外国眼中的中国人。在国外的一些公共场合出现着熟悉字体“中国人，便后请冲水”，“请安静”，“请不要随地吐痰”……这种仅以简体中文标出的警示牌，“中国人”却成了不文明、粗鲁的代名词。面对强烈的讽刺，我们扪心自问是否真的确实如此。我们以学校生活为例，每次下雨的放学过后，地上总是留着雪白白的纸张；每次使用资源是否有意识地在浪费；每次对话中是否超越了文明用语；每次面对不和谐的事情是否拒绝用暴力的手段解决……这些都是我们确凿存在的问题，针对这些问题，身为祖国的未来的我们，民族的向日葵，应该绝地反击与文明相冲突的陋习。因为明日的文明是今天的积累。

谁说我们“中国人”这三字是不文明的代词？谁说我们中国人不能改变？谁说我们不会努力？抗日战争我们熬了过来，洪涝我们熬了过来，地震我们也熬了过来，最终天不灭有心人。难道克服不文明的现象就有这么难吗？我们是新时代的代表，我们千万不能好逸恶劳，我们千万不能背弃信义，我们千万不能知错不改，我们千万不能不知耻而后勇。只要我们做到：1、热爱自己的祖国，愿意为祖国而献身，不做有辱于国格和人格的事。2、遵守国家的法律法规，遵守集体的纪律。3、自觉维护公共场合的良好秩序，爱护公共财物，不损害集体利益和他人的合法权益。4、对人诚实、有礼貌，孝敬父母，尊老爱幼，团结同学，乐于助人。5、注意个人卫生，爱护公共卫生。6、注意语言美，说话有礼貌，对人说话态度温和，不讲脏话、粗话。7、衣着得体，举止得当。我们就是个文明人。

我们真的不忍于心看到国家的被人唾骂，我们不忍于心自己生活在一个不文明且脏乱差的环境的里，我们不忍于心我们的子孙遭受我们种下不文明的恶果，那么请行动起来！不能在拖延啦！请全体师生与我大声呼喊：我是中国人，我是文明人！从今天开始，你们要兑现你们的承诺。因为对于不文明，你今天不敢站出来，明天你根本就出不来！
