一、活动背景：

每年5月31日是世界卫生组织(WHO)发起的世界无烟日，自1988年世界卫生组织确定世界无烟日以来，每年的5月31日全球都开展同一主题的控烟活动。

烟草是造成人类死亡的第二大原因，全球大约有一半吸烟者最终死于吸烟所导致的疾病。青少年更是其中受害严重的群体。为了贯彻无烟奥运的理念，进一步推动青少年控烟工作，促进全民健康，闵行区开展以无烟奥运理念推动中小学生控烟的系列活动。我校组织全体中小学生认真参与本次活动。

二、活动对象：全校中小学生

三、活动内容：

1、根据世界无烟日的主题,积极开展“无烟校园”健康教育主题活动,结合健康教育广播、黑板报等多种形式开展，在校园内营造戒烟、拒绝吸烟的健康氛围;

2、组织各班开展“拒吸第一支烟，做不吸烟的新一代”签名活动;

3、组织中小学生开展“无烟奥运”的征文活动;

4、组织各班开展“小手牵大手，共同创建无烟环境——致亲人戒烟一封信”活动。

四、活动要求：

1、签名活动要求：

(1)对象：全校学生

(2)时间：5月20日午会课(届时请信息组到各班教室摄影)

(3)过程：各班以主题仪式等形式，动员全班学生在“拒吸第一支烟，做不吸烟的新一代”签名单上签名，并于当日把签名单交到医务室。注意：签名请使用钢笔或水笔;签名单上注明学校名称与班级。

(4)总结：活动结束后，请医务室于5月21日前汇总“签名活动汇总表”(附件2)及活动照片一同报至闵行区疾病预防控制中心健康教育科。

2、征文活动要求：

1972年10月，第27届联合国大会通过了联合国人类环境会议的建议，规定每年的6月5日为“世界环境日”，让世界各国人民永远纪念它。联合国系统和各国政府要在每年的这一天开展各种活动，提醒全世界注意全球环境状况和人类活动对环境的危害，强调保护和改善人类环境的重要性。

2005年世界环境日中国主题许多国家、团体和人民群众在“世界环境日”这一天开展各种活动来宣传强调保护和改善人类环境的重要性，同时联合国环境规划署发表世界环境状况年度报告书，并采取实际步骤协调人类和环境的关系。世界环境日，象征着全世界人类环境向更美好的阶段发展，标志着世界各国政府积极为保护人类生存环境做出的贡献。它正确地反映了世界各国人民对环境问题的认识和态度。1973年1月，联合国大会根据人类环境会议的决议，成立了联合国环境规划署(UNEP)，设立环境规划理事会(GCEP)和环境基金。环境规划署是常设机构，负责处理联合国在环境方面的日常事务，并作为国际环境活动中心，促进和协调联合国内外的环境保护工作。

鉴于世界范围的环境污染与生态破环不断危及人类的生存及发展，1972年6月5日至16日，113个国家的1300名代表在瑞典首都斯德哥尔摩召开了联合国人类环境大会。这次会议探讨了当代环境问题和保护全球环境的战略，通过了著名的《人类环境宣言》，发出了“为了这一代和将来世世代代而保护和改善环境”的号召，会议因此成为人类环境保护史上的一个里程碑。

为了纪念斯德哥尔摩会议和发扬会议精神，出席会议的全体代表建议把大会开幕的日子——6月5日定为“世界环境日”。同年，第27届联合国大会接受并通过了这项建议。从此，每年6月5日就成为保护环境、反对公害的世界性纪念日。联合国环境规划署每年也在这一天发表环境状况的年度报告书，并提出为协调好人类和环境的关系采取的实际步骤。

从1974年起每年的世界环境日都有一个活动主题，第一个主题活动就明确而尖锐提出：只有一个地球。二十多年来，有关环境和人类生存的各种重要问题，如水、臭氧层、沙漠化、全球变暖、海洋、生物多样化、环境与儿童、环境与和平等都曾列为环境日的主题。去年世界环境日再次大声呼吁：拯救地球就是拯救未来;今年环境日的主题为“2000年环境千年，行动起来”。

为了提高小区内居民的环境保护意识，加快城市生活垃圾减量化、资源化、无害化进程，贯彻党的群众路线教育实践活动，海德社区党支部、居委会在6月5日世界环境日来临之际，在小区内为社区居民开展“为黑色垃圾找个家”世界环境日宣传活动。

6月4日下午，社区主任带队，全体工作人员在小区主干道上、居民楼内，利用发放宣传资料的那种图文并茂的形式，为居民们普及有毒有害垃圾的知识。除了这种发放宣传材料的形式，工作人员还利用各楼道宣传栏张贴科学的数据给居民普及这些垃圾对环境的危害性，比如一节一号电池烂在地里，能使1平方米的土壤永久失去利用价值，一粒纽扣电池可使600吨水受到污染，相当于一个人一生的饮水量等等。

居民胡女士在听了社区工作人员通俗易懂的讲解后，立马和孩子回到把家里的废旧灯管与电池放到小区集中收集有毒有害垃圾的垃圾桶内，并表示为了大家共同的绿色生态环境，以后宁愿多走几步路也要把有毒有害垃圾与生活垃圾分类处理，不能把我们子孙后代的环境资源全给污染了，在约束自己的同时还言传身教，教育自己孩子，让他们从小养成垃圾分类的好习惯，为保护生活环境出一份力。

社区党支部、居委会通过开展此次垃圾分类宣传教育活动，加强引导小区居民对有毒有害垃圾的深刻认识，让绿色、低碳、节约的环保理念更加深入人心，倡导社区居民齐心协力，人人自觉做到有毒有害垃圾正确处理，共同营造一个绿色的海德家园。

Taking care of our school and protecting our school environment! A clean and pleasant environment is very important, because it can make us healthy and happy.

It’s our duty to protect our school environment. We should clean the school every day. And we shouldn’t drop trash here and there. We should pick it up when we see trash on the ground.

We shouldn’t draw on the wall. If we all like our school the same as we like our homes, our school will be more beautiful. We will enjoy our study better. Let’s protect our school environment from now on, shall we?
