In order to study for the final test, the first thing I have to do is to reorganize all the notes from the class. Then I will plan my time accordingly, balancing the time for study and rest. 2、强化教学常规的落实，提高课堂教学效率，组织教师认真学习学校教学常规，指导检查教师的教学工作，特别抓好“备课”、“上课”、“课后辅导”、“培优辅导”等主要环节，鼓励教师充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3、加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组每周至少活动一次，时间固定，要紧紧围绕教研组活动的主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高英语组全体教师的业务水平。

4、打造“常态课堂、高效课堂”。教研组各教师认真学习常态课堂的基本要求，并每人按计划上一次公开课，要求集体备课，及时评课，找出不足，共同学习，共同促进，以学生的主体作用为重点，以合作学习的时效性为重点，从而来实现高效课堂。

7、组织本教研组教师撰写论文。英语组要确定教研专题，全体英语教师通过理论学习和校本培训，不断反思、探索，并联系实际积极撰写英语教育教学论文。

But I like Michael Jackson best.

I recognized Michael Jackson on occassion. There was a poem recitation competition in my class. I had to look for a song about peace. Finally I found "Heal the World". I liked it at once when I first heard this song. I thought it was the best song that I had ever heard. Then I found the words of this song. "Heal the world, make it a better place, for you and for me, and the  entire human race." This song was Michael Jacksons famous work.

Since then I began to know more about Michael Jackson. I began to love him. He was named "King of Pop". I love him, because he was not only a singer but also a loving person.

“ABCDEFG……”自从我开始学英语起，我就特别厌烦英语，每当听到跟英语有关的字母或者是单词，就心想：“我是一名中国人，我为什么要学英语？英语好有什么用？我不一定会出国外，而且中国是我的家！”爱国之心是中国人必须拥有的品质精神，那时候，我总是觉得，我爱国，我不学英语！

英语老师给我们讲了很多很多，基本上遇见某个同学不认真听讲、或者是不做作业，都会讲一些故事或者是道理，而我们就像听故事那样津津有味，这给我们很大的启示，我们也渐渐不厌烦英语了。

咦？这是什么？电饭煲吗？才不是呢！这是英语老师给我们带来的录音机~英语老师说：“你们不是一出生就会写字的，而是靠语言和交流才会说话写字的，英语也是一样，课前十分钟我让你们听一会儿磁带，但是，必须要安静，而且要去思考，我相信你们的成绩会挺高的，以为只要会说，渐渐的就会写。”老师还告诉我们：“听力占试卷很多分，所以要学好听力。而且，要把学习当作一种乐趣，而不是负担……”

英语老师从来不让我们默写单词，而是让我们背单词，一天背三到十个单词，我们觉得很轻松、也很快乐。老师要求我们快，还讲解了学好英语用速、效、雅三个要素(尊敬的老师对不起，我忘记了。)还讲解了这些代表什么，等等，很多很多，我们不知不觉喜欢上了英语。

英语老师很灵敏。一次出黑板报，由于一直没有画好灯笼，我就在英语课时不时地往黑板报看，可是我每次都是在老师转身写英语的时候才偷偷看的。“凌优！”英语老师突然的一声把我吓呆了，“你是不是再看后面还没有画好的灯笼？我宽恕了你好多次了……”我听着，脸羞红羞红的，不敢再回头看黑板报……

还有一次，我由于英语练习没错，老师就点名批评我，其实也不是批评，而是说读书不是为了父母和老师等道理。我很伤心，其实我不必去伤心，那只是英语而已，学不学好无所谓啊！但是我为什么这么伤心呢？

自从那几次教训起，我也不知道为什么，每当到英语课，我就异常的认真，动都不敢动一下，坐姿端正，读单词或句子的声音也是最大的，我也不知道为什么，也许是因为害怕英语老师，也许是因为为了弥补以前的过错。

英语带给我的那些烦恼都被清风带走了，每当英语课听到那些磁带里发出的录音时，我总是想：“总有一天，我们不用学英语，而是那些外国的小孩学好中国的语言。而在迎接那天到来的之前，为了老师对我们的期望，也为了自己，学好英语！“

Low-carbon Life

Now more and more people get to know its important to protect our living environment.As a student，its my duty to do something for the earth. From now on, Ill go to school by bike or on foot instead of in a car. Ill use fewer plastic bags 【少用塑料袋】to reduce white pollution【减少白色污染】. In order to save energy Ill plant more trees so that the air will be fresher. Ill take less lift and reuse water【循环用水】. The Spring Festival, the most jubilant and important festival in China, is

exception.

Similar with other places in china, we prepare for the festival about half

must talk to others to give and get information, but how can we communicate with
