文明行为的主轴来自市民意识和道德素的提高，关键是素质教育到位，从现在做起，从自我做起，人人遵章守则，不做损坏形象的事，对影响世园会大局、影响城市形象的都不能看作为小事。一是不要在大街小巷，公共场所随地吐痰，乱扔杂物果皮。二是不能让宠物在人行道上随意大小便，及时清理宠物粪便。三是加强广告管理，加大追责惩罚力度，坚决取缔小广告制止乱写乱画乱贴。四是加强城市门面出租车管理，开文明车，制止乱停，急刹车转弯违章驾驶。五是落实卫生城达标措施，消灭卫生死角。做到绿色环保，低碳生活，为我们天空多画一道蓝，为我们空气多添一份鲜。六是使用好文明用语，让市民学好常用的几句文明英语。让每个微笑，每一个友好的动作，展现出唐山人的素养。要发挥志愿者，形象大使的作用。要发扬唐山人憨厚、好客、良好传统，践行社会主义核心价值观，做诚实友善的唐山市民。

朋友们，文明行动是办好世园会的通道，让我们积极行动起来，扎扎实实，是脚踏实地去努力，让我们共同携手，一起迎接世园会的到来，真正把世园会办成展现唐山实力，彰显唐山魅力，永不落幕的世园艺盛会。

With the fast development of online communication tools and online chatting tools, an increasing number of people are inclined to make friends online. However, is it wise to make friends online? People from different backgrounds and cultures have divergent views concerning this issue.

随着网络通信工具和在线聊天工具的快速发展，越来越多的人倾向于在网上交友。然而，在网上交朋友是明智的吗?来自不同背景和文化的人们对这一问题有不同的看法。

For one thing, those who have already benefited from practicing it sing high praise of it. They claim that making friends online has many advantages compared to communicate with each other in face to face. For instance, making friends online can communicate with our friends at any time to strengthen our relationship and save a lot social resources. And we can keep in touch with our friends when we have no time to visit them in person. They also point out that making friends online provides a good chance for us to communicate with people from different social backgrounds and cultures. In other words, making friends online can broaden our horizon and widen our personal relationships. In addition, it also makes contribution to narrow our gap in area and culture.

一方面，那些已经受益于网上交友的人是赞成的。他们说网上交友有比彼此面对面交流更有优势。例如，网上交友可以随时与我们的朋友交流来加强我们的关系，节约社会资源。在我们没有时间见面时，我们可以与我们的朋友保持联系。他们还指出，网上交朋友为我们提供了一个与不同的社会背景和文化的人交流的好机会。换句话说，网上交友可以拓宽我们的视野，拓宽我们的个人关系网。而且，这也为缩小我们在地域、文化方面的差距作贡献。

However, for another, other people hold opposite views towards this issue. They argue that it is dangerous to make friends online. They cite many examples that people cheated by online friends. And they figure out that sometimes it will cause some misunderstanding in culture because some online friends tell lies and provide wrong information.

In my point of view, I am inclined to favor the former though we should be careful when making friends online. To put it in a nutshell, it is wise to make friends online.

现在，我们身边有很多不文明的行为，如：随地吐痰;在公共场地吸烟等等，这些都是很不文明的。下面，让我告诉大家，这些不文明的行为有什么坏处吧。

在公共场地吸烟是很不文明的，因为呼出来的烟会影响环境，让周围的人闻到刺鼻的臭味，很难受，特别是在封闭的公共场所，不通风，再版的烟味会一直在周围，久久不能散去，使周围的人被动地吸入二手烟，对大家身体带来危害，再说，吸烟对吸烟者自己的肺造成损伤，所以，我建议不要吸烟，更不要在公共场所吸烟，以免对自己、对周围的人造成伤害。

随地吐痰也是一种很不文明的行为，痰里有很多病毒，吐到地上会此起病毒的传播，并县，随地吐痰，痰会粘在地上，环卫工人很难清扫，这样既影响市容，又传播病毒，真是百害而无一利，因此，我建议为了干净整洁，也为了大家健康，请不要随地吐痰。如果要吐痰，应该用纸包住痰，仍进垃圾箱，这样就文明多了。

现在，乘坐公共汽车的老人越来越多，如果乘车的其他乘客不给他们让座，就又会成为一个不文明的现象，老人乘公交车时，因为车在行驶的过程中会发生许多意想不到的情况，比如急刹车、转弯……车体就会剧烈晃动，老人由于年纪大了，反映能力不是很强，这时就会站立不稳，随时都会有意外发生。所以，我们应该给老人让座，这要，就大大减少了意外的发生。

现在，我们的城市越来越美丽，如果我们在改正这些生活中不文明的行为，让我们的心灵与城市同美，那么，我们的城市会变得更加美丽!

篇二：改正不文明行为

我家住在海甸岛，出行经常经过世纪大桥。在世纪大桥上我发现一个现象：有不少电单车驶上世纪大桥，上下班高峰期更多。

这个现象非常不文明。世纪大桥上的六车道，全部是给汽车行驶的，而且汽车在世纪大桥上行驶的速度非常快，如果电单车行驶在机动车道上，和汽车抢道，汽车为了躲避电单车，被迫在高速行驶的状态下变道，很容易造成交通事故。其实，世纪大桥两头上桥处，都有个大大的告示牌，上面写着：世纪大桥禁止非机动车、行人通行，违者处罚。可是还是有些人不遵守规定，驾驶电单车上桥，才导致这些不文明的现象发生。

我妈妈一个朋友的亲戚，就是去年九月份骑电单车在世纪大桥上，被一辆汽车撞倒了，至今还没醒过来，成为一个植物人。她的家人不仅要承受亲人受伤的痛苦，承担违反交通规则的处罚，还要支付庞大的医药费。这个深刻的教训难道不能给大家警示吗?

我希望，一是大家都自觉遵守交通秩序，电单车不要上世纪大桥行驶。二是交警加强管理，加大处罚的力度，不让非机动车上世纪大桥。

海口是我家，文明靠大家。如果每个人都是文明人，这个城市就会变得更文明、更美丽。
