一、陈忠喜同志代表上余镇班子作对照检查，班子成员同志发表意见、认领责任

上余镇领导班子综合征求意见找问题、党委会议查问题、相互谈心提问题，督导组谈话点问题等四个方面，在聚焦“四风”，认真对照的基础上，梳理出“四风”问题12条。形式主义问题主要表现在各项工作台账资料多、创造性开展工作不够、学习缺乏系统性等三个方面;官僚主义问题主要表现在班子之间的相互协作需要加强;部分决策没有充分调查研究;为村两委工作当后盾不够;走访农户、群众交流淡化，存在机关化倾向;抓重点工作多，与干部思想交流少等五个方面;享乐主义问题主要表现征迁工作历史遗留问题多，干部有畏难情绪，存在做老好人心理;班子整体的冲劲不足、担当不够;.不愿安心农村，能吃苦、肯吃苦精神不足等三个方面;奢靡之风问题主要表现在超标准接待、勤俭节约意识不强等方面。

班子成员自我批评原因剖析深刻准确，事例分析到位，整改措施实在、可行。每个班子成员普遍查摆问题12条以上，共查摆“四风”问题1**9条。相互批评阶段班子成员积极克服怕“影响关系、影响团结、影响自己”的思想顾虑，开展积极的思想斗争，真正做到讲真理不讲面子，讲原则不讲关系，讲党性不讲私情。会上班子成员相互批评一共359条次，其中每位班子成员对他人的批评已经都普遍达到25条以上，每位班子成员的批评发言时间都达到3分钟以上，每条批评意见都紧扣重点，一针见血。

三、市委第七督导组组长王兴科同志对中心领班子专题组织生活会情况进行点评

督导组认为上余镇承担的市重点工作多，征迁任务重，但是镇党委政府对群众路线教育实践活动思想重视，工作扎实，规定动作到位。自进入第二环节以来，上余镇党委始终把开出一次高质量的专题组织生活会，作为一项重要的政治任务来抓。每位领导班子成员以高度认真负责的态度，查摆问题，认真撰写对照检查剖析材料，以整风精神开展了批评和自我批评。市委督导组认为，从内容上看，聚集“四风”，突出主题。一是批评与自我批评客观深入。不管是会前谈心，还是会上发言，紧紧围绕“四风”，既讲领导班子与个人工作中的形式主义、官僚主义的问题，也讲生活中、思想上的享乐主义、奢靡之风的问题。同时每位同志又将罗列出的问题结合到工作中，具体到事例上。不管是自我批评还是相互批评，每位同志都奔着问题去。有什么问题就说什么问题，没有遮遮掩掩;是什么问题就说什么问题，没有绕来绕去。二是剖析根源认真严肃。班子的“四风”问题，除了共性的内容外，大家都作了问题认领。对于个人存在问题的根源剖析，都经过了深思熟虑，由表及里、由外到内、从现象到本质，直指问题要害，深挖思想根源。组织生活会前，班子成员的对照检查剖析材料也普遍改了五次以上，在反反复复的修改中，提高认识，提升境界，触及灵魂。三是整改措施具体实在。非常可贵的是上余镇在群众路线教育实践活动的开展过程中，同步进行了问题的整改落实，制定了具体可行的整改措施。从批评方式上看，开门见山，直面问题。一是领导带头率先垂范。陈忠喜、毛水根同志作为班长，敢于树标杆、当靶子，主动接受他人的批评意见，实事求是地对每位班子成员开展批评，意见客观中肯、点到要害，有事例有分析，较好地发挥了示范作用，开了好头、起了好步。二是开展批评开门见山。大家开展批评和自我批评不留情面、不走过场，开门见山，直奔主题。在开展批评时，都打开天窗说亮话。

(二)切实抓好整改落实，让广大群众切身感受到教育实践活动带来的变化。针对查摆出的“四风”问题，要严格按照市领导、市委第七督导组的要求，立改立行，逐项解决。同时，进一步完善制度体系，推动改进作风的制度化、常态化、长效化。一是强化责任抓整改。要对梳理出的涉及“四风”方面问题、工作层面问题、反映具体人和事问题等三大项390余条问题，分别制定详细的整改落实方案，做到“四明确一公开”，即明确项目、明确目标时限、明确措施、明确责任，并对整改落实进行公开承诺。实行挂账销号督办制度，按照问题类别、责任单位、责任人、整改时限建立台账，解决一个销号一个，督促各责任办公室及责任人及时处理挂号，限期销号，促进问题最终解决。二是突出重点抓整改。坚持把涉及民生问题、发展问题和安全稳定问题作为整改落实的重点，集中领导，强力突破。做好迎宾、江东工业园五期项目的征迁落地、五水共治、生猪养殖污染整规、计划生育(计划生育率、环孕检、社会抚养费征收等)、无违村创建、集镇整治提升以及无信访村创建等一大批群众期盼已久的急事、难事和事关全镇长远发展的重大问题。三是着眼长远抓整改。要扎实推进各项制度机制完善，从根本上解决思想观念、服务水平、干部作风等群众反映最强烈的突出问题。出台《2014年上余镇机关干部管理制度》、《上余镇村级干部管理办法》、《》、《2014年度上余镇党风廉政建设学习宣传计划》、《上余镇影响机关工作效能行为责任追究办法》等文件，坚持各类工作项目化、项目工作目标化、目标任务责任化，建立完善镇村干部分区包干网格化管理一体化捆绑式考评、镇机关内部管理、绩效考核、年度工作目标责任争先考评、责任追究等各项工作制度，站在更高起点、从深层次建立抓整改落实、促长远发展的长效机制。

