我喜爱跳舞，喜爱看书，喜爱游泳，但最喜爱的还是看书。所以，我有了一个外号——“书虫”。只要书柜有一本我没看过的书，马上就会被动我“啃”得一干二净。有时，家里的书看完了，马上就去邻居家借一本来“啃”。邻居家的书被我“洗劫一空”，没办法了，只得让爸爸带我去书店看书。有时，我在书店看书，看着看着，不知不觉时间就过去了。有时，爸爸喊：“静静，吃饭了！”我还边看边说：“哦，来了。”结果，常常是一出门就撞了爸爸个满怀。怎样，我是不是个名副其实的“书虫”呢？

对了，刚才为什么说我是个漂亮女孩呢？因为我有一头乌黑发亮的头发，既雪白又光滑的皮肤，细长的眉毛长在一双水灵灵的大眼睛上面，一个略扁的却十分可爱的鼻子，我的樱桃小嘴特别不爱说废话，理所当然，我的耳朵也不喜欢听废话。我拥有一双修长笔直的手，又细又长的脚非常非常的白皙……每当别人问我为什么长得那么出众的时候，我总是这样回答：“这也许是因为我从儿时就开始练跳舞的缘故吧。”别人又会问：“这两件事有什么关系呢？”我又会回答：“因为跳舞可以保持形体啊。”

我还非常大方。有一次，一个朋友来我家写作业，我知道她特别喜欢吃甜点，于是，我想了一个绝妙的办法。对她说：“我家有你喜欢吃的甜点，而我现在又不想吃，也不喜欢吃。你现在吃得下吗？”她一听到我家有甜点，马上回答我：“吃得下，只要有甜点，再多我也吃得下。”听了她的话，我才可以放心的把甜点拿出来给她吃。看到她吃得津津有味，我打算生日的时候请她吃蛋糕。

我叫林佳琦，今年9岁，在深圳读书，上三年级四班，我是一个文静的男孩，我长着一双大眼睛，不大不小的嘴巴。

我有一个优点，那就是乐于助人。时在班里，同学有需要我帮忙时，只要我能做到我都会一心一意的去帮助他。二年级的时候有位同学没带红领巾，他向我求助，可我只有一条红领巾，这时我从袋子里摸出两无来，我忽然想我用这两块就能买一条红领巾，我买了就送给了他。我的缺点是爱写错别字，有时非常懒，还有总是弯腰走路，爸爸妈妈总是说我，现在错别字少了，但懒和弯腰走路的坏习惯还没有改正，我下定决心要取长补短。

我的爱好是：跳跳球和打篮球。

有一次妈妈买来一些瓜子，准备给客人吃的，结果被我吃了一大半。妈妈把我教训了一下，江山难移，本性难改。

It is a time when the living need warm clothing, and filial Chinese sons and daughters extended this to make the festival a time for providing winter clothes for their ancestors. The Double Ninth Festival, therefore, also became an occasion to visit the graves of dead family members. Clothes made of paper would then be burnt as offerings.

Climbing mountains: On the Double Ninth Festival, people customarily climb mountains, appreciate chrysanthemum flowers, drink chrysanthemum wine, and eat double-ninth cakes. The Double Ninth Festival is also the "Old Men Festival". Old people are especially meant to improve their health by taking part in the activities on the day of the festival.

Family get-togethers: The Double Ninth Festival is also a time for family get-togethers. It is an occasion to remember one‘s ancestors, the sacrifices they made and the hardships they underwent. Often, family outings are organised during which people search to renew their appreciation of nature and to reaffirm their love and concern for family members and close friends.
