七月二十四日，正式上课，教练让我们学换气、吸气、漂浮等动作，刚开始一下水，我有点胆战心惊，怕溺水了，可是我看见别人那么轻松自如，就决定“背水一战”，教练让我们抓着池沿练习，我想到离教练近的那边池沿，谁知滑了一跤落入水中，喝了一两口水，不过这一滑让我感到这池里的水有很大的浮力，所以我就不怕溺水了，慢慢的我就学会了换气、吸气、漂浮，还得到了教练的表扬呢，心里别提多高兴了!

后来，我渐渐学会了蛙泳、仰泳，还能在深水区游了，哈哈哈，真高兴!

短短的二十天游泳课，让我深深感悟出一个道理，那就是：不管做什么事情，只要持之以恒、不气馁、不放弃，就一定能取得成功!

这天，太阳偷偷地躲起来了，树梢在向人们微微招手。我与妹妹还有邻居邓浩约好，今天去钓鱼。我们拿着鱼竿，一路上哼着小曲儿。

水库那儿的景象让我难以忘怀：水，清澈见底，清的可以映出人影，树木在两岸丛生，鸟儿在水面快乐地飞翔，时不时还点一点水面。近一点看，人的倒影随着水面一起一伏的真有意思。水这么清澈，肯定有鱼邓浩颇有信心的说。我们先摆好鱼具和鱼饵然后，把鱼饵穿在鱼钩上，再把鱼钩甩在水里，耐心地等待鱼儿上钩。我焦急地等待着：鱼儿，鱼儿快来吃吧一会儿，只见浮子一头向下沉，我迅速提起鱼竿，呀，一条黄鸭子！我抓住它的嘴巴取下鱼钩，可它拼命的挣扎，滑溜溜的身子逃脱了我的双手。它以为可以回家了，没想到摔在河边沙滩上，但好像知道自己的家在哪里似的，朝河水的方向扑腾着身子。我急了，骂道：哪里逃？看准鱼双手一捧，它一跳，我又一扑，双手一按，它终于成了我俘虏。我欢呼起来，一蹦三尺高。

邓浩也学着我的样子，把鱼饵穿在鱼钩上，然后把鱼钩甩到水里，等待着刚刚等了10来分钟，就抓耳挠腮，不耐烦了，于是，他拉了一下钩，一看，没鱼，望竿兴叹呀！垂头丧气的再次甩了一下竿。妹妹开玩笑似得对邓浩说：钓不上来了吧，没耐心。谁没耐心啦！！！看好啦，等一下钓一条10斤重的给你看，哼！邓浩反驳说。我笑看着他们说：鱼如果上钩了，浮子就会下沉，看到这种情况再拉竿，否则会白费力气的。邓浩听了，把鱼钩收进来又甩了出去，目不转睛地盯着鱼竿，过了约20分钟，果然发现浮子有变化——下沉了。我抢过鱼竿，生怕他把鱼给放了似的，赶紧拉起竿子，结果鱼竿被拉得很弯，像钩子，邓浩见状，马上跑过来一起拉，我们数着一、二、三、一起用力，呵呵，线被我们扯断啦，我急忙跑到水里牵起鱼线，还好，线没跑掉，哈哈我们再一次拿起线拉起来。终于，线拉起来了，可是拉起来的是一大串塑料袋，妹妹看到是塑料袋，嘲笑起邓浩来：哈哈，这就是你所说的10斤重的鱼啊！！看见邓浩那发青的脸，我不禁捧腹大笑。

我们从上午9：00一直钓到中午12：30才回家。虽然时间挺久的，但是收获不小，一共钓了十多条鱼，而且个个肥大。我们看着自己的杰作，开心地笑了。

这一天，我不仅玩得非常开心，而且还尝到了收获的味道。现在一想起这件事，就会有甜甜的味道泛起心头，觉得很满足

Yesterday I Buying equipment for my bike,A “Bicycle stopwatch”.It can tell me my velocity.

In the afternoon,I ride my bicycle in the JIANGSU UNIVERSITY.At first,I ride18km/h,but soon I ride 22-25km/h,and then I start to speed up.About 10Minutes,I keep my velocity27-28km/h,keep it a long time,so it makes me feel very tired and thirsty.But I also feel excite. It’s so Furious. Feel the joy brought by speed. Especially when the velocity is 30km/h or faster.Also it’s the reason of why I love cycling.

I ride 16km ,use about30-40 Minutes. Cycling can exercise my leg muscles.At the same time it also can exercise my endurance.So it’s a very good exercise.And it’s to me--the half of my life.Maybe someone think it’s exaggerated.But it’s ture.
