为号召社会各界积极行动起来共同抗击肝炎，增强大众对肝炎防治知识的了解，动员更多社会力量尤其是新生力量积极投入到抗击肝炎的行动中来，2015年7月28日，奎文区疾控中心组织辖区各有关医疗机构开展了第5个“世界肝炎日”的宣传活动。

据悉，本次宣传紧紧围绕“抗击肝炎，预防先行”的宣传主题，通过悬挂横幅和发放宣传材料、播放宣传片、现场咨询等多种方式开展了宣传活动，号召大家通过接种疫苗、早期筛查和规范治疗等措施战胜病毒性肝炎。活动过程中，专业人员积极主动向过往的群众讲解病毒性肝炎防控的相关知识，耐心解释群众提出的问题，广泛宣传病毒性肝炎的预防与控制知识，并通过LED屏投放宣传主题、发放宣传单页、张贴宣传画、悬挂宣传横幅等方式，受益人数500余人。

其事的原因就是我国民缺乏平等意识，更没有博爱的精神，不认为对方是和自己一样的人而应受到尊重，所以遇到摩擦总是互不相让，非要压倒别人。这是由于我国处于专制统治之下太久了，所以要改变他也不是短期就可以实现的。

2、社会的影响

这主要表现为影视文化作品，我国目前还没有影视分级制度，很多不适合青少年观看的影视作品在电视上和电影院中播出。还有就是不良的社会风气。这些也不是短期就可以改变的。

3、学校，老师

我国现在的教育还是应试教育，学校只重视学生的考试成绩，重视学生的升学率，忽视了对学生的思想政治教育和民主法制教育。不重视对学生的心理问题的辅导。很多学校里老师将学生按学习成绩分成“好学生”和“差学生”，在班级中重视“好学生”，忽视，甚至排斥“差学生”，这其实就是对人的歧视，世上没有一无是处的人，每个人都有自己的长处，教师应该有教无类，一是同仁，注意开发每个学生的长处。如果将学生划分等级，区别对待，就使被认为是“差学生”的人感受不到集体的温暖，像例文中的学生那样的恐怕不在少数。

4、家庭

家庭对人的影响是非常大的，有调查数据显示，大多数有暴力倾向的学生的家庭是父母不和或离异，再有就是存在家庭暴力。你们大多数都看过电视剧《金婚》吧，里面的那对夫妇的儿子大宝，二十几岁了不想结婚，他父亲很着急，就和大宝谈，问他“你为什么不想结婚哪?”大宝回答“我觉得结婚就不幸福。”父亲很疑惑，就问他，“那我和你妈生活了四十多年了，你决得我们不幸福?”大宝说，“你们不是不幸福，而是太痛苦!自打我记事时起，你跟我吗就吵架。”讲这个例子就是想告诉大家，父母的行为对孩子有多大的影响。

1、妥协，退却，咱们中国有句老话叫“多一事不如少一事”，“退一步风平浪静，忍一时海阔天空”。本恩在对方要强行索要他的帽子时屈服了。

2、用武力解决。这里也有两种方式，方式一，像本恩一样，练习武术，找欺负你的人报仇;方式二，去叫你的同学、朋友去帮助你出气，就像我们在开始时的小品中的几个男同学一样。

3、不是用武力解决，而是面对强权恶势力不低头，不退缩，不屈服，与他们做面对面的坚决的斗争。

根据唯物辩证法的原理，一切事物都有正反两个方面，所以现在我又想和同学们讨论一下，你们觉得这三种方法有何利弊?

第一种方法的好处是可以避免冲突，可以息事宁人，采用这种方法的弊端就是主张了校园暴力，欺负你的人还会在去欺负别人，而且会愈演愈烈。

第二种方法的好处是可以很快的让你出了一口“恶气”，弊端就是你一定会受到校规校纪的严厉处分，而且有可能会受到法律的制裁。最严重的是《刑法》故意伤害罪有关规定，第二百三十四条故意伤害他人身体的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制。

犯前款罪，致人重伤的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑;致人死亡或者以特别残忍手段致人重伤造成严重残疾的，处十年以上有期徒刑、无期徒刑或者死刑。本法另有规定的，依照规定。

轻一点的会受到《治安管理处罚法》的有关规定的处罚。第四十三条 殴打他人的，或者故意伤害他人身体的，处五日以上十日以下拘留，并处二百元以上五百元以下罚款;情节较轻的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。 有下列情形之一的，处十日以上十五日以下拘留，并处五百元以上一千元以下罚款：

(一)结伙殴打、伤害他人的;

(二)殴打、伤害残疾人、孕妇、不满十四周岁的人或者六十周岁以上的人的;

(三)多次殴打、伤害他人或者一次殴打、伤害多人的。

不但如此，用武力解决问题还有一项结果是要承担被害人巨额的医药费。所以大家在做事之前一定要冷静的理性的考虑后果，不要盲目从事。

第三种方法要与对方进行面对面的冲突，但是可以有效的打击校园暴力，使这种不良的社会现象不至于扩大。应该说它是我们讨论的这三种方法中成本最底，效果最好的一种。

不过要说对付校园暴力最好的方法还是将情况报告学校或直接报警。当然，这需要学校对这个问题有足够的重视，能采取有效的方法解决。这在从前学校还做的很不够，不过现在校园暴力已经引起了学校和社会的重视，所以我说当我们遇到这样的问题时要及时的报告给学校或报警，让学校和警察来解决。千万不要“私了”。

四、结尾
