(二)惯性思维较强。作为一名基层干部，在工作实践中逐步发展出适合于自己的工作套路，没有完全真正把握和很好运用唯物辩证法，没有很好地用全面的、发展的、联系的观点去把握事物发展的规律，很多时候套用老经验、老办法，束缚了自己的思维空间、思考办法。在思想上给自己的定位标准不很高，有时存在满足于现状的消极思想。

(三)工作激情有所淡化。一是由于没有很好的加强世界观、人生观的进一步改造，忙于事务性工作，同人民群众的联系有所减少。二是对政法工作与人民群众的整体利益的关系认识还不足，境界上还远远不够。三是没能很好地解决工作平衡关系。

(四)自我调压、管理能力不够高。一是工作压力逐年增大，应付事务性工作较多，总感觉时间不够用。二是没有充分利用好八小时以外的时间。三是是党性修炼还不彻底，工作遇到挫折和阻力时，特别是自己的正确意见和行为不被理解时，有时就显得有些急躁。

(一)理想信念失落。一是不知自己信什么。不信马列信鬼神，披着马列主义外衣，打着共产主义大旗，干着自由主义的事情，由于理想不坚定，信仰不虔诚，心理很空虚，灵魂难安稳，大事小情只能有求于“风水大师” 指点谜津，“术相先生”掐算人生，傍富倚贵铺筑前程，甚至政府机关怎么盖，道路名称怎么取，都要体现趋吉避凶、抬头见“棺”、升“棺”发财。二是不知入党为什么。不讲党性讲本性，当初入党就是为了做官，为了从执政党的地位捞取好处，对党的路线、方针、政策，宗旨、目标、任务，纪律、规定、程序等知之甚少，有的随着行政职务提升，顺其自然有了党内职务之后，却并不知道自己在党组织内的位置、作用、职责、责任，不把党内监督、组织监督、群众监督放在眼里，有的甚至把行政职务带到党内，说话办事想问题，只对给自己“乌沙帽”的领导负责，而不是向党组织和广大民众负责。三是不知当官做什么。不修人格修官格，不在做人做事上下功夫，却在位子、房子、车子、票子、孩子“五子登科”上做文章，言则大话套话、空洞口号，行则前呼后拥、警车开道，住则五星宾馆、豪华接待，有的招待应酬增多了，灯红酒绿习惯了，官场潜规则适应了，不知不觉中逐步迷失了自我，在地方搞诸侯割据，在单位搞独立王国，无论是中央的政策还是上级的指示，附合自己心意的就落实，反之就以与单位实际不符为由束之高阁，不学习、不传达、不下发、不执行。四是不知人生图什么。不敬民众敬钱财，捞钱捞到手发麻，很少把贫困弱势群众当兄弟，却善于与商人、企业家交朋友，受大款、爆发户的内心外表、行头做派影响与剌激，出现心理失衡并不奇怪，想方设法在职务享受、职务消费、职务爬升上找平衡，有的甚至用商人之钱，买自己之官。古人云：“良田万顷，日食一升;广厦千间，夜眠八尺”，说的是人“需求的有限性”与“欲望的无限性”之间的矛盾，对物质的考虑牵挂、需求追求太多，最终必为物欲所累。

(二)个人主义泛滥。一是个人野心恶性膨胀。“新官上任三把火”并非坏事，体现的是领导干部急于干事创业的激情。但现在有不少领导干部“三把火”烧的不是地方。一把火“动班子”。把不属于自己“圈内”的副职视为异己，必欲去之而后快，为“一长制”、“一枝笔”、“一言堂”奠基础;二把火“调中层”。不按干部管理选用规定程序办事或在操作上设置“票权暗箱”，搞顺我者昌，逆我者亡“，为敛财创造机会，为安插亲信提供方便;三把火“否前任”。不管前任留下的基础如何，在人、财、物上搞全盘否定，用否定历史表现创新，用否定前任证明公心，用否定他人展示淫威。二是个人政绩泛滥成灾。GDP出干部，数字出干部，项目出干部，速成政绩已经成为各级领导干部挥之不去的魔咒。由于政绩因素的作用，地区单位的宏规划就无法体现战略定位的长期性，规划推进的连续性，分步落实的阶段性，有的不顾自然条件环境和民心财力，追求面子工程、政绩工程，限期工程。后任“修改”前任思路，“调整”前任布局，否定前任规划，已成官场公开的秘密。有的领导干部按照个人经验知识、社会阅历规划地区、单位未来，甚至出现一官一思路，一官一规划，一官一重点的后遗症工程、半截子工程。三是个人利益雪球效应。一人当官，鸡犬升天。据《新京报》报道，轰动一时的陕西房媳张彦家庭至少15人担任领导、公务员或国企领导，他们生活在以原运城市财政局长孙太平为核心的“官员”家族。更有甚者，据《人民网》批露四川省乐山市夹江县新场镇一个18人的卫生院，院长一家就占了8人。互相利用，投挑报李。领导干部之间，你帮我安插亲友岗位，我帮你解决家人就业，有的利用职务影响，为其亲属“破格”提拔提供方便。在公务员、事业人员逢进必考的形势下，有的地方领导创新发明了“定编不定员”的模式，专门用于解决领导亲属或者关系人的就业。四是个人享乐奢靡成风。有的奉行及时行乐的人生哲学，“今朝有酒今朝醉”，“人生得意须尽欢”，官小做派大，人微场面宽;有的追求物质享受，追求感官剌激，沉湎花天酒地，热衷灯红酒绿，纵情于声色犬马，没有不敢喝的酒，没有不敢收的礼，没有不敢办的事;有的情趣低俗，玩物丧志，经常出入歌场、舞场、沐场、赌场，没有把主要时间主要精力放在工作事业上;有的超标出行，超标接待，超标配车，超标配房，不管职级高低，办公室一定要象宾馆一样带卧室、卫生间，为“床上培养干部”提供方便。