(三)把活动激情转化为工作动力，不断推动幸福上余建设。要把教育实践活动激发出来的热情转化为做好工作的强大动力，以“三服务一提升”为载体，不断推动我镇各项事业的发展。一是以“大干项目、干大项目”为抓手，锤炼镇村两级党员干部作风和能力。做好迎宾大道以南地块、迎宾大道北侧加油站地块、新江中以西城北加油站以南地块以及经济开发区江东区五期地块的征迁清表工作;二是以“五水共治”运动为推手，切实解决群众反映强烈的切身利益问题。突出“五水共治，治污先行”，深入开展“清洁家园”运动，实施李坪村、一都江村、山头村、望江村、湖珠村等5个村的农村污水处理工程，完成集镇、下山脱贫安置小区等污水管网建设3公里。谋划实施大泽屿生态湿地修复工程，以江山港(上余段)、龙溪、青阳殿溪、鹿溪渠(中干渠)等为重点，全力开展“三河”治理。严控山塘水库养殖规模，推广“清水养鱼”，确保一江清水出上余。三是以“无违创建”为契机，切实解决群众生产生活的重大关切问题。积极开展集镇违建整治，采取“分片包干”的形式，对集镇规划区范围14**户进行限期拆除并对商户广告牌统一规格。同时，全力关停4个“百村整治”重点村66户村中养殖场，同步推进其他村132户生猪养殖污染整规。四是以“为民为本、敢于担当”为理念，突出践行实干争先作风。要以党的群众路线教育实践活动为契机，在实际工作中站稳群众立场、牢记群众观点、增进群众感情，以“钉钉子”精神，项目化理念，做到真抓破、真较劲、真破难、真流汗。重点工作、重要项目要明确时间表、路线图、责任人，以踏石留印、抓铁有痕的决心，克难攻坚，坚决啃下影响发展的硬骨头。

I want to have a good preparation for the new study tasks. Secondly, I learn to be independent. I learn to cook, so that when my parents go out, they dont have to worry about me. Besides, I try hard to finish my work independently. I hope I can start to handle my own affairs by myself. Through this summer holiday, I do well in this aspect. Finally, I play a lot in summer holiday, meeting friends, doing exercise and so on. I have a rich summer holiday.

I don＇t think our school life is colorful. Because we＇ve got so many classes every day. I wonder whether we can change our school life someday. I have a lovely family and my families live a happy life. My mother is a farmer.She is fat,but she is beautiful.She has big eyes,a small nose and a small mouth.She is very kind and clever, so she has many friends and she is welcome among my neighbours. My father is a worker. He works long time a day and comes home late. He is always tired.But,my mother often cooks delicious dishes for him and that makes him happy and moved. As for my mother, she regards it as her happiness. I love my parents, although we do not live a rich life, but we are satisfied.

窗外大片大片的绿意，逐渐柔软地浸湿干渴已久的眸子，任绿影飞速掠过却仍然不舍眨眼。或许真的是久违了这样的视觉盛宴了吧，没有上天指名道姓的安排，被自己随意地放逐在城市渴望的陌生里，一路颠簸着平稳的绿色。

而这一切的一切，仅是放逐，追寻心里干涸之前迫切的那份湿润的温柔。我想我是很乐意这样做的，带着自己吵嚷了好久的灵魂。

总觉得这是个悠闲的城市，散发着苏格兰样的慢调节奏，一切慢速进行，慢慢融入新个体的灵魂。而我就是作为这个城市的新个体，不断地放慢原来紧张的生活步调，适应着缓缓的闲散，那是我一直追求的，不是吗？

坐在干净的巴士上，我想起了奇奇，那个喜欢背着包独自旅行的孩子。每当她兴高采烈地向我讲述旅行见闻时我总是感到那么无聊，要知道世界上最无聊的事就是听别人讲述他的旅行过程。我现在可以依稀想起那些词句――她一个人，亚麻色的背包，卡其布长裤，永远空着的手心没有任何累赘，还有唯一可以依靠的巴士玻璃窗。可是现在，那些空白的片段被剪断后很自然地附在了我的生命里，我体会着她所说的微小的快乐。

亲和的阳光在上空盘旋，寻找空隙自然垂下，变得懒散悠闲，就像这里生活的人们。我可以坐上一辆只有我一个乘客的穿梭巴士，穿越整座城市，在清澈澄明的午后。我将头倚在没有温度的玻璃窗上，看头顶有密密交织的色彩，漂移着的白，深邃高远的蓝和婆娑的绿，还有慢慢后退的乖戾的房子，大多是白色的。我的耳机很旧了，但是效果还是很好，低吟浅唱的调子和未爆发的沉稳在脑海里放大一百倍地轰鸣，隔绝太过兴奋的空气里的躁动。我很长很长的头发披散下来，很浓很密的黑色瞬间覆盖了半个脸颊，冰凉温柔的质感给我带来沉稳的心情还有异乡里属于自己的被包裹的安全感，就像戈壁滩上尘土飞扬的荒凉在夜里变得安静顺从从而体现出的更有价值的静谧。没有了张扬的荒凉更显静谧的美，这是在另一种环境下得到的升华。而我的头发竟然在异乡给我前所未有的安全感，这未尝不是一种环境的升华。因而我感激我的头发。

可是我还是感到了被放逐的孤独，不是吗？不然我为什么一直在极力地寻找给我以安慰的物质？
