除了昆仑饭店五星级的装饰与布置外，更令我印象深刻的还是酒店的PA管理。众所周知，PA对于任何一家想要规范经营的酒店而言都是至关重要的，特别是在当今快节奏的商务旅程中，也许上一位客人3分钟前刚刚办完离店手续，而3分钟后下一位客人就已经要办理入住空房的手续。在这短短的时间里，一方面考验的是我们协调管理房间的能力，另一方面更是考验我们PA部门快速处理、规范作业的能力。酒店公共区域的清洁工作，若要进行得顺利而又避免对客人构成骚扰，必须事先妥善地编订排班时间，安排每位工作人员所负责的区域和配合酒店各部门的营业时间，以制定统一的计划和程序。一般来说，业内都会推行三班制，即早班、中班和夜班。而在昆仑饭店，则除了这寻常的三班外，还增加了一班巡查人员，作为正常时间外的补充，可以随时协助或直接来执行紧急的清洁任务。

班次的安排还只是第一步，更重要的，还是让PA部的每位员工清楚知道自身所负责的工作范围、区域和工作要求，并且得力争在规定时限内将自己的职责完成。这一方面离不开昆仑饭店平常国际化的PA例行培训，一方面也离不开他们高素质的员工，这两点我认为是最值得我们借鉴学习的。其次，在人手分配方面也很有讲究，一般为了避免对客人构成不便或危险，昆仑饭店的大型清洁及保养工作都是安排在夜班内进行的，因而夜班的人数比较多，而且素质要求也更高。因为既要保障工作质量，又要保障客人的安静睡眠，这也是得我们多从平常的培训中来寻求解决的。

除了上述所讲的时间及人员安排外，严格的PA员工个人要求也是必要的。例如在这次的参观中，我了解到昆仑饭店对于男女员工都有如下要求，制服：干净整齐，没有褶皱;工牌：上班时须佩带在制服前胸左上方;头发：干净修剪整齐，女员工若长发则需盘起并戴指定的头花;指甲：整齐干净，不可留长指甲及涂彩色指甲油;嘴：口气要清新，上班前和上班时禁止喝酒和吃带刺激味的食物;香水：只能使用清淡型的香水……等等等等，小到指甲的长短，大到制服的穿戴，无处不体现着昆仑饭店五星级的规范化、标准化。能有如此标准的服务制度、作业程序做保障，也难怪昆仑饭店蜚声海外名扬四海。

在每间客房的内部，PA人员的工作也是从服务细节做起的。例行的打扫完毕后，每间客房里相应功能区域的物品摆放也必须按程序操作。例如行政豪华套间的卧室里，一定会在客人小憩的圆桌上摆上一盘新鲜的水果和一瓶红酒，可折叠式的化妆镜亦能给人方便与便捷;而商务豪华套间的书房里，宽大而敞亮的书桌上必然整整齐齐的摆放着国内外直拨电话和一台可以高速上网的电脑，书房旁的小酒吧还能让你在办公之余休息一番;昆仑套间的会客厅里真皮沙发给人的是一种严肃感，而小圆桌上摆放的几本休闲杂志却能让人在紧张的商务谈判之余享受成功的轻松。

为什么发生这件事后，你的好朋友都会渐渐和你疏远了呢？是因为你在父母没有同意的情况下，就答应了你的好朋友。告诉父母之后又被他们拒绝了，导致你没去得成。这样，你的朋友就会认为你是个很不讲信用的人。

你再想一下，如果下次你的生日，你也要你的朋友到你家来给你过生日，你有一个好朋友没有来，你会不会觉得他很不讲信用呢？或者你会不会决定以后也不理他了呢？

我给你提一个建议：去跟你的朋友说声道歉，说你不是故意不去的，而是因为父母不让。以后如果有人再让你到他家去过生日，就一定要经过父母的同意以后才能去。若是不同意的话，就在学校对朋友说：“祝你生日快乐！”
