一、个人有关事项报告情况

一是个人住房方面：******。

二是人情消费情况：从未发生借婚丧嫁娶之机，大操大办，接受礼金的现象。

三是配偶子女从业情况：*******。此外，没有因公因私出国(境)和在国(境)外活动;没有出现配偶、子女受到执法执纪机关查处或涉嫌犯罪;没有配偶、子女经营个体、私营工商业或承包、租赁国有、集体工商企业等情况。

二、存在的突出问题

一是思想建设缺乏主动。作为支委班子成员，我能够把政治素质作为自身的第一素质，把忠诚可靠作为第一政治品德。思想上，能够始终坚守为人做事的基准和底线;行动上，起到了讲规矩、有纪律的表率。但还存在一些不足：没有系统地学习政治理论，仅仅停留在了解一些条例、规定的部分章节、条款上，没有结合自身工作和学习实际，进行认真思考，真正投入学习的时间不多，有时比较懒，没有做到主动学习。

二是组织建设思路不宽。能够坚决在思想上、政治上、行动上始终与局党委保持高度一致，不折不扣地贯彻执行机关党支部的各项部署;能够积极主动地组织和参加支部的各项活动，尽全力完成党组织分配的任务。但是还存在创新组织生活思路不宽、办法不多的问题。特别是针对目前组织生活形式不够活跃、大多数的组织生活内容都是学习党的理论知识或上级文件精神的问题，没能向领导提出好的建议和措施。

三是作风建设不够扎实。在执行力上，可以说，我是坚定的。每次接到工作任务时，首先想到的是迅速的坚决执行和怎样能更好地完成，而不是应付了事。但有时工作繁忙起来，对有些事情考虑欠周到，特别是前期向市主要领导呈送请假条的事情，认为常务副市长和分管副市长都做了批示，想当然的附上批示就一并报了市委，结果在政府常务会议专题汇报上给局里造成了一定的被动。这是工作作风不够扎实的具体表现。

四是纪律建设不够经常。能够坚决按照中央八项规定要求，严格遵守市委33条规定。但对严守纪律是带电的“高压线”坚持的不够一贯，总认为工作兢兢业业，也受到领导和同事的认可，什么违法乱纪的事从不敢去做，这样就不自觉地产生了自满情绪，以致在遵规守纪方面没有自发的提出更高的标准。同时，日常对所属人员在组织纪律方面的教育不够经常，有时部门工作出现偏差或延误又过于严厉，受批评的同志不好接受。

五是自身建设较为乏力。我和办公室全体同志精诚团结，能够虚心立标定向，坚定做好办公室工作就必须加强自身建设的意识，努力为领导、基层和机关搞好协调、保障。生活中，遵守社会公德、职业道德、家庭美德，注重人品德修养等。但对一些时间短、任务紧、要求高的工作，往往存在优质时达不到高效，高效中还没有达到优质的问题。这种“平时懒惰、用时乏力”的状态在很大程度制约着工作质量和效率的提高。

三、产生问题的原因分析

对照政治合格、执行纪律合格、品德合格和发挥作用合格等方面要求，深刻反思自身存在的突出问题，不管是被动适应，还是随波逐流，都是主观上出了问题。在认真进行归结分析的基础上，我觉得主要有以下三个方面的原因。

一是理想信念不坚定。通过认真剖析思想、组织、作风、纪律及自身建设等方面的问题，我感到尽管有多重因素叠加，但最根本原因是放松了理想信念的坚守。反思根源，主要是加强理论学习和自我提升不够，一定程度上弱化了理想信念。

二是政治学习不深入。由于自身学习抓得不紧，有些东西即使学了也没有针对性，没有触及思想深处，对自己要求有所放松，对一些消极的东西缺乏警惕性，慢慢助长了一些惰性，工作节奏有时跟不上领导的节拍。

三是自我管理不严格。由于办公室主任这个特殊的工作岗位，听得多，见得多，加之时常给各部门协调布置工作，久而久之使自己无形中放松了自我管理，以至于使一些小毛病变成了小的问题，出现了对讲奉献有作为方面的思想偏差。

四是统筹协调不科学。有时一些本不该办公室干的事，为了不影响整体进度也就大包大揽的主动干了，一方面加大了部门工作量，另一方面也影响了所属人员的工作积极性和正常的协调运转。这就说明是自己在机关工作的统筹安排上不够科学。

四、今后努力的方向和整改措施

一是带着进取心，高标准做好本职工作。这方面突出做好三点：在工作落实上，要主动谋事、大胆管事、扎实做事，以强烈的事业心努力做好主管的工作;在协调服务上，要多沟通、少依赖，多联系、少等待，努力从小的方面做起，管好大事，办好小事，一丝不苟地做好各项服务工作;在办文办会上，要操好心、尽好责，力争少出差错或不出差错。

