Though my daily life is extremely monotonous, I try hard to adapt myself to

it. Why? Because I intend to be a good student. I wish to render service to my

country. I get up at six o’clock every day. after I wash my face and brush my

teeth, I begin to review my lessons. I go to school at seven o’clock. after

school is over, I return home. we usually have supper at seven o’clock.then I

begin to do my homework. I want to finish it before i go to bed.

我的日常生活

虽然我的日常生活十分单调，但我却竭力设法去适应它。为什么?因为我打算做一个好学生，希望将来为国家服务。

我每天六点起床、洗脸刷牙后，就开始复习功课，七点钟我就去上学。

放学后，我就回家了。我们通常在七点钟吃晚餐，之后我就开始做家庭作业，希望在睡觉前把它做完。

我盼望已久的五一节到了，可我觉得一点儿也不开心，觉得很无聊。因为别的父母都会在五一节前给自己的孩子安排旅游等令人感到轻松愉快的活动，可我呢，只能呆在家里，慢慢地打发时间。 早上，一觉醒来后，我揉着惺忪的眼睛，无精打采地走到厨房寻找食物。可偏偏什么也没找到，去喊妈妈，妈妈又不在家。真是倒霉透了。我只好慢慢地等，顺便泡了一些米给我的宠物鸡吃。哪知道，倒霉闪电又一次打在了我的头上：小鸡突然从纸箱里跳了出来，吓得我丢下鸡食，撒腿狂奔，因为我怕小鸡会拿那尖锐的小嘴啄我。可那只鸡却不识好歹，跟着我瞎跑，我跑到哪里它就追到哪里。我急中生智，慌忙跳到了沙发上。因为沙发很高，所以小鸡跳不上来。我在沙发上洋洋得意地坐着，下面的小鸡也没闲着，它似乎觉得我家地板的花纹不好看，就“锦上添花”，屙了一坨大便。妈妈回来后，立即把我臭骂一顿。我恨不得把那只可恶的小鸡给大卸八块。

到了晚上，倒霉的事又接二连三发生在我身上：妈妈从小餐馆里买回了八只香喷喷的鸡汁汤包，我闻了馋得直流口水。当我拿起筷子准备先尝为快时，汤包皮儿突然被夹破了，油汁“哧溜”一声全洒在了我的衣服上，油渍渍的一片，油的形状就像是阿拉伯数字“2”。换上干净的衣服之后，我迫不及待地跑到电视机前，收看我最喜欢的动画片。正当动画片最精彩的时候，突然断电了。天啊!这样的生活我怎么受的了，我真想跑到阳台上，对着天大喊一声：“啊!”

I was depressed because couldnt understand an English book after I bought

it. could understand nothing. I thought maybe I should study English hard and

only by this could I learn a lot of knowledge and understand English aw well as

communicate with others in English. I told myself, just go.

I love holidays,because during holidays ,I can do everything I like,and

study something new.Now the summer holidays is coming,Im going to do something

meaningful.

I like English,I spell words well,but I can not speak English very well.So

I want to improve my English in the holiday.I will read English every moring,and

then I think my English must be improved. I will also learn to swim.I think it

is very helpful.

There are too many things to do,I believe in myself can do them well! My

summer holiday must be a good one.

I have a happy family.My mother is a teacher.she likes singing.and she

likes eating hot pot .she likes piaying sports.so she is very healthy.my mother

is strict with me.

My father is a policeman.his work is kind of dangerous he likes reading

newspaper.he likes eating hot pot too.but he doesnt doing sports.

Im a girl,Im fourteen years old. I like eating hot pot best.and I like

playing tennis best.

今天是个大晴天，爸爸走的匆忙，妈妈走的迅速，连饭都没来得及做!一定是单位的领导给了大事一件。

看爸爸妈妈那么辛苦，我来帮他们叠被子吧!我上了床，拿了一个较小的被子，先把它平铺在床上，然后从大约三分之一的地方往里折，另一边也折过来，再把被子旋转九十度，把被子的宽用同样的方法折好，一个方方正正的“豆腐块”就叠好了，看看我的第一个杰作，多整齐啊!

