Lu Xun wrote some famous novels, he attacked the social mores in that time, and in his works, many persons were known very well, such as Ah Q Kong Yi ji .

I like Lu Xun because I also want to be a great writer like him. I like reading and writing, and I often write some articles in my free time. Though I don t have good literary talent or a large vocabulary, I spend lots of time reading and writing to improve my writing skills.

Lu Xun is my hero, I will learn more from him. I believe I can be a great writer like him in the future.

他很瘦，个子不高。他总是穿着旧衣服。首先，他想成为一名医生，挽救人们的生命。所以他学医，但后来他发现中国人愚昧时，他们所面对的敌人在压迫着他们时。他开始写文章来唤醒人民。

鲁迅写了一些著名的长篇小说，他抨击当时的社会习俗，在他的作品中，许多人熟知，如阿Q孔乙己。

我喜欢鲁迅，因为我也想成为一个像他这样伟大的作家。我喜欢阅读和写作，我常常在我的空闲时间里写一些文章。虽然我没有好的文学天才或大量的词汇，所以我花时间阅读和写作，来提高我的写作技能很多。

3月15日下午，按日程安排，参加骨干培训班的学员来到常州富都香格里拉五星级酒店参观学习，作为来自阳光国际的海外员工来说是一次难得的学习机会，相信定能从中受益。

当我们的大巴接近酒店的时候，举目望去，这是一座魏巍壮观的大厦，独具特色的门厅，穿着高雅的接待人员已在门前等候，在接待经理引领下，首先我们参观的是大堂，宽敞明亮，布局合理、装饰豪华，独有的香型弥漫整个大厅，沁人心脾，不同区域的灯光和色彩也是有所区别的，灯光与色彩的完美结合也是这座五星级酒店的亮点。

随后我们来到了赋予民族特色的中餐厅，琴棋书画是装饰的基础，让客人感受到浓浓的文化氛围;别具一格的西餐厅，尽享异国风情;大宴会厅宽敞气派，几个水晶吊灯装饰的富丽堂皇，墙壁上不同风格的油画尽显艺术氛围，无论是婚宴还是酒会，都可谓极尽之豪华。

从会议室到健身房、室内游泳池以及SPA健身室，每一处都那么舒适豪华。参观的重点是客房，这里分别有双人间，标准间，套房以及行政楼层，尤其是套房，精致奢华，设施舒适完备，宽敞明亮的会客室，带有齐全的会客设施以及独立的客人洗手间，把会客与居住区分开来，即有会客，办公，居住的协调统一，室内不同区域的颜色配置，在柔和的灯光映衬下彰显高雅尊贵气派，宽大的睡床，别具一格的床前阅读灯，方便的同时又起到装饰作用，符合人性化设计的客房设施，极大地提高了套房的整体舒适度和感官享受。

在整个参观过程中，让我们感受最深的是酒店的整体服务理念和服务意识，无论你到酒店哪个区域都会有服务人员为你提供优质高效的服务，服务人员的站姿，走姿，以及坐姿，每种姿态都那么自然规范优美，微笑始终陪着我们参观了酒店的不同区域，她们甜美的语音、适中的语速，柔和的语调，让大家都觉的舒心愉悦，此时体会到高星级的宾馆不仅要有高档豪华的硬件设施，更重要的是要有超强的服务意识和完善的服务手段，可以看出追求完美是这个酒店的最高服务境界。

这次参观让我们海外工作的员工深深意识到自身的不足，今后不管在哪个岗位上，都应该树立服务理念，强化服务意识，加强团队管理，加大执行力度，发挥自身潜力，提高海外服务水准，扩大我阳光国际在海外的知名度和美誉度!

至于你后来遭到某些同学们的冷漠，你大可不必放在心上，最好以一种非常平和的态度去面对他们。那些找你过生日的好朋友，你应该找他们去谈一谈，委婉的说说你没去的原因。同时能不能把你的苦恼和想法说给你的班主任老师，看她（他）怎么看这件事情。可以让老师为这一主题内容召开一次班会，讨论如何给同学过生日更有意义。我想班会一定会开得很成功，到那时，你的这种苦恼一定会烟消云散的。