二是带着责任心，高要求改进工作作风。我将把从事的工作都以责任心驱使当成事业来干好，这样才能进入用心的状态，拥有一流的责任心，才能做出一流的成绩。特别是在日常机关党务、行政管理工作以及学习中，要有一种“干不好工作就寝不安席，办不好事情就食不甘味”的责任意识，敢于负责，不甘落后，负重拼搏，任何工作都要做到不达目的不罢休。

三是带着专注心，高效率落实协调服务。我将以专注努力的工作态度，带着悟性据势应变，把工作做好、做到位，不断追求卓越。此外，牢固树立谦虚谨慎的服务意识，做到脑勤、手勤、腿勤、口勤，善于协调，讲究配合，多动脑筋，多想办法，做到平常时期能看得出来、关键时刻能冲得出来、危难关头能豁得出来，尽最大的努力搞好各方面的协调和服务工作。

The Winter Holiday

I like the winter holiday very much.

A blackout

按照县委办整顿活动实施方案的具体安排，通过近一段时间的理论学习，结合工作和生活实际对照检查，我对个人进行了认真的剖析，切实感觉到自身在学习、工作、生活等方面还存在许多问题和不足。现针对自身存在的不足进行自我剖析。

一、存在的突出问题

1、自身素质能力有差距。作为办公室的秘书，感觉自身的综合能力还比较欠缺，与办公室的其他同事还有一些差距。一是工作经验比较缺乏。我进入县委办的时间不长，对我而言，各项工作尚处在熟悉和入门阶段，工作的角色刚刚定位，工作思路还比较局限，工作经验还不足。。二是理性思考的能力不够。督查室工作繁杂、人手少，很多时候思考问题、工作经验等方面的积累还不够，有力不从心的感觉。

2、缺乏开拓创新精神。虽然工作责任心和进取心较强，但工作作风还不够大胆。大多数时候还仅立足于传统的工作方式，面对工作中出现的新情况，自己的视野不够宽广，思维较为局限。面对工作中出现的新问题，产生的新矛盾，还缺乏有效的办法，有时面对一时无法解决的问题有畏惧和泄气的情绪。

3、工作作风不够扎实。没有做到经常深入基层熟悉与了解情况，对自己“高标准、严要求”的意识还不强，只求过得去、不求过得硬，导致工作时会在一些细节的问题上出错。

二、存在问题的主要原因

1、平时疏于学习，自身积累还需增强。一年来，对于自己的工作已经逐步了解和熟悉，但是，对于整体工作而言，自己所理解和掌握的还很有限，还需要自己不断学习和提高。

2、无私奉献意识不强，工作作风还需务实。工作中经常接触的问题很多，但是依靠自身很难解决，致使自己常常感觉很矛盾，很多问题靠自身的力量无法解决，经常会产生畏难情绪，急躁心理。在工作的敬业精神，务实作风方面，自己还有很大差距。

三、今后努力整改的方向

1、加强学习，提高自身的思想素质和工作能力

坚持把学习放在第一位，切实提高自身素质。一是加强政治理论学习，系统地学习党的十六大以来的重要文献，深入领会“三个代表”重要思想、科学发展观的深刻内涵，树立正确的人生观、价值观，增强自己的责任感和使命感。其次，加强业务学习。作为办公室的一员，要不断丰富自己的专业知识和业务水平，不断提高工作能力，确保工作操作的程序性、规范性、严肃性，以便更好地完成领导交办的各项工作任务。

2、坚持务实作风，强化宗旨观念，做服务人民的表率。

一是踏踏实实地做好本职工作。今后更加严格要求自己，努力做到立足本职，刻苦钻研，提高业务能力，使自己能够更加准确地把握办公室工作的发展方向，更好地找准工作定位，创新工作思路，尽心尽力完成督查室和办公室的各项工作。二是树立务实形象。在工作作风上，要坚持实事求是，做到知实情、出实招、办实事、求实效;要矫正思想偏差，把工作作为乐趣看待，不断充实工作内容，要敬业、奉献、求实、开拓、创新。

3、坚持廉洁奉公，提高自身修养。

As a sophomore， I am feeling the time flies. Recalling about the past one year， so many thoughts are flooding in my mind. At this time， I just can’t tell my real idea. The memory is just like so fresh， and all the things happened yesterday!

When first day I came to University， I really feel that the school is very good， but at the first sight of the dormitory， something disappointing come up to me! Just spending about 2 days here， we were on our way to military train. To us， it’s a fresh train and a kind of experience to know the life between the classmates. But to me， I was nervous but excited. This was my first and precious train life because before going to school I have been staying with my family. The train life is impressive on everybody; we had a lot of activities， for example giving a speech on a stage or singing together or playing basketball.