我把第二个被子也展开铺在床上，心想：叠这个被子要用另一种方法，这样才有新意!我把被子的四分之一往里叠，再把另一边也像这样往里叠，而后把被子反过来，又沿两边的四分之一对折，再折一下就好了，我聪明吧!爸爸妈妈的被子都叠好了，我把小的被子搭在大的被子上，最后再挪到床角就大功告成了。

轮到我自己的床了，我把这个被子叠成“金元宝”吧，先把被子向上对折，下面的两个角向中间折一下，再把上面的两个长方形分别向外向下折，又把上面的两个角折到里面，从下面一拉，就成了一个正方形。然后下面两个角分别向外向上一折，把折的角与上面的角重合，再从下面从里面向外拉，最后把上面的两个角又向外一拉，终于好了。真是太复杂了!试一试吧，你会很有成就感的!

寒假里的一天，阳光暖暖地照耀着大地，我决定要帮妈妈做一次家务，让她的心也暖暖的。

早上起了床，我开始自己叠被子。我拿起被子使劲一抖，接着对折，对折，再仔细对折。哈哈，就这样被子叠好了。看着整整齐齐的被单，我心里别提有多自豪了。

妈妈很快烧了一桌好菜，胃口大开的我三下五除二就将它们一扫而光。吃完了饭，我立马带上了红色的橡胶手套，开始洗碗了。我把餐桌上的碗、盘、筷子都放进了洗碗盆里，打开水龙头“哗啦哗啦”地冲了起来。我仔仔细细地将每一个碗擦了一遍又一遍，干得可劲儿啦。不一会儿，一个个盘碗都焕然一新，发出了亮闪闪的光芒。看着这一个个光洁如新的盘碗，我开心地笑了。

可我低头看了看地面，哇，好脏啊!接着干吧，我咬着牙，拿起扫把，二话不说就再次开工了。我拿着扫把，从厨房扫到了客厅，又从客厅扫到了房间，扫呀扫呀，不多时，家里的地面就被我扫得一干二净，一尘不染了。仔细一看，地板光亮得简直像面镜子呢!

家务都干完了，我擦了擦额头不断渗出的汗珠，感叹道：“真累啊!”看来，做家务看似简单，其实也很辛苦呢。我终于体会到了妈妈平日里的辛苦，我想以后我还要多做点家务，成为妈妈的好帮手。

英文日记主要由三个部分组成：日期天气、标题和正文，在写英文日记时，我们需要先在第一行靠左位置用英文写上年、月、日、星期和天气(如：Monday

November 10,2020)，将天气情况写在右上角，再另起一行写上标题后，再写上正文即可。

在写英语日记时，日期和天气是必写的，至于日记的标题可写可不写，在进行日记正文的书写时，正文主题内容可以是本日生活的记录，也可以是某一件事的感悟。注意避免流水账样式的记录，尽量让记录下来的文字生动有趣。

对于英文日记来说，你可以将日记写成记事的类型，也可以利用夹叙夹议的方式，又或者是添加一些抒情的句子，使得日记整体内容变得丰富起来。写英语日记主要的目的还是为了帮助我们英语的提升与学习，所以在写日记时最好能过将学过的高级词汇与句型灵活运用到当中。

The lesson startedn today. After the long and becaemeour boring opening ceremony, we saw our chinese teacher. 今天，我一大早就起来了，起来后，没有事做，于是看了一会儿书，但还是无聊。这时我突然想起今天是“五一”劳动节呀!俗话说得好：“劳动最光荣”。还可以一边劳动一边体验一下妈妈做家务的感受。

“嗯!主意不错。”说完，我说干就干。拿起拖把就对着地上拖了起来，我拖呀!拖呀!不知从何时开始，我那身上已流出许多豆大的汉珠，在这时我觉得，妈妈每天都来干那么多的家务，而我只拖了一会儿，就气喘吁吁，我要坚强。于是我把地又拖了一遍，觉行这一次干净多了。

我拖完地，开始洗碗。我先拿来所有的脏碗，顶多就3、4个，我想，这一定很容易，于是我把碗放在池子里，还把水龙头打开。“喜刷刷，喜刷刷”看我刷得多欢快。但不知不觉中，已经40分钟过去了。

在这次实践中，我明白了妈妈平时做家务是多么辛苦，以后我一定帮忙。

从这件事中我明白了“劳动最光荣”的含义。

The conception of money is different for the old and the young. The old

generation believes that money should be saved in case of the urgent situation,

while most young people think that money should be spent to realize its value.

