us as well. So we must do something to keep away from smoking. If someone offers

今年的国庆节，我们一家子要去老祖家串门。

8点一到，我们去车站坐上了342路汽车，向小庄总车站驶去。“小庄总站到了！”当我听到这句话的时候，我们赶紧下车等729路汽车，可是，每辆729路汽车的人都坐得满满的，我们刚要打车的时候又被姥姥给制止了。我们只能无奈的坐上9路汽车。我们不知道是因为9路汽车非常受北京市民欢迎，还是因为今天是国庆节，大家都想去天安门看花的缘故，所以车里特别挤，心里很着急。可是心里一想到“过一站算一战”这种想法，急躁的心情马上就平静下来，但是上车的人也太不文明了：有从后门进的、有的人死活都得挤上来的、还有一个居然从窗户进来的，这时候我想到受挤的妈妈，我终于忍不住了，我冲着要上车的人大喊：“别上了！9路汽车又不是一辆！你们不会再等下一辆9路汽车呀？”可有人就是不听，非挤后门，我又喊：“别上了！别上了！”正在这时，姥姥对我说：“别说了！等一会儿人家走你呢！”过了一会儿，我们终于下了那辆倒霉的9路汽车，随后，我们又坐上了快速公交，到了老祖家。

到了老祖家后，我还在想路上的事，我觉得：这些人太不文明了！

In current society, people have known the importance of keeping healthy and good life habit. In the past, people ate three meals at home, and they ate more vegetables and less meat and fish. They were very strong and seldom went to see doctors.

Now life is better, people eat more meat, fish, eggs and other food with more fat. They often go out for good meals with their families and friends. But they get easy to be ill, Why?

I think more meat and fish, less exercise are bad for health. Good rest, less meat and fish, more vegetables and enough exercise are good for health. So I exercise every day. My opinions on volunteering

We are middle school students and we are busy with our lessons. So some people think we should concentrate more on our studies. If we volunteer to help others, its a waste of time. But I think volunteering is great. I not only feel good about helping others but also get to spend time doing what I love to do. And from volunteering I have learned many things that I have never learned in class. So if I have an oppoutunity, Id like to visit old peoples home to clean up for them. She is very busy today, just like a busy bee. In the morning, I had two seccsions and after that I had a lesson for my IELTS. I dont even have my lunch. 最近，区交警大队来我校进行交通安全宣传教育，我看了道路安全警示片《关爱生命，安全出行》非常震惊，感受颇深。

片中向人们讲述了一个个真实的交通事故。我认为造成事故的主要原因有两个：一个是肇事驾驶员的责任，他们有的超载，有的酒后驾车，有的疲劳驾车，还有的超速行驶；另一个就是一些行人和骑自行车人的责任了，他们交通安全意识淡漠，无视道路交通法律、法规，不按规定行走或骑车。

一名中年男子横过车水马龙的机动车道时，不走人行道，被快速行驶的汽车撞得飞起来，整个人在空中旋转两圈后跌落地面，当场死亡。

For one thing, those who have already benefited from practicing it sing high praise of it. They claim that making friends online has many advantages compared to communicate with each other in face to face. They also point out that making friends online provides a good chance for us to communicate with people from different social backgrounds and cultures. However, for another, other people hold opposite views towards this issue. They argue that it is dangerous to make friends online. They cite many examples that people cheated by online friends. And they figure out that sometimes it will cause some misunderstanding in culture because some online friends tell lies and provide wrong information.
