据节目导演组介绍，此次《飘扬的红丝带》特别节目将以“携手抗艾，重在预防”为行动主旨，以人文关怀和科学精神为核心创作理念，以科学普及、科学精神、科技创新为基调，以人文关怀、情感关爱为主线，充分利用虚拟演播室、新媒体互动等多种新技术手段，呈现中国政府在防艾战线上所取得的成就和社会各界防艾人士的爱心智慧与辛勤付出。

在宣传的过程中，大家都很赞赏我们的这次活动，特别是一些妈妈和奶奶，她们都希望我们能多举行一些这样的宣传活动，让一些烟鬼们少抽一支烟，这个烟味呛的我们很难过，孩子们的举动会让他们有所感触的。

2016年5月31日是世界卫生组织发起的第29个世界无烟日。我校以开展创建“无吸烟学校”为契机，在师生中开展了吸烟有害健康的宣传教育活动。这对促进学校的管理、增强教师和青少年的控烟意识，约束吸烟行为、均起到了积极的作用。这次的“无烟日活动”为创无烟学校做出了很好的推动，学校将长期做好此项工作，为青少年营造一个良好清新的社会环境，促进青少年全面、健康成长。我校认真学习通知要求，做了如下工作：

一、成立禁烟领导组织，将无烟单位建设工作纳入本单位工作计划。

本单位成立由校长为禁烟第一责任人的无烟单位工作领导小组，并设立专职人员负责禁烟工作，职责明确;将禁烟工作纳入本单位的工作计划。学校不设吸烟室、吸烟区，无烟具，无抽烟现象。学校领导、教师以身作则，不在校园内吸烟，积极倡导吸烟的教职员工戒烟，为学生创造清洁的环境。

二、本单位有禁烟考评奖惩制度和奖惩标准;有专职人员做好记录。

所属区域有明显的禁烟标识，室内完全禁烟。本单位至少在入口处、会议室、办公室、楼梯等区域内有禁烟标识;无烟具摆放。单位内设有经过相关培训的禁烟劝阻员和监督员;有定期劝阻、监督记录。

三、开展多种形式的禁烟宣传和教育。

利用教师例会，学生班会，开展“吸烟和被动吸烟有害健康”的主题教育活动，周一升旗仪式对师生进行宣传和教育，让他们了解吸烟的危害性。积极开展吸烟有害健康的宣传教育，让学生知晓哪些场合禁止吸烟，监督身边的大人不在公共场所吸烟，引导学生积极参与“我劝父母戒烟”的家校联系活动。

四、公务活动中严禁吸烟。

教师以身作则加大宣传。自觉做一名控烟活动的宣传员和监督员;自觉地做控烟的践行者;教师要作控烟的表率。在活动中严禁吸烟，不得提供烟草制品，参加人员不得吸烟、敬烟、劝烟;禁止使用或变相使用公款支付烟草开支行为。

本次活动为创无烟学校做出了很好的推动，学校将长期做好此项工作，为青少年营造一个良好清新的社会环境，促进青少年全面、健康成长。

活动目标：

1、让孩子乐意与同伴、家长一起参加游戏活动，感受与父母、同伴共同活动的乐趣，密切家园情、师生情、亲子情。

6、保健医生携带好急救用品，每日同行，以防幼儿突发事情。

为隆重庆祝第25个世界人口日的到来，更好地宣传计划生育相关政策，7月11日，凤凰县计生协会在城区闹市开展了以“树立科学、文明、进步的婚育观念”为主题的世界人口日宣传活动。

活动现场，工作人员为群众发放宣传资料、避孕药具，宣传计划生育政策法规、婚育新风、出生缺陷干预、生殖健康等知识，并对育龄群众进行生殖健康计划生育优质服务需求调查，了解群众需求，切实普及了计生保健知识、单独二孩生育政策知识，以提高了免费孕前优生健康检查工作和家庭保健项目的社会知晓率，提高计划生育优质服务水平。

Some people believe that economic development should never be at the cost of the environment.They think the present serious environmental problems are largely caused by rapid?economic development.For example,land resources are shrinking because of the industrial development and the expansion of cities.Deserts are spreading because of over grazing,poor fanning,tree cutting,and strip mining.Our air and water supplies are being polluted by poisonous gassesand waste products.It is important,therefore,that we should take another look at the way in which our industries and cities are developing.