When I was struggled about the different opinions, I saw the news report about a

man got back his money that he saved in the early 1990s, which was about 1000

RMB. People made their comment that this amount of money meant so much at that

time, which could buy a nice big house, while today it was just a big meal in

the restaurant. This news inspired me to make reasonable plan of money. The old

way to treat money is not suitable, because money will lose its value as time

goes by. I choose to spend part of money while saving another part of it.

Yesterday was my birthday, so some of my classmates sent me presents.

沿着平江路，我们一路走到狮子林。狮子林可是苏州最有名的园林之一，其它的还有拙政园，留园和网师园。走进狮子林，形状各异的假山

层层叠叠地连在一起，远远望去形成一条弯弯曲曲的迷宫。我搀着外婆的手小心翼翼地在山洞中穿行。脚下的石子路被成千上万的游客都磨平了，稍不留神，就容易摔个四脚朝天。外婆年纪大了，行动不太方便，所以，我走几步就要停下来等等她。狮子林的迷宫真是太有趣了，看上去小小的山洞，里面却别有洞天，我们上上下下，不知绕了多少个弯，终于走出了迷宫。爬到狮子林的处，放眼望去，满目一片绿色，到处充满着生机勃勃的景象。小河在我们脚下静静地流淌，花朵们纷纷绽开了笑脸。园子里的假山，形态奇特，有的像活泼可爱的“小狮子”，有的像机灵顽皮的“小猴子”，还有憨态可掬的“小猪”，我还以为来到动物园了呢!眼前的美景让我们流连忘返，就连外婆也陶醉在这迷人的景色中。

俗话说，上有天堂，下有苏杭，江南园林甲天下，苏州园林甲江南。果然，名不虚传!

今天，为了星期五的试讲，我将教案又重新誊写了一遍，交给管老师再次批阅。经过她的点评和点拨，原本一份儿自认为还不错的教学设计竟是如此的漏洞百出。

不过，今天我明白了，针对小学英语词汇和句型的教授，更重要的是不断的操练与巩固。尤其是在随堂课上面，方式不必太过翻新、太过多样化，稳扎稳打才是课堂教学的本质。

与此同时，我也在思考：

教学形式的多样化与教学效果是否成正比：选择多样化的教学形式，学生会感受到课堂气氛的活跃，但繁多的形式会使学生眼花缭乱。在《Atasnack》这一课，由于讲授的内容是食物类的单词和句型。所以我选择了很多样化的教具和教学形式，课堂氛围应该总体不错，但至于整堂课的教学效果，我实在是不好说。现在我很疑惑：一节课传授的是知识，教学形式只是是教学目标实现的辅助手段而已，该如何适度地运用不同的教学形式呢？

而且，我还学到了对于教材，自己要进行认真的分析，加以自己的理解，再进行适当的处理，这样才能做出最好的掌握。

之前，我的处理较于呆板，不仅自己教授起来困难，而且学生接受、掌握起来也并不是很容易。如果我能多动动脑子、多花花心思，也许就能找到更好、更合理的解决所教授内容的方式。

总之，万事都需要钻研。有付出，才会有回报。

Wednesday July 20th 2005

Today is Wednesday. It’s the third day of the summer camp. The weather isn’t very good. It reined all the time, and the wind blowed strongly. So I don’t feel happy. And the umbrella is too small for two persons my sister and me water always fell down into my shoes, so my feet got wet. It’s uncomfortable. I think it was really a bad day.

Today, we saw two films, but we only saw half of them. Lion King is very interesting. Tomorrow we will finish watching that. I hope this will get a good ending. Also our Chinese teacher changed a lot. I started to listen to his lessons.

This evening, we three taught Cathy about the language in my hometown. We said a word and then she guessed. She is really very clever. She can understand most of me said, and Mr.Zhang told us something about the ways to study English. I don’t agree with him. I think everyone has his (her) own best way to study English, right?

I hope tomorrow it will be sunny and we can travel around Zhejiang University, I hope so.
