Most people miss their grade school days and think they are the happiest time of their life, but whenever I recall them I cannot help feeling a little sad. I still have an abhorrence for any dismal atmosphere and lonesomeness, but hardened by experience I now find them less disturbing than they were.

First day of losing weight

Today is the first day of my plan of losing weight.This morning , i drunk

only a cup of milk oatmeal as plan,and then i started to studied my english.when

it was 10：00 am, the inner man began to crave the nourishment, i couldnt

concentrate my attention to study， and there fried all kinds of delicious food

in my brain:hamburgers、dumplings、egg fried rice and omelette…… .After ten

minutes strugling，I couldnt help that anymore! I rushed to the kitchen, in

which then i ate whatever that was eatable!After that i finally gave up to lose

weight, thinking that im not that fat to need to go on a diet. Anyway, i should

continue to enjoy delicious food which i think is most beautiful thing in the

像去了北京一定要去万里长城一样，去我金华一定要去双龙洞走走。我们已经到了双龙洞洞口，不知道里面会给我们带来怎样精彩、刺激的旅程呢?我迫不及待的冲了进去，刚到洞口我便看见三艘电动船，每艘船上最多能躺6人。电动船开动了，我们想拍一张照都难，眼前就是那光滑的石头，果然和叶圣陶先生写的《记金华的双龙洞》一模一样呀!

下了船，首先映入眼帘的是名为“将军护腿”，里面是一块极其像腿的石头，外面的小石头仿佛是这护腿的装饰，小巧玲珑的好看极了。其次是“老寿星望仙桃”、“小龙宫殿”和“龟蛇大战”，“老寿星望仙桃”可真是名不虚传，一块岩石上面有一朵类似于祥云的岩石，而“祥云”上面踩着的正是白发苍苍的老寿星，老寿星抬着头仿佛正在张望着什么，噢，老寿星张望的不正是那仙桃吗?看上去就让人垂涎三尺!参观结束之后便是精彩有趣的冒险之旅，你可以选择走也可以不走，这权力掌握在你自己的手中，这次冒险用最快的速度也要40几分钟，所以说这次冒险的路很长但还是很多人参加了，我看了一下竟有三分之一是老年人，孩子就没几个，最多的还是年青人，不过那些年青人远远不如我们这些孩子呢!

When we were children, we often say that I want to grow up, or I want to be

过年我兴，不用担心迟到，不用做作业，每天睡到自然醒，就算偶尔调皮，大人也都会一笑了之，不会责备。

era. At the time the computer was invented, scientists, marveling at its

calculating speed, felt that they had created a miracle. Nowadays, the function

of the computer is no longer confined to calculation; it permeates people’s

People become so heavily dependent on computers that it is hard to imagine

现在的学生，生活在繁忙的社会里，有时像热水烧开了的泡泡一般，一不小心就滑出了健康生活的轨道。我认为，接触美丽的大自然是健康生活的一项条件，不仔细看还不知道大自然最真实的面貌呢！翠绿的小叶子，橘红的扶桑花朵，还有云朵是如何当上魔法师的呢？在星期六、日的傍晚，我们一家人最喜欢骑着脚踏车， 到家附近的公园，暂时抛开功课、忘掉烦恼，尽情的让新鲜的绿草气味儿感染我的心情。在迎向健康生活的路上，推开门，走向大自然的怀抱吧！

在我们家里，每一位成员都有自己喜欢的运动，我和爸爸喜欢打羽球，弟弟喜欢棒球，而妈妈总是笑咪咪的穿着运动衫到健身房上瑜珈课。运动的好处实在太多了！它可以流出最甜美的汗水，可以抒发压力，调整自己生活的情绪。虽然运动完后，流了满身的汗水，但想一想，锻炼自己的身体，不是会更有精神，专注在课业 上吗？一个人非常有智慧，那么他就像一颗小钻石，如果有健康的身体，就如同宝石镶了边一样，显得更灿烂夺目。

从小学开始，学校就推动了阅读小博士的活动，我变得很喜欢看课外书，只要一有心得，就会认真记录下来。一直到现在，虽然升上了初中，不过我有时也会和家人、朋友们讨论，这些书的主角、书的作者、书的内容像一首庄重的交响曲，还是轻快的协奏曲。培根曾这么说：“读一本好书，就如同与许多高尚的人对话。”书不仅拓展自己的视野，也修养了自己的品德，健康的生活永远也少不了知识精巧的点缀。

在生活最重要的方格里，成为控制自己情绪的主人，是健康的人必修的一门课。现代人强调高EQ，让自己可以培养待人处事的和气、包容不同意见的宽容和雅 量。不管是谁，情绪商数可以影响自己的心理健康。可以无时无刻保持微笑，一点点失败反而越挫越勇的人，在迈向健康生活的大道上，是最成功、最让人佩服的。

迎向健康的生活，在美丽、轻快的乐章上，有可爱且活泼的音符，健康永远是不可缺少的，它跳跃着，奏出美妙的圆舞曲，跳出最多采多姿的健康生活，在生命的舞台上，闪闪发光。

In China, the subjects that students learnt are necessary. They can learn special classes when they enter university. Sometimes I think it will be perfect to have the special class in middle school. On the one hand, students can learn more things besides the necessary subjects. They can develop more practical skills. On the other hand, students can cultivate their interest by learning something different. Though it is a little hard to open special classes, because education pays attention to scores, I believe that someday more special classes will be open, as the class reform calls on people to pay attention to the development of student mind.

在中国，学生所学习的科目都是有必要的。当他们进入大学以后，他们可以学习特色课程。有时我觉得在初中开设特色课程是非常好的。一方面，学生除了必要科目之外还可以学到更多的东西。可以发展更多实用技巧。另一方面，学生可以培养他们的兴趣，学习不同的东西。虽然因为教育注重分数导致开设特色课程有一定难度，但我相信总有一天将会开设更多的特色课程，因为教育改革呼吁人们关注学生的思维发展。
