大家好!今天我演讲的题目是“不忘国耻，振兴中华”。

翻开古老的历史书，第1860页的第10篇第6行有一个可耻的印记。那就是英法联军送给我们的!1860年10月6日，英法联军闯入北京圆明园，他们把院内凡是能拿走的统统掠走，拿不动的，就用牲口搬运，实在运不走的，就任意破坏。最可恶的是在10月18日和19日之间，他们为了销毁证据，竟放火烧了圆明园。这一园林艺术的瑰宝，建筑艺术的精华，就这样化成了灰烬。现在给我们留下的只是几根孤零零的柱子和无尽的遗憾与愤怒。

当时，英法联军经过北京城东北郊直扑圆明园时，僧格林沁、瑞麒残部在城北一带稍微战斗了一下，就逃亡了。作为保护圆明园的技勇和一些太监，无所畏惧，和敌人展开了殊死拼搏，但终因寡不敌众，而丧失了性命。至晚7点，法侵略军攻占了圆明园，管圆大臣文丰投福海而死。

虽然1860这页历史有了一个可耻的印章，但是复兴中国的呼吁在古老的版图上回荡不息。1905年，詹天佑修筑了京张铁路，1937年，一起震惊全国的卢沟桥事件，使全中国人民走上了抗战征程，2006年，神6成功发射，又成功返回地球，2008年奥运会也画上了圆满的句号。

“就快要上台了，好紧张！”“上台时他们一定会嘲笑我！”“弦断了会怎么样呢？”此时，我正在准备着一件意义重大的事情——第一次上台演奏小提琴。

随着幕布徐徐升起，我站在舞台的正中央，观众的正前面！豆大的汗珠从我脸颊一直流到拿长长的燕尾服。这时，我的心里只有两个字——紧张！

开始演奏了。伴着观众热烈的掌声，我抬起了小提琴，将它搭在肩上，又将弓放在那4根弦上。

当弓向下滑至第一根弦时，我便将全部精力都汇聚到弦上，聚精会神地拉起来。值得庆幸的是观众们都入迷地听着，听着，似乎表演得很成功。

正当拉到高潮时，我突然把“哆”拉成了“咪”。呀！我大惊失色，几乎叫出声来了，我心像有只兔子在乱蹦乱撞，搞得我不得安宁。我往台下望，感觉所有人都责骂我，用质疑的目光盯着我。正在我准备停下来放弃表演时，脑海浮现出了老师那句话：“错了就错了，但你不要放弃，唯一要做的就是将剩下的拉好！想到这里，我又鼓起勇气继续往下拉……

那次表演我获得了金奖。直到现在，那次表演的分分秒秒以及老师那句把我从绝望中拉出来的话都令我印象深刻……

记得一年级，我第一次在校园上台，那样的画面还历历在目呢。

那时，学校举办国庆联谊会，每个班上都有一个节目，老师决定把机会让给我，我暗暗下定决心，非拿到个奖项不可。

到了那天，再等候室里，我的心就像十五个吊桶打水——七上八下的。

忽然，广播里叫道了我的名字，冷不防的把我吓了一跳，我急急忙忙的冲了出去，摔了个“狗啃泥”，还好没被同学们看见，我拍了拍身上的灰，继续往前走，看见罗老师，我不安的挤了挤眉头，罗老师用鼓励的眼神看着我，我这才安心了点。

走上了台，看见几百双眼睛对着我，我不安地想：要是忘了词怎么办?这时，我想起了罗老师她对我的期望……

我鼓起勇气唱起了歌：“月亮船呀，月亮船，载这妈妈的歌谣……”|把一切的不安和紧张都抛到了九霄云外，我渐渐的投入到歌曲中，双手随着优美的旋律挥动起来……

结束了，台下响起了热烈的掌声，老师欣慰的点了点头，走过来拍拍我的肩膀，说“努力没白费啊，唱得不错，雅丽!当时，我的心比吃了蜜还甜。后来才知道，我没辜负老师和同学们的期望，夺得第一名，金奖。

经过这次上台，让我明白：做什么事只要努力、用心做、就会有新的收获。你们说对吗?

大家好，今天我演讲的题目是《从小事做起，培养良好的习惯》。俗话说“五岁成习，六十亦然。”这就说明良好习惯的养成对我们的一生会产生巨大的影响。一个好习惯会让我们终生受益，会成为我们一生的好老师。

古今中外，凡是有所作为的人，无一例外都拥有自己的好习惯。那么好的习惯从何而来呢?这就需要我们在日常生活中处处严格要求自己，努力做好身边的一点一滴。

但是，在我们美丽的校园中总有一些令人不满意的现象出现。我们不难看到，刚刚清扫后的校园，就有我们同学扔下的饮料罐，塑料袋;在书声琅琅的课堂上，有的同学却心不在焉，萎靡不振;在安静无声的自习课上，有的同学唧唧喳喳甚至高声喧哗;在庄严肃穆的升旗仪式上，有的同学却左顾右盼，窃窃私语。还有一些同学受一些不良习惯的影响，讲粗话，脏活，争吵，打架，搞不团结，把充满知识氛围的校园变成他们肆意放纵自己的场所，影响了学校形象和周围同学。

