今年暑假，因为爸爸妈妈要上班，我照例回老家过，由于我性格较内向，妈妈觉得要给我报一个兴趣班，说是让我增加与人交往机会，学习一些知识，暑假还让我上课真令我头疼。

这天，爷爷奶奶带着我来到妈妈事先给我联系好的 “金话筒主持人”兴趣班，我将在这里上我的暑假第一课。进去后，只见一个个小人坐在小板凳上，我不禁心想：这是托儿所吗?怎么这群孩子都没我大。我想了想，随即找了个小板凳坐了下来，可板凳太小了承重力不足，加上我偏胖，板凳几乎要被压垮。“叮铃铃”终于上课了，老师给我们讲了主持人的站姿，如何生动地进行自我介绍，此时，我才对这个补习班产生了一丝丝好感。但是与其他同学年龄的差异还是令我尴尬。第一节课快结束时，老师又让家长们进来旁听同学们的自我介绍。唉，我要与这群小不点轮流表演，我不禁感到十分排拆。当我认真表演完了，台下一群家长可能看到我与其他小孩的年龄差异，禁不住大笑，顿时，一股浓浓的恨意在我心头产生，我讨厌这个兴趣班，讨厌和这群小孩一起，也讨厌这些家长们的笑声。妈妈听我抗议后，怕同班小孩太小我不能适应，和老师协调退出了这个兴趣班。

离开了“金话筒主持人”兴趣班后，我又马不停蹄的来到了第二个兴趣班——国际音标班。进去之后我十分惊喜，因为这个班里都是和我年龄差不多大的孩子。我找了个位子坐下，再看看老师，“哇，太好了，是朱老师”，我以前英语辅导班就是在她那上的，我心中窃喜。一个又高又瘦的男孩成了我的同桌，我同桌也和我聊了聊，我们聊游戏，聊打球，共同语言很多，因此成了好朋友。我每天很喜欢去上课，对英标产生了浓厚的兴趣，培训结束后对我们进行了测试，我还考出了优异的成绩。

我觉得暑假兴趣班就要这样，大家年龄差不多，有许多可以聊的同学，才能既有兴趣，又学到知识。

My summer holiday begun on July 7th.I love summer holiday because I dont

have to go to school and I can enjoy myself with my friends.I often spend the

mornings doing my homework.And I always watch TV in the afternoon at home

because its very hot outside.And in the evening,I go swimming with my family

My plan for August is travelling.I travel with my family every summer

我心想：妈妈是因为没时间运动才变胖的，我要让妈妈运动。可是妈妈每天7点30出家门，7点15才起床，只能让妈妈早点起来做运动。

我冥思苦相想，好不容易想出了一份计划书，并在电脑上打印下来。我拿着它对妈妈说：“妈妈，我有一份减肥计划，保证会成功，要不要听听?”“好啊!”妈妈答道。“恩!听好了：

一晚9点准时睡觉

二早6点25起床，6:30到7:15做运动

三运动项目：

1.健美操两遍

2.呼啦圈不少于500个

3.自由活动

主教练:张纯小姐。”妈妈惊讶地说:"啊?晚上9：00就睡，早上6：25就起床，还要做500个呼啦圈!!!0h,My god!不过为了我的身材,行!”

当天晚上，我让妈妈9：00准时睡觉。早上，铃声响起了，我去妈妈房间，妈妈已经准备好了，我满心欢喜的说：“Begin!”

我们来到阳台上，训练开始了。我先让妈妈跟着我做健美操，其实就是广播操，妈妈才做了一半，就已经气喘吁吁了，妈妈问：“张教练，可否休息片刻?”我摇着头说：“NO!”在我的鼓励下，妈妈才做完了两遍广播操。接下来，是转呼啦圈，妈妈接过那个特大号的呼啦圈，”呼啦呼啦“地转了起来，妈妈一边转，我一边数：”30，31，32，33.....”终于做完了，妈妈可累死了，休息了一会儿后，我说：“OK，最后一项，自由活动!”妈妈一听，拍手叫好。只见妈妈踢踢腿，弯弯腰，扭扭脖子，甩甩手，很认真地做着每个动作。一会儿工夫，就见她全身大汗。我赶紧拿来毛巾和水杯，关心地说：“好了好了，今天到此为止。”妈妈擦了擦汗，一下子喝完了整杯水，这才舒了一口气。

一个星期后，妈妈站上台称。她惊喜地喊道：“减了减了，1公斤呢!”“耶!减肥成功!”我欢呼道。
