I went to Beijing on vacation with my parents last month and we stayed there for a week.

Remember last years summer vacation, my father and I went for a walk EHu edge, a way, Im kind of shouted thirsty, so my father on the side of the road store bought me a Popsicle. 秦兵马俑，中国的骄傲!世界的奇观!秦兵马俑出土地为西安市临潼县，是古代秦始皇的陪葬品。但目前，完好无损的已聊聊无己。现在我就带你们去西安参观琴彬马俑吧!

我们带着无比的好奇心与满怀的好心情，坐了一天半的车，终于到西安市临潼县。

我们请了一位导游，跟着导游的步伐，来到了一号坑。首先印入我眼帘的是一个庞大的阵容。一号坑占地面积为一千三百多平方米，虽然因为岁月的洗礼，它们已不再五彩缤纷了，几乎全变成了灰色。但是从它们的排列和气势上来看，无不显示出军队的雄威和当时工匠的高超、精湛技艺。最引我注目的是一个小士兵，他拿着弓箭，跪在地上，炯炯有神地望着我们，像是欢迎我们来到这里的礼仪小姐。看着这一个个灰色的秦兵马俑，我想：经过专家的不懈努力才色的秦兵马俑一定会更栩栩

如生的展现在我们眼前。

参观完了一号坑，我们跟着慕名而来的人流，来到了二号坑。二号坑里有几匹威武的战马。年复一年，日复一日，但战马们仍英姿飒爽。只见他们昂首阔步，似乎做好了冲锋陷阵的准备。我一直有一个疑问?为什么战马的尾巴要打一个结?导游认真的讲解了起来，我也津津有味地听着，终于豁然开朗了!如果战马的尾巴不打一个结，在战场上，可能与其他战马的尾巴系起来。我又不得不赞叹古代那些能工巧匠的精湛技艺。

我还沉浸在战马的联想之中，只见导游喊道：“走，三号坑的风景更精彩。”于是我们又来到了三号坑。三号坑里有一位指挥官，只见他牵着几匹战马，炯炯有神的望着战马，似乎马上要出战。右侧还有几位将军在讨论作战方案。从他们的眼神中可以看出他们讨论得非常认真。他们手里还拿着一样武器，那是什么呢?我定睛看了一段小资料，终于明白了，原来那不是作战武器，而是向对手致敬的礼仪兵器。此时此刻我仿佛看见了在两方对战之前，汉方拿着这兵器向对手致敬，接着便是一阵金戈铁马冲锋向前!中华不愧是礼仪之邦呀!看来秦兵马俑不仅仅是一些工艺品，更重要的展示了中华上下五千年的文化!

最让小孩儿留恋的还是那家商店，里面绒绒的玩偶;有秦兵马俑的模仿品;还有各式各样的手机挂饰……但我还有一个问题不明白?为什么这家商店玩具都是以熊猫为主，我将去探索这个问题。

不知不觉，秦兵马俑已深深映入了我的脑海!我不得不对他们肃然起敬!中国的骄傲，秦兵马俑!秦兵马俑，中国历史的辉煌灿烂!

I noticed an ad. In the paper today you said you were looking for people to join your expedition team. It sounded as if it might be fun so Im writing to say Id like to come along.

About myself: I left school at 16 because I wanted to earn a bit of money. After that I got a few part-time jobs as a waiter, etc. But I didnt stick to any of them for long. Recently Ive been doing a bit of hitch-hiking round Europe so Ive had some experience of traveling the hard way which should come in handy on the expedition youre planning. By the way, Im a great guitarist so I can keep you all amused round the campfire at night.
