Mid-autumn day is thought to be the best festival with human touch or interest and poetic sentiment and mood of a painting. 2、强化教学常规的落实，提高课堂教学效率，组织教师认真学习学校教学常规，指导检查教师的教学工作，特别抓好“备课”、“上课”、“课后辅导”、“培优辅导”等主要环节，鼓励教师充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3、加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组每周至少活动一次，时间固定，要紧紧围绕教研组活动的主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高英语组全体教师的业务水平。

从那以后，无论学习中遇到什么挫折，我都泰然处之，“宠辱不惊”了。“得失浑作家常事，胜败应当笑傲然。”——愿我们时刻能用这样的胸怀去面对生活，面对生活中的不幸与不公。莫让伤痛和遗憾成为羁绊我们前进脚步的沙子，让我们学会随时倒出鞋里的沙子。

相信大家都会有第一次经历是事情，我活了十几年，有很多第一次做的事情，其中，另我印象最深刻是第一次测验。

那时是很久远的事情了，说得含糊一点就是六年前，说得白一点呢就是一年级的时候了。

我记得那时应该是学完两个单元时，听见老师说下一个星期就要测验，要好好复习什么的。当时才刚上小学嘛，所以就什么也不知道，我也不知道为什么，听到测验这个词语就以为是像科学家一样去实验室去研究什么东西，于是，傻傻的我就一直在期待测验。

过了漫长的几天后，终于到了测验的时候了。我非常兴奋，老是期待去什么实验室研究。可是，这太另我失望了。我只看到老师发了一张白白的卷子下来，同学们一拿到试卷就“埋头苦干”这让我很奇怪，为什么是这样呢?不是应该去实验室吗?我那时很郁闷，但是我愣着还是愣着，看人家做题，我也做呗。我一边在做题一边在想，为什么不去实验室呢?我想着想着突然有一种想哭的冲动，就好像是老师欺骗了我一样，就在我一边神游一边做题是，一份试卷就做完了。交了卷子，我去问同学说刚才为什么是去测验而不是去实验室，那位同学一听，哈哈大笑了起来：“去什么实验室啊?测验就是做卷子，来看下你这单元学得怎样啊!”我一听完，立刻面红耳赤，我怎么那么笨啊?

大家觉得我第一次测验时有没有趣啊?这可是我从小到大印象最深刻的事情呢。等以后我再告诉你们其他有趣的事情吧。

在这个暑假里，每一个人都有自己的生活，但是我的暑假生活是从农村开始的，因为我一放假就和奶奶回老家农村了。

在农村里，闻不到汽车排放出难闻的废气，听不到难听而刺耳的喇叭的叫声，闻到的.是青菜和庄稼苗的气味，听到的是优美的大自然的旋律。

我在农村，不是享受大自然的礼物就是和小伙伴一起玩耍。不管是刮风，还是下雨，不管是炎热还是阴天，都能听到鸟儿的叫声，蝉和蛐蛐的演奏，动物伴奏。有时跟爷爷奶奶到田里摘菜，所以每天都有不同的生活，和不同的乐趣。

在这个美好的地方，愉快的生活，简直就是人生中的乐趣，一年四季冬暖夏凉。我的暑假生活不错吧!

假到了，天气炎热，大地被太阳烤得直冒烟，大家只能躲在家里避暑了。今天是个“百年难遇”的阴天，我们这些在家里憋的快“发霉”人当然不会放过这样一个好天气了!我和杨胜等几个同学约好了带上家长去打野战。

我们大队“人马”都到齐了，我们才进入紧张又刺激的比赛。

比赛开始了，我们蓝方的队长把我们带进我们一楼的位子。我们都找到了各自坚守的位子，我刚放下心，就听到有人大叫：“我的命没了!”又有一个叫到：“我也死了。”我的心又不得不悬了起来，我小心翼翼的环顾四周，总想“杀死”敌人，为我们队“立大功”可意外的发现他们在几个人的掩护下已经悄悄的占领了我们的二楼，我们想夺回我们的地盘，可是力不从心。经过两分钟的对决，我们终于败下阵来。我们队的队员都垂头丧气的，仿佛到了世界末日。

第二场有又紧锣密鼓的开始了。这一次，我们吸取了教训，把一半的军力都调到了第二楼，我被分配到了一楼。我们全力进攻敌人，真是功夫不负有心人，我们队把红队打的只剩下六个人了。可在这决定胜负的关键时刻，我们队却莫名其妙的的死了三个人，再一看，原来是他们后面我们自己队的队员在“做怪”。真是水淹龙王庙——自家人不认自家人。没过一会儿，他们队只剩两个人了，我以其人之道还自其人之身，迅速的占领了他们的地盘来了个二连杀，为我们队取得胜利。他们队个个都低着头，特别灰心，而我们队欢呼雀跃。

我坐在椅子上，看着同学们欢乐的背景，觉得自己仿佛置身于一个欢乐的世界……
