4月21日下午3点我校学生会图书馆学生管理委员会在喷泉广场北面举行了西北农林科技大学首届世界读书日“爱书修书比赛”活动。到场的嘉宾有团委书记李国龙老师、团委副书记刘瑞明老师还有图书馆的胡宝仓副馆长、王琨副馆长、贾利侠副主任、陈建文主任、周仲英老师、刘海峰老师。活动一切进行得十分圆满，在同学中反应良好。

为了迎接即将到来的世界世界读书日，宣扬爱护书籍，文明阅读的文明风范，同时也为了号召同学们多去图书馆看给自己充电。我校图书馆学生管理委员会决定在第七周星期六下午举行一次“爱书修书比赛”活动。在活动的宣传阶段就有90多位同学积极报名参加我们的“爱书修书比赛”活动。就在活动开始前半小时，还有很多同学积极报名参加。报名如数直达一百多人。在我们的精心准备下，首届“爱书修书活动”井然有序地进行着。活动中有团委老师发表讲话，图书馆的胡宝仓副馆长也进行了讲话，更有图书馆刘海峰老师在比赛正式进行前给同学们讲修书的方法和一些注意事项。比赛的时候，同学们专心致志地修补破书，一本破旧的书在参赛者手里十五分钟后就焕然一新了。在修书比赛的进程中，同学们还就怎么修补书和对图书馆的一些疑问跟图书馆的老师们进行了亲切的交谈。为了让更多的同学互动起来，在修书比赛进行中我们还进行了有奖问答，问题都是关于图书馆的一些常识和制度。整个活动过程十分活跃。在经过8轮激烈的比赛后，修书比赛进入尾声，图书馆老师对这次的活动进行点评后，由胡宝仓副馆长宣布这次比赛的获奖名单。在进行颁奖仪式后获奖的同学跟图书馆的老师进行了留影、图书馆学生管理委员会的同学也跟图书馆老师进行了留影。

据了解，随着全面两孩政策实施、城镇化步伐加快、流动人口增多，育龄人群药具需求日趋多元化，对避孕药具发放服务工作提出了新要求。岳塘区此次以“世界避孕日”活动为契机，进一步健全创新避孕药具发放服务体系，针对群众需求，采取有效措施，切实满足育龄人群需求，努力提高育龄人群生殖健康水平。

为做好避孕药具工作，9月份免费发放给各乡镇街道新自取药具箱共120余个，1-9月份发放各乡镇街道避孕套共466000盒，此次主题宣传活动发放环保袋100余个，发放相关宣传资料10余种，百余位村民参与此次主题活动。

活动现场，各单位志愿者首先进行了集体宣誓，各单位服务队负责人到指定地方领取了手套、垃圾袋、扫帚等清洁工具，随后大家拿着工具前往划定的区域开始清扫工作。虽然天空飘洒着大雨，但却丝毫未影响大家爱护环境的热情。

据了解，活动当天各街镇也同步开展了形式多样的环保宣传活动。跳磴镇开展主题为“珍惜地球资源转变发展方式——促进生态文明·共建美丽跳蹬”的宣传活动，九宫庙街道创新社区开展了“保护辖区卫生、呵护居住家园”为主题的宣传活动，八桥镇城管执法科携手双林社区开展以“珍惜地球资源，转变发展方式——提高资源利用效率”为主题的环境保护宣传活动。活动面向群众发放宣传册、宣传画等宣传资料共计10000余份。
