另外，平时出行尽量步行，多骑自行车，多乘坐公交车和地铁，少开私家车;少用一次性的东西;开电脑或是电视的时间都不要太长，大约几小时就关掉。

在许多基层单位，普通党员的组织生活确是另外一番景象，呈现出以下几个不容忽视又十分突出的短板：

一是党员政治生活少。有些单位以业务工作为主，培训学习也主要是集中在专业知识方面，对于党员思想发展关注较少，党内政治生活也多是形式上学习上级文件精神，虎头蛇尾，草草了事，根本不注重实效，更别谈提高思想的目的。

二是党员积极性差。对于一些普通党员，只有在交党费和党员活动的时候，才认识到自己和别人的不同，除此之外，“泯然众人矣。”组织生活外工作不积极，组织生活中也是如此，带着一双耳朵却不张嘴，身体在会上，心思飞到会外。这样的人不追求进步，可也反映出一些党组织生活会的枯燥和乏味。党性不强，先锋模范作用减退，甚至把参加组织生活当作一种“负担”，不想参加党组织生活。

三是组织制度约束力弱。在制度建设上，仅仅把建立健全党内政治生活制度停留在原则性要求、一般性安排上，导致党内政治生活制度不健全;在制度执行上，仅仅把党内政治生活制度写在纸上、挂在墙上、喊在嘴上，而没有真正落实在行动上，造成党内政治生活落实不严格。有的单位党内组织生活组织随意，管理松散，临时通知，组织者准备不充分，对参加党组织也没有作要求，缺乏严肃性，缺乏对党员的教育、管理、评价、考核等有效的监督制约机制和激励约束机制。党组织在开展党内政治生活上缺乏创新，方式方法过于单一，习惯于念报纸、读文件、看电教片，枯燥无味，缺乏吸引力和凝聚力。一些基层党组织往往把党内生活制度仅限于“三会一课”，对党的政治生活制度的理解比较狭隘，本来很好的制度成了摆设。

四是监管力度不够。部分基层党委没有深刻认识和主动把握新形势下党要管党、从严治党的要求，对下级党组织工作安排不清、日常监管不严、党建考核不力，制度防线松懈，致使党内政治生活开展得不严不实，在一定程度上助长了形式主义之风。

“天下从事者，不可以无法仪;无法仪而其事能成者，无有也。”各级党组织，不论层级高低、行业领域差别，都必须严格坚持党内政治生活制度，着力提高党内生活质量。任何一名党员，不论职务高低、资历深浅、成就大小，都必须自觉遵守党内政治生活准则，各级领导干部更应率先垂范。这样，我们就一定能把教育实践活动成果不断巩固和扩大，以过硬作风和良好形象赢得人民群众信任和支持。只有坚定不移的弥补党建制度上的短板，及时猛药去疴消除积弊，才能使党员组织生活重整行装，再获新生。

听了爸爸的话，我下定决心，做一个低碳生活的小小参与者，于是，我把穿不上衣服和不愿意看的书等等，都集中在一起，捐给偏远的农村，帮助那些贫困家庭的孩子。

记得以前上学的时候呢，我总是让爸爸开着小汽车来接送我上班，为了低碳生活，我请求爸爸给我买辆自行车，让我自己骑自行车上学放学，这样还可以锻炼身体，又可以减少小汽车尾气的排放。