为迎接第27个世界人口日的到来，7月9日，阳朔县兴坪镇计生服务所围绕“弘扬婚育新风，共创健康幸福生活”为主题开展了宣传活动，拉开了全县开展世界人口日活动的序幕。

兴坪镇计生服务所通过开设宣传专栏、悬挂横幅、摆放宣传展板、设置政策咨询台、派发宣传资料和发放药具等形式，向过往群众、育龄妇女、流动人口等进行集中宣传，主要宣传“婚育新风进万家”核心信息和标语口号，使单独两孩政策、免费孕前优生健康检查、生殖保健知识、打击“两非”、关爱女孩、诚信计生、流动人口等政策深入人心，家喻户晓。切实普及了计生保健知识，提高了计生政策的社会知晓率。当天，共发放宣传资料、宣传折页1000余份、避孕药具500只、计生宣传纸筒200个，接待群众政策法规、优生优育指导、免费孕前优生健康咨询120人次。

When we are in our classroom after 8：30 in the morning，we should not keep the lights on to avoid wasting electricity since there is enough light in the classroom.And if it is cloudy and rainy and lights are on，we should turn off the lights after school.Another thing we can do is to protect the forest which is reducing.We should use both sides of paper and we should not use paper cups and disposable chopsticks which are made of trees.

8月1日，2016年世界母乳喂养周主题宣传活动在京举办。今年的世界母乳喂养周主题是“母乳喂养是社会可持续发展的关键”，强调母乳喂养是保障出生人口健康，提高民族素质，推动国民经济和社会发展的基础和重要措施之一。国家卫生计生委副主任王国强，国务院妇儿工委办公室副主任宋文珍、全国总工会女职工部部长王倩，世界卫生组织驻华代表处副代表施南，联合国儿童基金会驻中国办事处苏天明，北京市卫生计生委副主任耿玉田，中央军委政治工作部歌舞团国家一级演员、全国人大代表谭晶女士，著名儿童保健专家崔玉涛先生出席现场活动。

王国强副主任在讲话中指出，党的十八届五中全会提出推进健康中国建设的重大战略和全面实施两孩政策的重大决策，推进健康中国建设、促进人口均衡发展，必须从源头抓起，从婴幼儿健康抓起。促进母乳喂养不仅重要而关键，同时也符合新的发展理念。实践证明，母乳是婴儿最理想的天然食品，低成本、无污染，体现了绿色的理念。母乳喂养可促进母子的情感交流，减少母亲产后抑郁的发生，促进婴儿感觉和认知的发育，体现了协调、共享的理念。可以说，母乳喂养有利于母婴健康，有利于家庭幸福和谐，有利于社会可持续发展。

国家卫生计生委高度重视儿童健康工作，在推动全社会保护、促进和支持母乳喂养方面进行了积极的探索。一是全面贯彻落实《母婴保健法》、《中国儿童发展纲要》，制定了《母乳代用品销售管理办法》、《儿童喂养与营养指导技术规范》、《儿童营养性疾病管理技术规范》等文件，指导各地规范服务，不断适应新形势下儿童健康需求，提高儿童健康水平。二是开展爱婴医院复核工作，加强爱婴医院管理，不断提高母乳喂养率，逐步降低非医学指征剖宫产率。同时，以爱婴医院为平台设立母乳喂养咨询热线和咨询门诊，提供母乳喂养技术指导，及时解决产妇及家庭在母乳喂养中遇到的问题和困难。三是加大宣传力度，以每年的世界母乳喂养周为契机，进行统一部署，围绕主题组织开展系列宣传活动，包括统一制作宣传海报、母乳喂养专题片，开展母乳喂养专题讲座，发放《母乳喂养好处多》、《母乳喂养实用手册》知识读本等。经过多方努力，我国母乳喂养率逐渐上升，2008年第四次国家卫生服务调查结果显示，我国6个月内婴儿纯母乳喂养率仅为27.6%;2013年第五次国家卫生服务调查结果显示，我国6个月内婴儿纯母乳喂养率已上升为58.5%。

