Many animals are in danger of dying out. As is shown in the chart, we can see the number of animal species decreases faster and faster and this trend will continue. It is not a piece of sensational news; it is a fact, a harsh reality. Unfortunately, we may not see these animals in the near future.

From the second picture, we can find some reasons. Why is the number of animal species declining year by year? Apparently animals have become victims of fashion industry. 我们家有一条金鱼叫——“作业”。你们知道它为什么叫“作业”吗？因为三年级上册的时候，我有一次在托管6：18分就做完了作业，复习也做完了，妈妈奖励我一条金鱼，这就是我家金鱼名字的由来。

小作业有一个又大又圆的脑袋。头部的前面有一对小小鼓起的耳朵。而最前面就是金鱼时而张开时而合拢的大嘴巴了，非常的滑稽！最有趣的是金鱼那一双大眼睛，眼睛上像是嵌着一颗黑宝石。金鱼的尾巴是三角形的，游来游去非常的灵活。

每当我从它的旁边经过，它就会使劲撞鱼缸，我知道它饿了，所以我就给喂了点食，而且它都会在我经过它的鱼缸时，撞鱼缸，你们说它贪不贪吃。

每当我给小金鱼喂食时，它们一个个都成了“小土匪”，争先恐后地冒出水面来抢食。有一次，我故意逗它们，把一粒鱼食轻轻放在水面上，想看看到底哪条金鱼会最先发现好吃的，没等我将鱼食放下，红苹果最先发现，它以“迅雷不及掩耳”之势迅速游向鱼食，就在这时，小金子也盯上了这粒鱼食，它有种跃跃欲试的姿态，准备与红苹果来场“抢食”。当然，“一山哪能容下二虎”，红苹果不亏为老大，它以矫健的姿势，一跃，扑向了鱼食，小金子只能眼巴巴地望着，一副无奈的样子，但很长时间里，给小金鱼们喂食成了我快乐时光的一部分。

可有一天，素来沉默寡言的小黑突然一动不动了，喂食、逗它，却怎么都不理我了，我着急了，找来妈妈问原因，妈妈告诉我，小黑去找它妈妈了。可我知道，小黑是死了，是永远离开我了。我把小黑埋在了我的小花盆里并放上一朵花，但小黑的样子却永远地留在了我的脑海里。

我觉得小狗真是一种可爱的动物。我家的小黑狗就是一只既可爱又贪吃的小狗。

我拿来了一碗香味诱人的肉末拌饭，这是它的午餐。它闻到肉末拌饭的味道，没头似的冲了过来，埋头吃了起来。它吃得太津津有味了，一点也没发现我在观察它。它那肉嘟嘟的脸蛋沾满了油，看上去真像两块大肉坨！

吃完了饭，小黑狗睡着了，样子很慵懒，我不忍心打扰它，就像猫一般悄无声息地走过。到了下午，我带着它去散步。它那满身的黑毛，没有一根杂毛。它那有力的四只脚，跑起来简直是一阵黑旋风。我总要叫它慢点。

有一次，我和小黑狗比跑步。我喊道：“一、二、三，跑！”说完，我便狂奔起来，它还没反应过来，后来看见我跑走了也跟着跑起来。它越跑越快，马上超过了我，并到达了终点。

狗真是一种可爱的动物啊！

“叮咛”、“叮咛”上课铃声响了，今天第一节课就是我喜欢的英语课，我们的英语老师，束老师满脸笑容的走进了教室。

老师像往常一样首先带我们复习了前一个单元的内容，紧接着老师让我们一个一个打背书，老师抽查到我背书的时候，我不慌不忙的背起了课文，背完之后，老师还夸我：“不错，不过还要再熟练一点。”

抽查完背诵之后，英语老师就让我们代开书第42页上新的一颗，今天的内容是教我们认识水果，比如苹果用英语说：“apple”、香蕉用英语说：“banana”等！原来这些水果用英语说出来是这么多好听！

今天课堂上老师还让我们同桌之间相互表演课文内容的小对话，我扮演的角色是妈妈，张永祥扮演的是Sarah，我们都很用心地在表演着这段对话，老师站在一旁默默看着我们的表演，对我们做出一副夸赞我们的表情，我当时看着老师心里非常的开心。

其实每一节英语课我都觉得很有趣，也很认真的听老师讲课，我喜欢英语我要好好的学习英语，要像我们束老师一样说一口流利的英语，长大以后能到国外去看看。

Orcas are not related to whales at all, other than being ocean-dwelling mammals. Rather, they are close kin to dolphins. While it was believed that they were a single species, recent research indicates that they may, in fact, be comprised of several different species of Orca. The males usually live as long as sixty or seventy years, while the females—who are excluded from the sometimes-violent competition for mates—may live a hundred years or more in the wild.