(三)工作作风漂浮。一是浮。不会下基层。下基层之前，必先打电话通知基层，安排好检查考察的食宿行，连看什么点，听谁作介绍，与什么人交流都由基层布置好，所以根本听不到真心话，看不到真情况，如同皮球掉在水井里，从上边看，是下去了，从下面看，却浮在水面上。不会搞调研。一说调研，找几个群众代表开个座谈会，找几个基层干部谈谈话就万事大吉，对问卷调研、网络调研、媒体调研、蹲点调研、专题调研等知之甚少或不会运用、不愿运用，满足于坐着车子转，隔着玻璃看。不会作宣传。精于用会议落实会议，用文件传达文件，有时连传达文件的讲话都必须由上级提供通稿或由秘书起草讲稿，很少有自己的思想、观点、主见。二是虚。凭感觉做事。一拍脑袋出主意，二拍胸脯打包票，三拍屁股换位置，是官僚主义的典型表现。依经验做事。自我感觉良好，但由于经历阅历眼界的局限，易患井蛙之错，而且还振振有词，坚持己见，很难被说服。按先例做事。遇到问题，首先查以前有无先例，只要有先例，无论对错，一律按先例办，根本不考虑时间空间的发展变化，不考虑天时地利人和遇到的新情况新问题，更缺乏改革创新精神和大胆负责精神。三是软。只求“过得去”。工作缺乏主动性、积极性、创造性，消极等待，被动应付，效率低下，质量不高。只求“对得起”。“对得起这份工资”、“给多少钱，办多少事”，“扫好自家门前雪，不管他人瓦上霜”成为口头禅。只求“不添乱”。把“多做多出错，少做少出乱，不做不出事”奉为“座右铭”，不求有功，但求无过，对日常工作能推就推、能拖就拖，搞“无为而治”。四是吹。有的贪天之功，把地区单位发展的成绩记在个人的功劳薄上，忙于编著史志年鉴，重金聘请专家名人作词、作曲、作赋、作序，为自己涂脂抹粉、歌功颂德、树碑立传，有的用公款华丽包装，把自己打扮成唱练做打、琴棋书画无所不精的全才、天才，结果一旦离职，退去“领导”光鲜靓丽的光环，就成了“离开司机就不会走路，离开秘书就不会讲话”的庸人、废人。

(四)人力资源浪费。一是用人不公。以干部年轻化为由，排斥异己，安插亲信，越级提拔“少爷”、“姑爷”、“师爷(秘书)”到重要岗位、关键岗位、要害岗位;以知人善任、了解考察为由，为买官卖官提供方便，“不跑不送原地不动，光跑不送等待使用，又跑又送提拔重用”成了机关干部人人心领神会的潜规，以至有的地区、单位，不同职位明码实价，已成公开的秘密。二是机关松散。“三分之一干，三分之一看，三分之一在捣乱”现象，虽然并不代表机关干部主流，但在不少单位，确实不同程度存在“有人没事干，有事没人干，临时工挑重担”现象。有的政府机关及事业单位，正式人员不上班或上班不干活、干私活已经司空见惯，大量经费被用在花钱聘临时工上，有的甚至把临时工放在行政执法岗位上，出现被媒体热炒的政府机关“临时工”执法现象。三是职能错位。由于部门内部职责、职能、职权上的分工差异，在单位内部的职能部门之间，也存在着权大权小、事多事少的区别，有的单位领导凭个人好恶，不按职位说明书发挥处室作用，导致处室职能缺位越位错位并存，有的甚至“乱点鸳鸯谱”、张冠李戴、部门权责不符，有的职能部门有机构无人做事，有的机构有人做事却因职能不清无事可做，导致上班干私事，网上玩游戏等问题屡禁不止。四是空饷现象。公务员法规定公务员的退休年龄是60岁，为防止握有实权的领导干部退休前突击腐败的59现象，让部分县处级领导干部57岁“退二线”，是干部管理部门变通执法的一大发明。问题在于不处于领导岗位的机关中层科股级普通干部也被硬性“参照执行”，而且层层加码，让一大批年富力强、心理成熟、经验丰富的机关中层提前到53岁“退二线”， 不但与当前举国关注、社会热议的延迟到65岁退休年龄背道而驰，而且也让年龄在48岁以上的机关中层干部也产生“前途无望、船近码头”的迷茫心态，有的甚至情绪低沉，思想消极，工作糊弄，工作的积极性、主动性、创造性严重受挫。已经“退二线”的干部，除有少数干部出去谋业或被“返聘”外，其他大多数干部都呆在家里以打牌、钓鱼、照看孙子孙女度日，“二线干部”处于放任自流、无人监管、权益无助状态，还在社会上引发了百姓诟病的机关干部“吃空饷”问题。

I remember 9 months ago, I was in a hurry to prepare for the college exam. I was afraid I couldnt get to my favorite school at the time. But at last I realized my dream. Now I study Chinese in my favorite university, Hanoi University.

After going to college, my life didnt change too much. Because I live and study in Hanoi, so I dont have to leave the family or rent a house. My home is not far from school, just 15 minutes by bike. But, to be honest, I prefer to live away from home, because I can live on my own, and I can feel the feeling of homesickness.

After the study, everything here is very new to me. I study in a new environment, know a lot of new friends, learn a lot of new knowledge, and so on. At first I felt a little nervous. But now Im getting used to it. The classmates of our class are all very united, often help each other to learn, there is a collective activity, we all join.