王国强副主任强调，随着“母乳喂养好”的理念深入人心，为母乳喂养提供更多更好的社会支持，满足更多的母婴健康服务需求是我们面临的新任务。我们要针对社会广泛关注的公共场所母婴室缺乏、哺乳条件和环境差等问题，创新工作思路和方法，积极协调和推动有关部门将母婴室建设纳入相关规范与城市建设规划中。国家卫生计生委也将制定完善母婴室相关设置标准，积极引导企事业单位和公共场所设置规范化的母婴室。同时，继续加强爱婴医院管理，为广大家庭提供更多更好的母乳喂养技术指导和母婴健康服务。

“胸藏文墨怀若谷，腹有诗书气自华”，作为法科生，面对礼与法的碰撞，感性与理性的碰撞，就需要阅读更多的书籍来加深理解。为此，法学院开展了“一人领读一本书”的活动，分别邀请老师和校友每周推荐一本书籍，并提供简短的书评，呼吁同学们阅读并加以探讨，营造多读书、读好书的氛围。“《论语》从一定的方面来说，是具有色彩和温度的，色彩在于它传授给别人的精髓，温度在于它给予给别人的光明。”06级校友王建推荐了《论语》及《于丹论语心得》;“瞿同祖先生的《中国法律与中国社会》以其深刻独到的见解，别具一格的篇章体例向我们展现了自汉至清的两千余年间中国封建法律的演变，是一部关于传统法律文化以及法律史的重要著作。”法学院娄永涛老师推荐的这本书让同学们深刻认识到了法与社会的关系。“礼法碰撞，百家荟萃，我非常喜欢阅读有思想脉络的书籍，学院推荐的‘礼敬诗书，百佳思想’系列书籍很合我的口味。”法学1402班郑蓉同学很高兴近期又有了新书可读。

妙笔生花，写起来

当一只蜗牛踯躅独行，期待与转角，彷徨与瑟缩，都落成了一刀刀浅显而深刻的印记。为提升“写起来”的能力，为记录生活的点点滴滴，法学院推出“蜗牛印记”专栏，广泛征集全校师生校友对日常生活所思所想的随笔。“我是一个星星的孩子，在这个星球上我一直在努力向那个世界招手，我想大声呼喊却哽在喉咙发不出声音，我拼命挣扎却仿佛始终隔着厚厚的玻璃，在路的尽头，是妈妈面对另一个始终不说话的我掉眼泪，是爸爸吸了一根又一根烟的星火晃着我的眼睛。”一篇《一个关于爱的故事》引发了大家的转载，看哭了很多同学，“很感人的一篇小故事，‘爱’也许是最好的希望。”法学1502班胡姗同学有感而发。同时，第二届“学衡杯”学术论文研讨会也在如火如荼准备中，本届研讨会结合第十七个知识产权日，开展了“创新改变生活”知识产权论文征集活动，在院内共收到论文20余篇，近期将邀请组委会老师参与研讨。

唇枪舌剑，说出来

“法不阿贵，绳不绕曲。”、“吏不良，则有法而莫守;法不善，则有财而莫理。”、“惩其未犯，防其未然”等经典法谚在法学院法谚法语大会上展开比拼和赏鉴，“我很喜欢看《中国诗词大会》，没想到现在也亲身体验了一把”、“原来和法律相关的谚语还不少，长知识了”、“挺有意思的，这些经典的思想是现代法律制度的渊源”参与的同学纷纷表示通过活动进一步了解了中华优秀传统文化的魅力，对传统文化和法律知识进行了积淀。学院还将举行“百家争鸣辩论赛”及“模拟法庭剧”等活动，倡导学习中华传统文化中的精髓，从不同的学派中学习不同的观点，在触摸传统文化的同时提高综合素质，包括思维的灵敏度。

“‘读、写、说’是一个系统工程，是培养高素质复合性大学人才的基本要求和有效途径，也是第一课堂与第二课堂有机融合的有益探索。”法学院院长董学立教授最初提出了“读进去、写起来、说出来”理念，旨在培养“会读、能写、善说”型大学人才。
