我记得那是一个星期六，天气很冷很冷。我和美美一起去超市买学习用品，当我们正在认真的挑选时，美美突然发现有人在偷东西，看见这小偷要逃走，她便飞快地跑去追他。最终美美抓到了那个小偷，并把东西归还给了失主，失主激动的握住美美的`手，激动的说不出话来。周围的人都夸她是个好孩子，她不好意思的红了脸。这时，失主从他的钱包里拿出一百元给美美作为奖励，但美美拒绝了，她说：“这是我应该做的，我不能索取回报。”我的脑海里闪现出几个词：助人为乐、见义勇为。与此同时，美美的形象在我的脑海中瞬间变的高大起来。

如果世界上多几个像美美这样的人，那该多好呀！就像歌词里唱的一样：“只要人人都献出一点爱，世界将会变成美好的人间。”
