历史上有许多伟人。其中很多伟人小时候都非常贫穷，他们没有叔叔、姑姑或朋友帮助他们。 学校数量少，质量差。他们也无法依靠学校接受教育。他们认识到这一情况，然后就开始自己努力去学习一些事情。他们排除万难直到最后成功。英国最为著名的其中一位老师曾经这样告诉他的学生：“我没法使你们出人头地，但我可以帮助你们做人”。

有些年轻人不努力使自己成为对人类有益的人。除非他们能够认识到自己的弱点，改变自己的方向，否则他们就不会取得成就。除非他们能够接受父母、老师的建议，依靠自己的努力，否则他们现在一无所成，而且终其一生都会一无所成。

我叫**，今年8岁，是三年级的小男生。我不胖不瘦，圆圆的脸，个子不高有一头乌黑的头发，一双水灵灵的大眼，像女孩子一样长浓密的睫毛，透着一股灵气。

我有许多爱好：画画，看书，玩电脑，做游戏……我最喜欢的就是玩电脑了。记得有一次写完作业，我就迫不及待的打开电脑，津津有味的玩起来。奶奶做好了饭，说：“**，吃饭了！”我没听见。当奶奶不知喊了第几遍，我才听见。“等一下，马上就来。”我说》结果饭菜都凉了，我才慢吞吞的到客厅吃饭，还问姐姐怎么不开饭，搞得大家哭笑不得。

我的数学成绩中等，我爱动脑筋，碰上难题不想明白决不罢休。我一定继续努力，学好数学。

我还是有缺点的——胆子小！每次举手回答问题都怕错误，也不敢问老师我不会的题。我发言的时候总会想：要是回答错了老师会不会责怪我，同学们会不会嘲笑我……有一次，老师问了一个问题，我想举手回答，但在犹豫了一会儿后还是把手缩了回来，结果好几个同学都答错了，而我的答案是正确的。唉！早知道这样，我就该举手了。
