京，很少会有人为了0.5元的红包去牺牲效率。

不得不说，少开车获红包奖励不过是“形式大于内容”的倡导，经济刺激的杠杆效应几乎为零。且减少的碳排放量主要供945家重点排放单位购买，换言之公众努力的节能收益，转化了重点单位的购置产品。把部分收益用于补贴减排贡献者，也算得上“取之于民，用之于民”。虽然红包的刺激效果有待于观察，不过倡导和鼓励节能的本意则值得点赞。

汽车作为碳放量的重要来源，具有“积小成多”的自身特性。一辆车所排放的固然有限，不过积小成多却数量可观。早在2010年，环境保护部发布《中国机动车污染防治年报(2010年度)》，首次公布我国机动车污染物排放情况。报告显示，2009年我国首次成为世界汽车产销第一大国，机动车污染日益严重，机动车尾气排放成为我国大中城市空气污染的主要来源。也正是如此，在一些污染严重的地方，如京津冀等地，一旦出现了重污染天气，封存公车减少尾气排放，就成了应急之策。

如同世界自然基金会所组织的“关灯一小时”活动一样，如果单纯从经济和环保价值来说，此举还颇值得争议。据称，集中关闭和开启电灯和家用电器的行为并不能够有效节能,将会导致电压的陡变,对电网造成冲击。然而此举依然获得了全球性响应，并随着实施的固定化而深入人心，在环保和节能的倡导上发挥了巨大的载体作用。“少开一天车”的用意与此如出一辙，其意在于体现倡导，能通过0.5元红包奖励，让全社会都来关注并参与到节能降耗的“共同行动”中来，才是此举的出发点与落脚点。

少开一天车，对于节能减耗所发挥的作用，也许微乎其微，不过只要大家都能参与进来，并通过长期的坚持，最终成为一种意识与习惯，节能降耗则有了坚实的基础。社会的进步，最终要靠人的进步为前提，环境保护的好坏，也得以公众的意识强弱为基础。只有每个人把节能作为一种习惯，转化成生活中的点滴，才能在做好自己的同时，去更好的去监督别人。否则，缺乏参与的主动性与积极性，节能减耗与环境保护，才会陷入“这不过是别人的事”困境中。

时下，我们面临着极为严重的环境污染问题，部分区域和城市已到了非治不可的地步。节能降耗作为重现蓝天白云的关键之举，离不开每个人的共同努力与付出。与其抱怨环境的恶化所带来的危害，不如以行立言，先让自己行动起来，如此才能感召和带动别人，个体监督也才更具有可信度。少开车获红包奖励意在体现倡导，只有理解并洞悉其意，才不会纠结于0.5元红包的轻重，并导致判断上的走偏与行为上的失范。如此，取得认识上的最大公约数，公众环保意识才能成其为全民行动。
