三、真爱学生，才懂得“漂亮的孩子人人喜爱，爱难看的孩子才是真正的爱的道理”。素质教育的大旗上有一个大写的“人”字，要求教师们善待每一个生命，尤其是那些曾经遭受到伤害的孩子。《小学英语新课程课堂教学案例》为教师们种下了一个信念--每个人都是天才，没有教不好的学生，只有不会教的老师。