以上这种种现象，不仅严重违反了小学生日常行为规范，而且也破坏了学校为我们提供的优美和谐的育人环境，更不利于我们养成良好的行为习惯。

同学们，作为人生才起步的小学生，如花蕾、似朝阳。我们每个人的日常生活、学习都是由一件件小事构成的，小事如滴水，积多成汪洋，我们不能对这些不起眼的小事轻视怠慢。请记住：关注细节，生活无小事。所有成功者，无不是从小事做起;所有成功者，无不是关注身边每一个细节，无不是养成了良好的行为习惯。当然好习惯不是口头上说说，一朝一夕就能养成的，根据专家的研究发现：21天以上的重复会成为习惯，90天的重复会形成稳定的习惯。这就需要我们具有一种锲而不舍的精神，一种坚持到底的信念，一种脚踏实地的务实态度，一种自动自发的责任心，一种没有任何借口的行为准则。只有这样，我们才会成功，才会成为强者，才会立于不败之地。

同学们，让我们行动起来吧!从每一件小事做起，养成一个个良好的习惯，让好习惯和我们朝夕相处，帮我们打开成功的大门吧!

各位同学、各位老师，星期一早上好!

我今天讲的题目是：好习惯成就好人生。先请同学们听一个小故事：父子两住山上，每天都要赶牛车下山卖柴。老父较有经验，坐镇驾车，山路崎岖，弯道特多。儿子眼神较好，总是在要转弯时提醒道：“爹，转弯啦!”

有一次父亲因病没有下山，儿子一人驾车。到了弯道，牛怎么也不肯转弯，儿子用尽各种方法，下车又推又拉，用青草诱之，牛一动不动。

到底是怎么回事?儿子百思不得其解。最后只有一个办法了，他左右看看无人，贴近牛的耳朵大声叫道：“爹，转弯啦!”牛应声而动。

英国教育家洛克说：“习惯一旦养成之后，便用不着借助记忆，很容易很自然地就能发生作用了。”事实确实是这样的。牛用条件反射的方式活着，而人则以习惯生活。一个成功的人晓得如何培养好的习惯来代替坏的习惯，当好的习惯积累多了，自然会有一个好的人生。

正如培根所说“习惯真是一种顽强而巨大的力量。它可以主宰人生。”要拥有美好人生，必须养成好的习惯，让它服务于我们。

同学们，学期已经过半，开学至今，对于养成训练方面，我们德育处提了：养成文明礼貌、讲究卫生、爱护公物、安全记心中等习惯。请同学们想一想，这些好习惯，你们都养成了吗?相信，绝大多数的同学已养成了不少的好习惯，这些好习惯将伴随你们，令你们今后的人生路走得更顺畅些。可也有那么一小部分同学，他们在养成训练方面的表现不令人满意。下面，老师选取几个镜头，请同学们辨别对照一下。镜头一：每逢吃水果、牛奶，从食堂到教学楼随处可见牛奶的包装袋和水果的外皮;镜头二：不少同学在食堂吃好饭，食堂外面明明有路，可他们就是喜欢在草坪上走;镜头三：课间，总看见有同学在走廊、教室里追逐打闹;镜头四：午间，总有同学不做好作业就玩……刚才我所说的那几个镜头，只是我们所见的不和谐镜头中的一部分。当然，这些镜头所反映的只是我们身边的一小部分同学。可只要我们掉以轻心，放松对自己的要求，这种不和谐镜头会越来越多，使我们离良好的习惯会越来越远。同学们，为了我们自己的将来、为了我们美好和谐的校园，让我们从现在开始养成良好的习惯吧!

大家好，还有两天就是“五一”国际劳动节了，我先给大家讲讲劳动节的来历：“五一”国际劳动节起源于美国。1886年5月1日，美国工人举行大罢工，要求改善劳动条件，实行每天八小时工作制。工人们团结战斗，夺得了罢工的胜利。人们为了纪念这次胜利，就把这一天定为国际劳动节，全世界的劳动者从此有了自己的节日。现在，劳动者已经成为我们国家的主人，劳动条件极大改善，因此每年的“五一”国际劳动节，成为赞美劳动者、歌颂劳动的节日。

我们现在还是小学生，纪念“五一”国际劳动节，首先应当牢记自己的学习使命。培养高尚的情操，掌握丰富的知识，学会更多的技能，为将来成为一名优秀的劳动者打下坚实的基础。知识就是力量，今天我们学会的知识越多，将来就能够为祖国、为人民作出更多的贡献。

其次，我们应该从小养成爱劳动的好习惯。在家里，自己的衣服自己穿，自己的床铺自己折，自己的书包自己理;在学校，积极打扫卫生，时刻保持环境的整洁;在社会上，积极参加力所能及的公益活动，培养自己的适应能力。
